I just moved in today! I am so excited to live here. When I got into my new home, it was spotless. Everything looked brand new and never lived in before. I briefly met my new neighbors and they seem wonderful. Thanks Redwood for having an amazing place for people to live.

My garage door was stuck in the up position; so I had to leave for a medical appointment leaving the garage door open (fortunately the garage-to-house door has key lock) and garage contents exposed. When I returned I called Maintenance and one of the maintenance men who live across the street was here promptly, made sure the sensor was clear, and it worked--a few times. Then it again it started bouncing back up when the bottom of the door gets to the bottom of the corner curve track. I can get it to go down if I hold down the button on the garage wall by the door into the house; so, they may need to work on it some more.

I was having issues with my dishwasher. I completed a maintenance request early afternoon and by 2:15 maintenance was here checked it out, figured out what was going on and had it fixed by 3:30. He was very friendly and knowledgable.

Matt does a phenomenal job maintaining Wadsworth Redwood and is always professional and respectful!

The Redwood crew were nice and helpful. My one disappoint was that I had no view of the outside from mt living room area due to having a white privacy fence on my patio. I have COPD and could not go out much. I did not know that there was a yearly rent increase ,

Really wonderful place to live. Maintenance was on top of things when a couple things occurred. Very kind staff. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was my neighbors 2 dogs that barked non-stop. But that’s what you get when you move into an animal friendly apartment complex.

A new refrigerator was installed and everyone was professional and it was done in a timely manner.
