The entire staff including the doctor were amazing! From the beginning of the experience the office staff was prompt and efficient with scheduling and communication. Then during the procedure all of the nurses and ancillary staff were kind, patient and careful constantly explaining what they were doing and why. With customer service being so inadequate nowadays I am exceedingly impressed with Spinal Diagnostics!

Today I saw Dr Heros for my 6 week post procedure follow up. After 15 years, and after seeing many doctors, I am pain free. The team at Spinal Diagnostics and Cascade Spine center are among the best professionals I have ever encountered. Professional, kind, caring, supportive, compassionate. There are not enough words to explain how I feel about the team. It was a lengthy journey too with my inept health insurance company, but Elizabeth helped throughout that nightmare. Thank you everyone.

Dr.Anderson and his staff are very professional. Dr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and spent time listening to all I had to say about my medical history and problem. He accurately diagnosed the procedure I needed and preformed it so I had a very successful outcome. Afterwords he helped me connect with a very good Physical Therapist who is very good at his profession in keeping pain free.

This place screwed up my billing for nerve stimulator trials so bad, they want $4k for a procedure they billed incorrectly. I’m disabled and on a fixed income and was able scrounge enough up to pay what insurance would normally pay and paid that.I even bought 2 months of COBRA to cover the last procedure and we all know how expensive COBRA is. They screwed that up as well. They continue to harass me for money THEY lost through bad billing. All for a bunch of procedures that never worked. I still can’t walk right. I’m done. I’m broke. Please, Leave. Me. Alone.

Good communication. They were unable to identify the source of my back pain among the myriad of problems evident in my lumbar spine, but they were methodical in their investigation and seemed to cover all the bases. They helped my apply for a clinical trial which might have been therapeutic, but I was found to be ineligible; that decision was out of their hands.

Reception and staff were welcoming and kind, appt. was on schedule and Dr. Anderson was attentive, engaging and appeared to be genuinely interested in addressing the reason for my visit. Great first impression.

Dr Heros is absolutely incredible. He is so kind and patient. In addition, the reps from St Jude (Jake) are incredible also. 👏 Cannot recommend this place enough.
