Placed online order checked in and waited 40 mins and nobody ever brought order even though screen said carhop was on the way. Seen other cars that came after me getting their orders and leaving. Hopped out of car after the 40 mins and told carhop that they never brought my order and she said she'd be right back with it. Got food another 10 minutes later and it was extremely cold and hard. Lady was nice but service overall was horrible. Wanted to get a refund but couldn't wait days for money to post on card. Also seen a guy eating pizza in the back while i was waiting for my order. Seems like the management doesn't care based on the other reviews

Pulled up and the place looked completely closed. However, they were open. The service was prompt and friendly but I do want to share that my chicken on my order appeared to be fried in old grease. I didn’t realize it until after I left :(

Besides it being dirty we waited over 15 min to be answered on the walk up speaker to order. The employees here very rude and we’re just playing around in the kitchen area.

Most of the stalls are out of order! They are always out of most things! they are short staffed and overworked and underpaid and very very rude to the customers and i don't blame them! you can hear them arguing with each other and taking an hour to bring out a milkshake! What is going on Sonic? what happened? The whole brand is falling and it's not surprising *revised * i gave this place another chance today and they got my order wrong and just laughed about it! cold food... waiting 30 minutes and my food was just sitting there no one ever brought it out... had to push the button again..

I came here today 11/08/23 At approximately 6:20p.m. This is the 2nd time I have experienced an issue with the lady taking my order. She is very rude. Seems very upset if I order more than 1 item. Her excessive sighing and rushing me because she is so impatient. I certainly will not be coming back to this location. Also my pickle fries were so burnt I couldn't enjoy them. Do better lady!!!! Or sonic!!

Waited for a bag of ice for 15min while other cars pulled up after me and were served before me. One car pulled up and ordered the same thing I ordered (bag of ice) and got it within 3-4 minutes and then I yelled out from my car window and said I ordered the same 15mins ago and until then that's when I got my order. The family and I stopped going to this sonic because of the Rude and slow service. This is my Neighborhood sonic and it's sad that I have to go elsewhere for a route 44 drink or a sonic burger or just a simple corn dog for the the kids. I just wanted a bag of ice and they couldn't do that right....

Waiter over 30 min for the wrong order and when they “fixed” it they gave me terrible burnt sandwich. paid a dollar for TWO slices of jalapeños

I have been sitting here for more than 30 minutes. My lunch break is just about over and no food ! Service is 👎
