    My family and I went through the drive thru at this location and took home our order. My sister noticed that her gluten-free bun was clearly molded. We reached out to customer service through the app, and we never heard feedback from anyone. I have never had this happen at any location. At the very least, I would have accepted an apology, but... nothing. I will not be returning to this location.

    Who are we kidding here, every Chick-fil-A location is top notch! Although sometimes they do forget your sauces when ordering through the mobile app.

    Found a LIVING ROACH in my market salad today. CRAWLING. When I called to speak to the manager she calmly offered to refund my salad and give me a new one. No thank you, I do not want another salad from here. Also, I wish they would of offered better customer service in response to this terrible of an experience. I won’t be back. See video.

    It was a bad experience. I went in the drive through since they tend to be quick. But not today. One of the mangers was outside taking orders and she took two cars before she got stuck on the 3rd one for 20mins. One of the cars from behind left the line. I even ordered the app since that’s how much time I had. I would’ve left the line and got down but my 11month old was asleep. She did not care about how long the line was getting. She just kept walking and talking with the same car. And then one of the associates had to come to her and let her know she was done with her line and the manger asked her to help her with her line. I don’t mind waiting but if you’re going to make me wait because you want to be gossiping clock out and do it on your time.

    Sandwiches are good. Avoid the nuggets. They are smaller and have hardly any chicken in them. This is supposed to be an eight piece.

    Super fast drive-thru ordering. They've critiqued the process of ordering fast food in the drive-thru to be quicker with 40 cars in line than Whataburger or McDonald's can pull off with 5 cars in theirs. The food is always hot and fresh and no matter if you go inside to have a seat and eat or hit the drive-thru one thing is assured. You won't be the only customer there, EVER! LOL

    Not your typical Chick-fil-A. The normally helpful and friendly atmosphere was not present. They messed up my order twice and they were frustrated with me as if I did something wrong. Idk if it was the lunch rush but customer service was lacking. Food was not prepared to order despite request.

    I recently visited Chick-fil-A and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality of the food and the friendly staff truly left a lasting impression on me. First and foremost, the sandwich I ordered was served to me piping hot and the flavors were outstanding. The bun was fresh and delicious, and the chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I couldn't have asked for a better sandwich. The fries were also a highlight of my visit. They were hot and crispy, just the way I like them. However, I do have a small suggestion for improvement. While the portion size was decent, the container didn't appear to be filled to the top. It would be great if they could be a little more generous with the serving size to match the deliciousness of the fries themselves. What truly stood out, though, was the staff's friendly demeanor. From the moment I stepped foot in the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and prompt service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience, which made my visit all the more enjoyable.

    There's just a bunch of kids working there, the manager was Name yessania I think I don't know for sure she didn't have a name tag on and wasn't wearing a chic-fil-a shirt, I had to ask for her name. They mess up on the order when my wife called in but no one answered not even for a carry out order. Worst experience from a Chick-fil-A ever. Never coming back here again.

    How you serve someone and their kids old fries the food was cold. The young man didn't want to take my order so he turned around and act like he was doing something on the tablet got to the window they kept skipping over me how is the cars behind me getting their order before me make it make since. Just worst service ever never eating here again. The quality is reputation is going down quickly no this is not the first time either. If I could give no stars I would.

    Excellent speedy service and ALWAYS feel welcomed when I walk in from the nice greetings they give you! I'm not a huge fan of the place but ma kids LOVE it! So it's a great feeling knowing they take care of their customers in the manner that they do!

    Fries were a bit dry, the staff working the drive thru were amazing. Truly hope they make good money because they are out in the elements and on one side no coverage from the sun.

    Always excellent customer service. Hot food always hot. Drinks are always correct consistency. Clean restrooms. Outside is always flawless. I recommend this location. Ask for the special.

    Went during lunch time when it was packed. I thought it was gonna take forever to order and get my food. I was pleasantly surprised that I received my meal within mere minutes of ordering. Only minus is that part of the dining from was sectioned off to put in a makeshift storage/break room for the employees? It was weird I've never seen that before but it looked temporary at least.

    Usually service is good but today was terrible. I ordered ketchup I didn’t receive any. No one came by to ask if I needed any, I usually tip because I’m a single mom and I can’t leave my toddler and she will start screaming if I pull her away from her meal. Then I did a second mobile pick up meal for a to go meal and received half my order. They told me “we thought you got it” excuse I just got out of the restroom with a toddler where do you see a lemonade, ice cream and again forgot the sauces I ordered. I come here frequently as I work nearby but this is definitely going to be limited on coming here. No veteran discount and treated like a thief. I really hope my buddy who is a manager there sees this because he give excellent service, but today was terrible.

    This location is very fast with there service. My wait time on orders is usually less then 5 mins. Very polite staff. They offer delivery and have a nice size fleet of vehicles, to meet demand.

    I will never go to a chick fil a again. I was looking forward to trying the viral kale salad with nuggets combo, tried to order but was told I couldn't get an empty salad bowl to mix it up. I was devastated. I was going on a trip so I couldn't go home and mix it. They wouldn't even lete pay for an empty bowl. What happened to all these above and beyond service they used to provide. Chick fil a just lost a customer. Super disappointed in you.

    I order on the app that tells me my food would be ready before I arrive. I get their check in, no big deal it wasn't ready bc I didn't expect that. What I did expect was to get it in a timely manner on my lunch break. I'm starring at the door waiting for my order because there was no parking so I had to mark that on the app, when the app informed me my food was on the way I see an older man come out, block the sun from his eyes and look left to right then walk back ignoring my honks trying to get his attention. No big deal probably busy. No. I get inside to no line and about 8-10 workers doing whatever while my order sat there with the words "no answer" written on it. Mind you I called as well to inform where I was parked but can't be reached over phone. CFA has absolutely tanked since Covid w their race tracks around the store and the car meets also going around the store. No access, no parking and no care in the world bc it fits their needs and not the customers. I couldn't even get the right things in my bag that I needed. Absolutely horrible place
