I
had
given
Metropolitan
pediatrics
Beaverton
location
a
five
star.
I
am
sad
to
say
that
my
opinion
of
this
office
has
changed.
My
two
month
old
baby
was
in
the
hospital
and
before
leaving
the
doctor
asked
me
to
set
up
a
follow
up
appointment
with
my
pediatrician.
So
I
called
on
a
Saturday
and
and
I
thought
it
was
after
hours
that
I
was
calling,
so
when
I
spoke
to
the
lady
I
asked
if
I
had
to
wait
until
Monday
to
make
an
appointment
or
if
I
could
make
it
with
her.
She
said
she
could
help
me
and
we
made
an
appointment
for
two
days
after
being
discharged
from
the
hospital.
The
morning
of
my
appointment
I
got
a
call
saying
that
my
appointment
was
for
the
day
after
it
was
originally
scheduled.
When
I
called
to
talk
to
the
front
desk
the
woman
I
spoke
to
was
very
rude.
She
interrupted
me
multiple
times
saying
that
the
people
who
do
the
aftercare
calls
do
not
have
access
to
make
appointments.
Which,
she
may
be
right
but
at
the
time
of
making
my
first
call
I
thought
I
was
calling
after
hours
because
it
was
a
Saturday.
I
asked
if
there
was
any
way
we
could
get
in
today
(because
I
made
an
appointment
for
today
not
tomorrow
)
the
day
that
I
originally
scheduled
the
appointment
and
she
said
no,
I
understand
that
doctors
are
very
busy
but
whoever
I
spoke
to
on
Saturday
did
not
put
the
information
in
correctly
and
that
is
not
my
fault.
I
am
extremely
upset
about
having
to
change
my
appointment
date
and
I’m
also
very
upset
about
the
service
that
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
provided.
I
get
somebody
made
a
mistake,
we
are
all
humans
but
the
way
she
went
about
it
was
not
acceptable
at
all.
I
hope
they
can
get
better
staff.
