    The worst part about coming to LabCorp Bonney Lake isn't the blood draw. It's the waiting area and seeing the beaten-down looks on their employees' faces. Having gone there now for over four years, nothing has changed except the invisible partition in the waiting room, which now appears to serve two different offices and is confusing. Signs everywhere say don't sit here... sit there... or stand out in the hall. Really? Many of the patients are elderly. "Go stand out there - out of the way please!" Great patient care LabCorp. And don't think about going when they open at 7 am... because they're not open... because they're not ready to see patients... because staffing is at a minimum. You will not beat the rush. Don't even try. Free Advice for LabCorp: Don't open the doors until you're ready to draw blood and management must properly staff this place or lose patients. I for one will not be coming back and I will advise my doctor upstairs to stop subjecting patients to this place. Oh... and take care of your employees LabCorp! This isn't McDonalds. This is healthcare!

    I waited over an hour to be called and they refused to draw the labs my doctor ordered, because of the passed due balance which I was working on getting taken care of by the clinic manager, due to mistake in billing which I explained to receptionist. She didnā€™t care at all and said they will not see me unless I take care of the balance right then on the spot. What a shame labcorp.

    Googled this place yesterday to find a blood draw place near me. The reviews were horrible but gave it a shot anyways. Got there at 7am and was out driving home by 7:15 and they were on time opening and super nice. Only advice is have a copy of your orders in hand incase the faxed or electronic orders didnā€™t make it or got lost. Several people that were behind me were in and out by 7:10 because they had to search for my orders. All in all just like anything elseā€™s only the bad reviews tend to get written about. So I made it a point to write this. At home at 7:35am having coffee.

    Wasnā€™t going to leave this review because I as well work in costumer service and I get it thereā€™s bad days but I canā€™t stop thinking about the situation. Came in on October 31st at 8am to get my blood drawn and the lady at the front desk further from the door, was absolutely terrible. She had a huge attitude. If I wasnā€™t already nervous to get my blood drawn I wouldā€™ve definitely made a commotion out of it because itā€™s just not okay. I wish I wouldā€™ve got her name. She needs to go work somewhere where she doesnā€™t interact with humans at all. However the lady who drew my blood was amazing. Super sweet. Front desk lady should learn from her.

    Tha lab was so busy this morning but the staff handled it like pros. They were short one treatment room due to a repair but still getting people checked in and processed quickly. Very professional and friendly staff! Thank you!

    Horrible wait times, and poor communication. I wasn't informed that since I was 7 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, I would be sent to the back of the queue. If I had known, I would have left and come back instead of waiting for an hour and a half after my appointment time. Not nearly enough seating for the long wait, and the majority of their clientele are the elderly.

    Made a 1pm appointment. Check in was easy. I was put in a room for 30 minutes. Left at 1:30pm because I do not have time to waste. Will never be back. But I got a text at 4:16 pm that they were ready. LOL

    Never come here for lab work. The level of professionalism and communication amongst the employees is absolutely insane. No care for patients whatsoever. I had a blood test done last Monday the 24th and was told it would take 2 days for results. I told them when I went that the reason Iā€™m taking this is because it is a requirement for my new job. A week had passed and still no word about my results. Finally get a hold of someone at the clinic (cus no one at this labcorp answers the phones) and was told by the provider who ordered the test that there had been some miscommunication between them and the lab and that my test needed to be done again because the lab ā€œcouldnā€™t run itā€ and that someone from labcorp was supposed to call me and let me know about it but that they never did. Iā€™ve had to push my work stRt back a week cus I was waiting for these results and now have to delay it again because of their screw up. No one will tell me why it couldnā€™t be run either. Iā€™m not sure if they lost my samples or what but that level of lack of communication is insane.
