The staff were very friendly and assisted me with everything from finding supermarkets, organizing me a very affordable taxi driver and guide, a even helping to find a very hard to find adaptor for my laptop. 24 hour security, need card to access the room. The room was clean, everything worked. Smart TVs in bedroom and lounge. Room has safe. There was a problem with shower and it was sorted out immidietly. Desfam is conveniently located and close to restaurants, small markets and retail centres. Overall it was the best place I could have chosen for my first experience of Ethiopia, can't wait till my next trip.

Her genuine heart and eagerness to assist guests are unparalleled. Zenash, the manager, is amazing – she doesn’t hesitate to dive in and solve any issues promptly, which I greatly appreciated. The cleaning ladies are fantastic, offering top-notch service and quality that truly enhances your stay. While the security team could improve in terms of genuine service rather than focusing on tips, my overall experience was still outstanding. I can't wait to book my second stay when I return home! I had a lovely stay at Desfam for about two weeks. The apartment is very new and matches the pictures posted online perfectly. It’s in a great location in Addis near restaurants and tourist attractions and it’s now my go-to place whenever I’m in Addis.
