A few months ago I had given Metropolitan pediatrics Beaverton location a five star. I am sad to say that my opinion of this office has changed. My two month old baby was in the hospital and before leaving the doctor asked me to set up a follow up appointment with my pediatrician. So I called on a Saturday and and I thought it was after hours that I was calling, so when I spoke to the lady I asked if I had to wait until Monday to make an appointment or if I could make it with her. She said she could help me and we made an appointment for two days after being discharged from the hospital. The morning of my appointment I got a call saying that my appointment was for the day after it was originally scheduled. When I called to talk to the front desk the woman I spoke to was very rude. She interrupted me multiple times saying that the people who do the aftercare calls do not have access to make appointments. Which, she may be right but at the time of making my first call I thought I was calling after hours because it was a Saturday. I asked if there was any way we could get in today (because I made an appointment for today not tomorrow ) the day that I originally scheduled the appointment and she said no, I understand that doctors are very busy but whoever I spoke to on Saturday did not put the information in correctly and that is not my fault. I am extremely upset about having to change my appointment date and I’m also very upset about the service that the lady at the front desk provided. I get somebody made a mistake, we are all humans but the way she went about it was not acceptable at all. I hope they can get better staff.

My family loves Metropolitan Pediatrics! The front office staff, assistants, and doctors are all incredible and caring. We came here by recommendation from a friend and I am so happy that we did! Whenever we have a health issue, the staff is always able to squeeze us in, same day! I truly appreciate everyone at Metropolitan Pediatrics!

We love Metropolitan Pediatrics. Especially Dr. Moshofsky! He has cared for our kids for 20+ years with compassion, expertise and kindness. We are sad to see him retire, but we feel confident that the other doctors in the practice are equally amazing.

I came in for my baby’s first well check and was almost late, overwhelmed and exhausted. Started crying at the front desk and one of the beautiful ladies walked out to the front and gave me a hug and made me feel SO much better. We also had a wonderful experience with both doctors we’ve seen. We were given in depth answers to every question and felt very comfortable and supported. I am delighted with this clinic, to say the least!!!

This place runs like a well oiled machine. Everything runs so smooth and efficient. Very impressed with the swift and professional staff from front desk to the Medical Assistant administering the vaccines. Highly recommend.

Solid pediatric care. The staff was warm and welcoming and the doctors are good too! I recommend reading docs bio’s first to make sure you find the doctor that meets your kiddos needs

Took my children in for their flu vaccines. The MA who gave them the vaccines made them feel at ease. By the time they realized what happened, the bandaid was already on their leg/arm and we were heading out the door - she was that efficient. The entire visit in and out the door was 10 mins. There was no crying involved and they were happy and playful the rest of the day. Best experience with vaccines that we have had.

The doctor was great! The helped my child exactly like I would have wanted. The problem was on the administrative side where we were given an appointment time the day before but when we showed up they told us we weren’t on the schedule. So we were forced to pick a new appointment time which was unfortunate since I had pulled my child from school for this appointment and also affected my work schedule. Overall, still pleased with the clinic but their scheduling system could be improved to avoid these kinds of random appointment losses (assuming I’m not the only one who has experienced this).

Consistently, top care from this practice. We've been with them for the past 15 years (since my oldest was born). Our kids' previous provider (same practice) retired about a year ago, and we were sad to say goodbye. But the kids are in good hands with their new provider, Dr. Weill. He is sharp, conscientious, and caring with the kids; listens to what they say with an eye to what is already in their charts, family history, etc in order to ensure the best possible care and outcomes. And, of course, let's not forget all of the extra time pediatricians put in, on a regular basis, for their patients; no exception with Dr. Weill. For unplanned illnesses, there are enough providers in the practice for last minute urgent appointments. A well run practice with several branches. We generally go to the one on the Westside. All providers seen in urgent-care / last minute scenarios have always been good (competent, professional, caring with kids, etc).

So happy with our first visit. Big nice waiting area. Kind and engaging front desk staff! Wait time was very reasonable and the visit with our doctor was great. My son was able to ask questions and we felt listened to. Thank you so much for the great experience.

We love Dr. Baliga. She is very attentive and fun. She has a knowledgeable and nurturing energy and she’s really good at supporting the parent through whatever phase the child is going through. She’s good about giving her professional opinion while still respecting a parents’ right to choose what’s best for her child. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that sometimes getting in to the doctor can be tricky— they often have to schedule way ahead and then don’t provide reminder calls or notifications about well child visits that’s are coming up but may not have been scheduled so you end up missing them abs then are 2 months out to schedule it after you realize you missed it. Otherwise, our experience has been very positive.

We LOVE Dr. Chiu! We have followed her to Beaverton from way back in NE Portland in 2000. She has seen both my kids over the years and we wouldn't go ANYWHERE else. The care and time she takes with you at every appt is unmatched. She really gets to know not only her patients but the whole family.

