THEY DON'T SEPARATE PETS FROM ESA ANIMALS, I have all the documentation and everything for my ESA and they wouldn't even look at it, because my dog doesn't meet their pet policy guide lines. I was very confused, because ESA's are exempt from those rules, ALL ESA animals are, but they don't seem to care. The lady I did talk to really pushed that I get rid of my dog and move in to one of their units. Which is a huge red flag to me. I would never recommend moving somewhere that pushes you to get rid of a service animal of any kind, just so they can make a buck.

Please do not move here. I lived here for about a year and it was the worst time of my life. Horrible parking situation (you literally have to fight for it), thin walls and creaky hardwood. They also run your credit without letting you know. I have lived in numerous apartments in Seattle and I never got a hard inquiry from them on my credit. These apartments pretend to be "lavish" but they are really not. Oh and the office people are never there. Also, I left my apartment completely spotless and most of my deposit was kept, as always. LOL please save yourself the headache.

Moved in March 2021 during COVID and other than not being able to extend the lease everything was great until July 2021 when there was a mice infestation, which the apartment managers were aware of. Maintenance was useless as was the management. Maintenance came to our apartment several times and repeatedly said that holes/cracks found throughout the entire apartment were “to small” for mice to get through but we continuously would see one or three running through the apartment. We ended up plugging holes with Brillo pads over 3-4 months. Exterminators were never Called. Maintenance never checked the places we asked them to unless we were present. All of this ended with us moving out. Despite cleaning everything top to bottom and losing HUNDREDS of dollars worth of personal items due to mice, I was cheated out of my deposit fee AND they lied on paperwork (we wrote why and spoke to the manager) about the reason we moved out, although we said it was specifically due to their lack of action with mice being in at least 10 units, including ours. I suppose it didn’t help that they also raised rent every few months even when had mice and didn’t allow extended leases.

Sadly I just moved out of this apartment complex after a wonderful 4 years of living here in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment since I’m moving into a house. Living here has been nothing but peaceful and enjoyable. I honestly wish I could give this rating higher than 5 stars cause they definitely deserve it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and quiet community. For the gated community and location of the apartment, the rent is reasonable in price. You pay for what you get. AND ITS CLOSE TO THE MALL! The visuals of the area during fall and winter season is something else and on top of that friendly and peaceful neighbors. I’m honestly surprised during my 4 years here, I have not had ANY issues with anyone or even deal with a single noise complaint. The current community manager is Ashley Smit and I will say she is beyond awesome on top of being super friendly and easy to talk with. She also got a new assistant at the front desk and even the assistant is amazing and friendly. They have been such a great help with anything I needed and they’ll literally go the extra mile to help the residence of the community. More improvements and positive changes is coming to make life a lot more enjoyable around the area. Ending this review, just do it. You know you want to, listen to the angel on your shoulder. Trust me, it’s worth it and you won’t regret living here. Thank you Cedar Court for the amazing 4 years, I wish you guys the best of luck and keep on doing your best for the community. Annnd can someone please help the manager out during snowy/icy days, she is literally out there shoveling walk ways and salting everything on her own while slipping all over the place. 🙂

Excellent little place to live. I visited a friend there and the apartments were excellent for a small family. The manager on site was awesome and very knowledgeable in the community and very easy to talk to. I think the management team picked a great manager for this site, it was much needed.

I live and work at this community.. I have a 3 bedroom home which I find to be spacious and really quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors.. I enjoy working at this community I started here in November. The residents are friend and kind. I enjoy it here

I don't live here and have never physically been on the property. I was apartment searching and I like to check the reviews prior to viewing. Will say that I was really interested in this place when I saw it on Trulia, it looks like a nice place. No longer interested after seeing a lot of 5 star reviews from people that work here. I don't want to read about your office staff commenting on how great the office staff is, or take the maintenance man's word for it about how efficient and speedy the repairs are. Reviews exist for a reason, and customers want to know what the people that live there say. Posting stuff like this makes the place seem sus and wonder how many of the reviews are fake. Not pursuing the apartment due to this.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Management office is very uncommunicative and will hide information from you to get “non-refundable” money from you just to waste your time. Their rules to move in are an insane hassle and far more difficult than many other apartments in the area. They make it way too hard on you to qualify and will not take accountability for their actions. Again, please do not rent from here if possible. You will have a much better experience elsewhere I am sure

I live here and it's about 5 to 10 minutes away from everything. For the places that aren't close there is a bus station less then 5 minutes away. My room is big enough to play my VR in and the new manager is really nice, gets on any issues right away.

The grounds are clean, well kept. I am confident that my future investment will lead to bigger and better things. I’ve heard a lot of negativity about this place. But, After walking around I felt those comments to be either insignificant or untruthful as the environment and management were welcoming with open arms.

I used to live and work here, the community itself was amazing. All of the residents are super friendly and the floor plans are cute. The new manager is great and addresses issues quickly.
