I have had two sessions with Buffy so far, and have been so impressed! She is highly knowledgeable about pelvic physical therapy, as well as holistic health. She is clearly invested in her expertise and helping patients to heal and live fuller lives. She takes the time to understand your concerns and is a natural educator, which hasn’t been my experience with all healthcare providers. After only two sessions, I am already experiencing positive changes in my pain condition. I highly recommend! Also, the Pinnacle Women’s Therapeutics clinic is a calming environment that feels more like a spa than a sterile medical office. I enjoy being there and the office manager, Jordyn, has been so helpful and pleasant as well!

I have learned so much from Buffy. After I had a bad experience with my first birth I went to Pinnacle. Buffy gave me so many tips and truly made it possible for me to avoid tearing and have natural births with my last two children. She is personable and knowledgeable. I truly cannot say enough great things. Using a pelvic floor therapist for before and after birth has truly made my recovery time less.

I SO enjoyed working with Buffy. She was always so encouraging and patient as we worked through multiple issues together. Buffy is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in a caring and informative way. I am blown away by what we accomplished and how much my quality of life has improved. Thank you so much, Buffy! I can't recommend her enough. If you are on the fence about Pelvic Floor PT, go see Buffy!

I started seeing Geetha in August for a 12-yr-old diastasis recti that has weakened my core since my middle schooler was born! I walked in feeling like surgery was the only option and it's now 3 months later and I just discharged with a fully healed core and gaining strength on my own every week! Geetha is basically a miracle worker. My posture is better, she had me change how I breathe, and even fixed my weight lifting form. 10000% recommend. Plus she's fun to hang out with while you're in office! 💕 Jordyn is also amazing! Very friendly and quick to respond for booking.

Buffy took the time to teach and explain how your pelvic floor works and to reassure me that urine leakage postpartum isn't due to muscle weakness, but actually to issues with muscle coordination and relaxation. Her assessment was thorough and she looks at you as a whole person, considering how your hips, legs, feet, and spine play into pelvic floor issues. Her treatment plan and home exercises are accessible and practical, even for a busy new mom. Overall I felt very seen, validated, and hopeful after my first visit.

Buffy was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her detective work to find the cause of my pain. I appreciate how she was able to articulate the cause and empower me with understanding so that I walked out from my appointment with much less pain.

My friend informed me my essay review of this establishment did not move her to go or plainly it was too long. It’s a judgment free/welcoming and safe place for women. Questions about pelvic health? I would recommend making at least one appt, just see! It’s a 10/5 for me.

This office truly is a joy and makes self-care feel invigorating and empowering. Also, surprisingly quick commute from Portland too. I instantly felt comfortable with Geetha even on topics that are embarrassing. Right away she volunteered to wear a mask when she saw I was wearing one which also made me feel cared for and comfortable. She's a wonderful teacher, especially for visual learners like myself. I look forward to working with her in the many phases of my pelvic health! Also shout out to the loveliest front desk gal Jordyn! So kind and accommodating!