Dr. Chui is fantastic. She remembers us when we come in, is reassuring, and makes sure all my questions are answered. The office staff is great too, they talk with my son even though he's at an age where he doesn't always talk back. Keep up the fantastic work!

Great receptionist service always polite and helpful. Dr. Emily Woods is an amazing pediatrician. Very thorough and cares about the health and well being of her patients. Always a great experience with our Appointments.

The best place for a child's care. I moved out of Oregon and miss them now. My son is Dr Lutfi's patient and she is the best. Dr Lutfi hears each of my concern about my child and answers to all my questions. She never disregarded my worries or questions. There is also a same day appointment if your child is sick. I was also surprised when an on call doctor (Dr Lickteig) followed up on my child's lab results on July 4, 2022 and asked us to come in same day that too on a holiday. I really love all the staff here, so friendly. We moved out of Oregon and hard to find such a good practice. Special thanks to all the staff, Dr Eman Lutfi, and her PA Avery Fisher and also Thanks to Dr Karen Lickteig for all the care.

We have been at Metro Peds for over 12 years and have loved it. Every doctor we have seen has been attentive and kind and treated our family with respect. Our kids always feel comfortable and safe.

We have been seeing Dr. Weill for at least 10 years now. He has seen my kids grow up and addressed all of my concerns throughout the years and never made me feel (as a mom) like anything was too trivial. I could not ask for a better doctor to take care of my babies.

Nice and friendly staff. Good doctor and great opportunity to have someone speaking your native language so the communication is easy. Appointments (wellness and sick) are easily available.

We love Dr. Baliga. She is always straight with us and gives us good advice. Her guidance to us first time parents is really appreciated, we have a good kid overall, but certain things (like taking away the pacifier and sleeping in his own room), we wouldn't have known to when to start and could've made it harder on ourselves later on. We always have a good experience with her and the nurses.

We came from another wonderful pediatrician but we wanted someone closer to our home and have found a great doctor! Dr. Baynum is great and truly seems to care about the children but also what parents want for them as well. She listens and has a warm demeanor. Our child was born early and has some special needs at the moment and we have all of the support we need. I highly recommend!!

We love metropolitan pediatrics! As 1st time parents we our experience with their team has been seamless. We were able to do a meet and greet with the pediatricians which was a bonus. Everyone at the facility is super nice and very thorough. I highly recommend them!

The staff were warm and welcoming to us. The lobby in addition to the typical waiting room items had a beautiful mural with a search and find list as well as smaller chairs made for the kids. The nurse and doctor were well trained. As a parent of a busy kid to see how they reacted in a positive way to my kid made my heart beyond happy. I felt like for the first time I'm being heard for my kid. My only regret was that I didn't find them sooner. I wish that I could give more than a five star rating on this thing. As my kid likes to say I would give them infinite stars out of five.

One of the issues I brought my child in for was assess and addressed Appropriately. However my second issue was brushed off, the doctor literally stood in the doorway on her way out and provided some generic feedback and did not listen to the concerns at all. All of her suggestions were things we already do and I feel she did not take our concerns seriously. The provider Does not seem particularly child centered or skilled engaging with children. We waited 30 minutes past her appointment time and she seemed rush and eager to see her next patient.

The team at Metropolitan Pediatrics are awesome. They care for their little patients and are responsive and also follow-up on care advise. The Nurse Advise service is available round the clock and is a life saver as a parent of an infant (who is now a toddler). Wish them the best.

We had a wonderful experience at Metropolitan pediatrics. Dr. Wood was caring, listening and answering all our questions. We were able to find same day appointment for an urgency. It’s clean and they’re very supportive and caring. Highly recommend Metropolitan Pediatrics Hospital.

I love the doctors here. Everyone on the staff is friendly. Nice clean place. I feel comfortable here, maybe because I've been coming here for years with each of my kids...even before they were at this location. Wonderful care is given here!

Dr. K and staff are wonderful! I’ve been working with Dr. K for the past year, and my health has improved significantly. He really takes time to understand his patients as individuals. They can be difficult to get ahold of on the phone, but you can reach them online.

I love Metro Pediatrics! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to get urgent appointments, in office or virtual with any one of their Doctors. My son’s regular Doctor provides excellent care and I’m very happy with my experience here.

It was well organized and we had our daughter shown to Dr Kristen R Ell, MD in Metropolitan pediatrics beaverton. She listened to us carefully and provided feedback and not any medicine for any complains. My Daughter was very happy and so do us.

Had our first appointment with Dr. Ell for our 4 year old son and it was indeed great experience. Right from entering the hospital to checkout everything was very well organized. Dr. Ell explained all things in detail about our child and gave enough time in examining him.

We have had a great experience all around at metropolitan pediatrics. We love Dr.Baliga! She is knowledgeable, refreshing and truly cares about her patients. My son had an eye infection as a newborn and she was on it to make sure it cleared up asap (luckily it did eventually!). She answers any questions you may have and will respond to follow up appointment questions in a timely manner if you need any clarification. I highly recommend!
