Best new store in N.Ridgeville for sure. Not sure why they are called 'Dollar General' - some items may be a dollar but not many. Overall they sell everything here (including alcohol and all name brand products) in a very peaceful, non chaotic, shopping environment for much lower prices then the other stores. I find pretty much everything here that I previously bought at the other always chaotic/more pricey stores in my area. They never have long lines or customers bashing into you in aisles w/shopping carts. Hope their business is doing well & they stay! In & out quickly & you can find anything here. Blows the other N.Ridgeville Dollar General out of the woods. *Highly recommend*

A few months ago I watched a supervisor named Hanna on her hands and knees scrubbing the floor which was absolutely filthy & she was so friendly to us but if you pay attention these poor employee’s are doing everything and we had to wait at the counter for several minutes because this poor girl was running all over the place Came in about a week ago with my girls & she was still there and super friendly but the managers at this place are absolutely rude. I feel the need to shout-out this nice young lady but this store has gone down hill really fast. the pricing of products is constantly incorrect & the coupons rarely work. I feel so sorry for the employees here and this place needs to figure out it’s terrible managers

Nice store - clean store - organized and the ladies who were running the show even kept the customer service while cleaning up a spill from a previous customer. As I say in many of these type of stores staff is a shortage - and stock associates are always needed. I love DG - and am hoping to start getting the $5 coupons on my app - but I am still learning!

Assistant manager if that's what you call him is rude and obnoxious. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful. Always has a nasty attitude. And that laugh? Like nails on a chalkboard! What's with the dreads? Do your self a favor and tie them up. Very unprofessional.

This store is literally within walking distance of our home... which is quite convenient. I am not a big fan of the layout of the stores (actually the whole chain) because there is a LOT of stuff seemingly crammed into small space. I know... that is their signature setup. They DO have a lot of stuff and in particular the storage bin I was looking for. The downside... their price on that bin was $8 more than it was at Target. THAT was unexpected and will be a factor in shopping at Family Dollar again. We shall see.

Rang up 2 Red Bulls for my Doordash order. Only sent me one. Probably kept one for themselves. Extremely rude employees every time I've been in.

Do not shop here. managers are awful and rude. coupons never work. long wait at the registers. take your business elsewhere

tihs is the cleanest DG I have ever been to. staff is very friendly, the nice young lady was so patient and friendly and helped my husband and i around to find products. Will definitely shop here again!!

Looks great! but would be nice if we could get accurate hours of operation. They are not posted on the building and it says online they are open until 10, went on a Saturday and they were closed before 8 pm.

It's a good store, and it's clean. But there is a 50% chance that the girls working the closing shifts are gonna close by 10:30/10:40... Irritating when you're trying to grab something last minute and the closing time varies by the worker
