    Google Maps shows the turn into the hotel too early, it's just past the light. If you make the left at the light, you'll have to go around the block; then, make the right into the hotel. You also have to pay $10.00 a day/night for secure parking. I don't know if off street parking is available or smart. The pool & outdoor areas are really nice & clean.

    Pretty basic courtyard, just like most. Very friendly staff. We stayed a few hours really due to an early ✈️. The shuttle was handy and bang on time. Be sure you put your name down for the shuttle the evening before so they know how many are going at that time. Definitely worth it if you are flying out of San Antonio. The food was just ok... nothing to write home about.

    I just want to shared my experience with the hotel poor customer service, it took them one hour to pick me up from the airport, I had to called them 3 times after my first call to them as the instructions below. A male answer didn’t give me a name at 2:05 however he said will be in the B22 pick up area in about 15 minutes, there were at least 10 diferentes hotel shutters that stop to pick up people but the courtyard by Marriott didn’t passed not even once and when I called at 2:37 then 2:47 a lady Anna said he was on his way, on my last called at 2:54 she said he passed by and I wasn’t there which it was a lie, I didn’t move from the spot I was told it will be the pick up spot B22. I will do my best to never used them again even though I am a Gold Elite member of the Marriott Bonvoy

    I stayed here briefly for work & the staff was amazing. From check in to check out, they were hospitable, professional & warm. One of the staff,Veronica, even made an extra trip out in the van to help me. She went out of her way to extend that Marriott service & I appreciated it so much! Love this place.

    Amazing time Marriot’, This hotel was extremely clean and had beautiful upgrades, amenities. Our room offered a Keurig and refrigerator. Rooms were upgraded with glass, shower doors, and beautiful lighting and ambience. In addition, we had a patio with sliding doors we could go out and enjoy the weather with a great view. The hotel also offered an outdoor pool with great seating and a fire pit. Also, it had a restaurant and bar serving both breakfast and supper. Near the front desk, there was a scale to weigh your luggage prior to departure, which was a huge plus. We received transportation for free to and from the San Antonio airport. The face of this Marriot was Teresa, who was extremely helpful in every aspect of our stay . We felt extremely safe at this hotel. Highly recommend and great job.

    I recently stayed there with a friend. The rooms are so clean. My bed was amazingly comfortable. I love that it’s set back from the highway noise. Great AC. Updated bathrooms and furniture. It would be nice if they offer complementary coffee in the lobby like most hotels do. But they were very generous in providing the coffee I needed for my room. Would definitely stay there again!

    Everything about this hotel is fantastic! The hotel staff is extremely accommodating in every way. The desk have is knowledgeable. Marco the kitchen manager is fabulous. What a great person to have representing your hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel it has everything you need and conveniently located. The food at the bar in the evening was really good!

    The hotel staff is extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I’m a pilot and left a bunch of clothes in my room due to schedule changes. The staff went out of their way to collect my items to include food (I just asked for my clothes) I left behind and brought it to me.

    I wished I could give more stars in the service area. I went to San Antonio for a knee replacement. This hotel is so amazing! From the shuttle to the airport and back to the airport. And everything in between! I would go there again and again! To Rueben and your staff Thank you l. Having knee surgery is not fin for sure. Your staff made it pleasant and welcoming.

    A great choice if you need to be close to the airport. The rooms are ok, but the staff was super nice and helpful. A good airport hotel.

    This review is strictly for Marco the Starbucks barista. He was so kind and made our coffees in no time and caught our flight. Will be back soon!

    This location is not interested in customer service or loyalty. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott property. I hope the corporate folks take corrective action for a hotel that is destroying a long term customer retention for their brand. I would absolutely not recommend anyone consider this place.
