I used to be employed with 24 (at this location, actually) and it has gone even further downhill. Only go to this location if you're desperate or just trying to get a quick workout in. The front desk staff are just kids that don't even acknowledge you and continue their personal conversations while you're standing there. Locker rooms smell funky, gym floor smells like piss, weights are ancient, benches are sad, no proper lifting rack....it's just awful. The clientele are not the most pleasant to be around either. Shabby, dirty, and sad. (Please grease the cables on the cable machines!)

I'll preface this by saying I'm no neat freak or germophobe. But, I'm here all the time and it's getting more and more painful. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING. The men's room the other day had no hand soap whatsoever and that's really great for a gym. I feel like disposing of my shoes after using the urinal. I've been a regular here since it opened as a Lance Armstrong Sport and I'm getting really upset by the lack of cleanliness. I'm only giving it 2 stars because the equipment while dirty, is abundant.

Nobody wears masks, staff doesn't care. They always call me asking me to sign up but I'm already signed up. When your membership is expiring they stop you to tell you every time you come in for weeks. Like I already know. Super annoying. Nice gym, tho. Some staff members are super nice and friendly. Overall 24 hour fitness (more like 16 hour fitness amirite) is super corporate and their policies around sales are SO annoying.

I’ll give the gym 2 stars. THE BATHROOMS ARE DISCUSSING. I see the same people vacuum the same isles 3-4 times in the hour I’m on the treadmill. I’d like to see the bathroom get cleaned as much as they vacuum

Great gym, one of the only actual 24 hour gyms around with free weights. Would give 5 stars but the water from the water fountain tastes like sewage. They need to clean their pipes or install a water filter

This is an excellent choice, especially for the area that is decidedly sparse of gyms. LA Fitness increased their prices over the pandemic and is really cramped and Bay Sport adds an extra zero at the end of their price tag. This gym is spacious, lots of room between the equipment, lots of squat racks, plenty of cable machines, treadmills, elliptical, etc. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there isn’t a childcare option. My wife would have joined up, too, if we had the option of dropping our child off for an hour to work out.

The gym is fine, equipment is great. However, I joined a strength training class on Saturday morning at 9am. I am an absolute newer person and don't know anything about working out. The front counter person said this was beginner focused and would help me start. I was hoping to have some direction or guidance. The instructor Kristen was absolutely unwelcoming. Huffed when I asked what I needed to do to set up. She just said get your stuff and weights, I walked to the cubby room and was perplexed by everything and what I was staring at. I had no clue what to do and at this point I'm already embarrassed because everyone was staring at me like "How do you not know?" I just walked out.

Very disappointed in the pool water temperature. I swim laps. Have been out of town since July. Today, Oct.24, pool was noticeably colder than before. The ladies entering the pool for their group exercise session also commented on the pool temperature. I understand your corporate leaders decided to lower the goal temperature by 3 degrees (83 to 80). Both LA Fitness and Club Spot are comfortably warmer. I may choose to return to one of those facilities.

I have been attending this gym almost 20 years. I like everything about it except some of the equipment is not kept clean. If someone just cleaned four machines every day and rotated, eventually they would all get done. It does not have to be perfect but some machines are really dirty. Thank you, again a good place to workout -but please clean those machines. :)

This gym isn’t worth it anymore. The equipment is always broken. Cars are broken into constantly when left. Items are always stolen. Fights break out constantly in the basketball court and so many homeless people sleep in the back areas and the staff don’t care and allow it. The worst of all is that a few months back some grown men were trying to bring kids out into the parking lot to be taken away and an investigation occurred because of this. Once confronted by staff the guy pulled a weapon on them. The staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful. This club shouldn’t exist anymore honestly

Stopped going to 24 Fitness in 2020 after living in Salem where the only 24 was an old pos. Did a stint at LA and came back to this 24 about six months ago. On two occasions in the past six months, I’ve left my soap in the shower on top of the soap dispenser and it was there the next evening. So how often do the showers get cleaned? Clearly not daily. This gym is kinda gross. Thinking about coughing up a little for Bay Club or something.

Older facility has some indicators of wear. Especially in the locker room. Gets the job done, is quite large, has good classes, and is actually open 24 hours, unlike most of them.

Not too bad so far. Wish there were more lower body machines. I miss the plate-loaded hip thrust machine, belt squat, booty builder, glute kickback machines, and reverse hyper I had at my previous gym. The smith machines seem pretty busy at any given time, so perhaps I might have to switch to the normal racks. Haha.

Very crowded during peak hours, it's often a 10+ minute wait to bench and sometimes a wait for a power rack from 4-7 PM. Would recommend if you can avoid busy times. Edit: Crowding is absolutely insane during the after work rush now. If you work out 4-8 PM weekdays avoid this location! And their AC doesn't keep up even in the winter, it gets very warm and humid inside.

The pool looks good but the pool was only three lanes and so small and I hate make reservations like to pick what time to be their but I don’t like it and I hate they dont make pool bigger wide better more room better and I hate there’s a aqua fitness in the way too at 9am sometimes

In Florida 24hour fitness cleans up the parking lot. Here in lazy liberal states, Washington Oregon California Colorado they leave messy areas inside and outside. So sad.

Update: this place has gone downhill over the years. They don't clean as much and everyone leaves their equipment everywhere. It's gotten pretty trashy.

This location is very nice, I know all must have their own special something, its clean, good vibe and I really appreciate the shower curtains (prefer actual doors) but I do appreciate the curtains. I jist wish all of the 24hrs gyms would be open 24 hrs.

Can't compliment this place enough, even after..! Due to absorbent uber prices, while walking to the bus stop... José the trainer offered assistance at great personal risk! The amenities are well cared for and same with the equipment. Thx 24 for being available, honorable, and heroic on a frigid unwelcoming night!

Worst 24 experience of my life, I’m not sure if it’s racial discrimination, or because my friend and I had never been to the location before. I have been a member with 24 hour fitness for over 7 years, I have never been treated as a lier before at a gym until coming to the Tualitin location. I called 2 hours prior and asked about a guest pass for my friend, the guy on the phone (who I found out was the manager later, great guy btw, he said I didn’t have a guest pass but would give me one for a day for my friend, solid) said to come on in and we’re good to go, we get there and a Indian appearing lady with black hair, along with a half black guy with a cross tattooed behind his ear gave us a very hard time and told us our guest pass was denied and that “they don’t do that”. So basically treated me (as a Christian) like I’m sum kind of lier, we drove from Wilsonville and they were vehemently certain we were not telling the truth and it showed, after making us wait I specifically told the guy “how many male employees are working? Bring ‘em all down and we’ll get to the bottom of this, as a Christian I will not tolerate any discrimination or disrespect whatsoever, so he told me he’d get the manager, without an apology or explanation we signed in, unbelievable, the 2 could not take any accountability and treated me and the homie like 2nd class citizens, FxUxCxK that location, be prepared to be treated as less then, if they haven’t personally seen you before, I am up here from out of town and am extremely disappointed, shame on the both of you, Mr. Manager you were awesome 👏 and I highly appreciate the guest pass, keep your dogs in check.

Like the location and size of this gym. Has good selection of machines, yoga room and cycling rooms are private in the back of the gym, staff are always friendly. Been a member for a while and have no complaints regarding mask mandate’s at this location, I always see people wearing masks and everyone is social distancing. Recommend this location over other 24 hour fitness.

It's a good gym, has everything you need to get the job done. Used to come here on a regular basis.

This is a great club to belong to, with long open hours, excellent and clean water facilities (pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna), and good classes included in the membership.
