I went in to see the jeweler as she's the only one I trust in town. She spent about 20 minutes repairing what I brought in. She is the best. I've bought both new and old rings and necklaces from her and have always been happy with the price, quality, repair work and service.

The staff as well as the owner are very caring and helpful. I have used them many times and I've never had any issues. They are fair in their pricing and extremely trustworthy. The owner even helped me out and took a personal interest when I had an issue with another pawn shop. I recommend these guys 100% I will not go to any other pawn shop.

When you walk in it feels friendly, its clean and not cluttered. The staff is knowledgeable and certainly helpful but very oriented in selling you items. There selections of "guy stuff" is large, they also have a lot of jewelry and assortment of other items.

This is the only store I buy any guns or ammo at. Very fair on pawns. They try to work with you on fair prices and are patient if you are late to pay as long as you let them know.

I love this pawn shop. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they are close to home. One of the employees, Matt, is a wealth of information when it comes to firearms and ballistics information for bullets. I've sold quite a bit of gold and silver to e-z pawn over the years and have never had any issues in fact I have always felt that they paid the highest and have appreciated that I can stay in my vehicle while they appraise and weigh the items, that is until my last experience with them in which I sold 19.8 grams of 14k gold for 400 dollars. They had been crazy busy and were training a new person so I waited over an hour and was late for work so at the time even though I felt the amount was not what it should be I accepted it needing to get on my way to work. After speaking with a few other gold buyers locally about what they would pay for nearly 20 grams of 14k gold and after hearing what they said and doing research I found that the melt value was nearly 800 dollars while the retail value was nearly 3600 or more, what I sold was not scrap and I'm sure they will sell it for 10× what they paid me for it. After going to them for the last 2 almost 3 yrs. This is the first time I have felt taken advantage of by E-Z Pawn in my dealings with them. I will not be going back there again after this nor would I recommend them to anyone.
