We used goddess glamour for all of my wedding party! Everyone looked amazing and they even took an add on right before our big day! Both stylists were friendly and did great work-all my bridesmaids loved them! Coordinating services and working with Carly (the owner) was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! Brianna was our assigned make up artist who was supposed to show up at 645am sharp. When Brianna did not show up at her 645am start time we spent 2 hours calling her and the owner Carly without any response from Brianna until 845am when she finally called me back saying she “slept through her alarm.” She did not arrive until almost 10am. She had to rush through all my bridesmaids hair and make up trying to cram 5 hours of services into 2 hours. Most of my bridesmaids had to redo their own hair and make up. We were 30 minutes late to our ceremony because no one was ready. It was very traumatic and stressful and after repeated contact attempts to Carly the owner we have still not received any response. Carly was very responsive during the booking process but she has not responded to any of our contact attempts. It was very upsetting and I’m shocked we haven’t even received an apology from from the owner yet alone and sort of remedy.

I was part of a bridal party that used Goddess Glamour for hair and makeup services and normally I wouldn’t write a review but I honestly couldn’t stay quiet after my experience. Ashley was such a sweetheart and honestly was amazing, hence why I gave 2 stars but Paradice was the most unprofessional and rude person let alone service provider I have ever met. I have curly and very textured hair, Paradice asked me repeatedly what product was in my hair when I washed it the night before. Then refused to do my hair until I blow dried it for almost an hour. I’m surprised she actually did my hair (well put in minimal effort to curl & pin up) and it was genuinely the most awkward and uncomfortable experience of my life. Luckily I live clear on the other side of the country, but I wanted to share my experience so others would be warned.

Communication with Carly was great in the beginning. Once I paid my deposit that changed. They send you a contract that says they’ll be in contact with YOU at least 6 weeks before your wedding. At almost 3 weeks I MYSELF had to reach out TWICE to schedule this. It wasn’t until I emailed, texted and called with my wedding planner did someone answer. I also asked again two times for a portfolio sent over of the artists work. That never happened. At that point I was in contact with an artist who was also slow to respond. Again, in the contract it says they’ll give you 5 dates/times to choose from. I was given the option of 2 which I had to make work. I’ve just cancelled before my trail date. The lack of organization and communication in addition to bad reviews popping up is just not reassuring. I wanted this to work, but I am getting married I should not need to contact the vendor multiple times. We’re under enough stress as it is.

If I could score lower I would! We canceled outside of a month and still ended up being out over $600! My sister in law’s fiance canceled their wedding on her and I had been in charge of organizing the makeup and hair for the wedding party and the deposit was on my credit card as well as the contract. When the wedding was canceled they would not refund the half down deposit we’d paid and on top of that made us pay more! RUN! Worst customer service I ever dealt with and no empathy toward an awful circumstance.

As a picky person myself when it comes to my hair, I was immediately reassured when I booked with Goddess Glamour. I showed them my inspiration pics and they went above and beyond to make sure my final look fit me. Carly and her wonderful team as are prompt, professional, and extremely organized!! I couldn't have asked for a smoother process for my wedding.

I had the privilege of working with Jules at Goddess Glamour for my wedding this past weekend, and I was so grateful to have her on my team! I don't wear a lot of makeup, but do have particular ideas for what I want to look like. Goddess Glamour came recommended by our planner, and from the start they were incredibly communicative and thorough, which I especially appreciated when I had some modifications to my bridal party due to covid. Jules was also incredibly helpful, walking me through what she was doing during my trial and following up to discuss modifications. I looked exactly like what I had envisioned on my wedding day. 10/10 recommend!
