Worst place ever. DONT GO HERE if you actually want help. Staff is all extremely rude and cancelled my appointment after waiting 2 months and after doing all the paperwork, signing all consent forms, and wasting my time. Just Cancelled my appointment, because I didn't feel comfortable to put my credit card information on file? Seriously this is the worst place ever. Save your time! I feel WORSE after just talking with these people.

I really don't know what LifeStance is, other than my current provider suddenly got shoe-horned under them (thanks corporate healthcare). I don't want to know what LifeStance is. I shouldn't have to know what it is. But now I get annoying emails, and calls to action telling me to "review a document" which does not actually require me to review it (but I always have to look, because what if it actually *did* require me to review it!) If I wanted to spend my time thinking about LifeStance Health, I would have got a job there. I just want to *live* my life :) I can't give it a rating lower than 3 stars because I can't say there's something bad to say -- but why would I have anything good to say? Also, why are they asking me to review them, when I literally should not need to know who they are? Perhaps that is the heart of why I even bothered leaving this review. To express my desire not to be annoyed by them.

My therapist, Sheila is great. I’ve been working with her for many years. Once LifeStance bought River Valley, quality of customer service decreased sharply. It is difficult to reach anyone by phone without leaving a message, receiving multiple confirm your appointment texts, even after I’ve confirmed, etc. Diane, as always, has been more than pleasant.

Most awful disorganized organization meant to work with peoples goals. The sessions are monitored and your private information is not secure! Terrible, recommend seeking your professional needs anywhere but with organization!

The therapist has help me improve my behavior of health. I'm very satisfied with the service. the provider i have is great and professional.

I love my therapist Audrey church is a person who cares and specializes in specific areas of mental health I thank god for her it’s expensive I don’t have insurance currently and I’ll have to get a job with private insurance or I’m going to be missing that organization for a while again thank you Audrey church and staff with her office thank you Tracy balderas

My daughter likes her therapist. The staff has been very helpful. Definitely found someone for my girl.
