They let a very sick, coughing person move all around the bar area picking different tables as they came available. Very unclean restaurant. Cobwebs hanging all over signs and decor. Food on our silverware. Dirty menus. Someone said something about the sick person and the manager went over in a very loud voice, "I understand you feel uncomfortable" blah blah blah right in front of the sick person. Everyone in the bar was looking. Not how I would handle it if it was my restaurant....but its not. Everyone in the whole area was very uncomfortable. Food was like any other olive garden. But cleanliness and management were very poor. Our server Kyle was great.

We went in today for a late lunch . Since it’s a holiday I knew the place will be packed so we made a reservation online and went in the mall while we track our place in line on the app . As our turn approach we went in and checked in . We got seated 3 minutes later by a nice host . Service from there was amazing ! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and was super nice . We had a nice family time there and the food was delicious. I loved and enjoyed my chicken Scampi. The place was packed but you can see that the team work well under pressure and are happy to help . I’ve been to several Olive Garden but this location customer service is top notch ! Thanks y’all 😊

Awesome place with great cleanliness and service. The employees were awesome and nice very professional. My server Myra was an amazing server! She was nice, professional and quick with her service. Also funny and engaging during my dinner. Would always come back just to have her service for how great she was!

Good food. Good atmosphere. I feel like everyone knows what to expect at olive garden. If you are actually Italian, you apparently will not think it is authentic and might not like it. If you like the American version of Italian food then you'll love it. This location has nice staff. Quick service. Clean.

We have eaten at many olive gardens across the states and had plenty of takeout from them, too. But this location was by far the worst I've been to. When attempting to ask what seating wait time was over the phone, and wonder about reservations and we got a really snappy receptionist. We decided to take it to go and odered online, which was the most calm part of our experience sadly. We didn't live too far, so we knew we would have warm food when we got home. When we did sit down to eat it, our calamari was soggy and under cooked. The chicken an gnocchi had no chicken and was very watery, and our main courses had little to no sauce (chicken parm and seafood alfredo) there was so little sauce on the Alfredo that I had to make my own at home to make it at least somewhat enjoyable. The only thing that was constant was the quality of the bread sticks. We were hoping to have a couple friendly night for valentine's day and this meal sadly just turned it into an ordinary day.

We always liked this Italian restaurant. It has very tasty food and great selection. (Though last time they eliminated pizza from menu) The portions are really generous and you will have to take home what you can't finish. Service is fast and courteous. Prices are about average but the ambiance gives a flair of a luxury restaurant. Highly recommended.

Not my favorite restaurant. The waiter was very friendly , yet not overly attentive to our dining needs. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the chicken parmesan from the lunch menu. There was plenty of food but the spaghetti sauce was on the salty side & the chicken was a bit over cooked to my liking. The atmosphere was okay. Not fancy, but clean. However, the restrooms were not well supplied nor clean. The parking area was limited. It was difficult to find a parking place.

We have had our fair share of dining adventures, eating all over the world at high end restaurants. One of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had was at Olive Garden in Olympia! Taylor was our server and the service was exceptional. She was attentive, professional and detail oriented. She needs to be a trainer.

Came in to make a take out order and everyone was very nice, welcoming, and prompt. Cecelia took my Togo order and she was very nice! The manager up front was nice as well, ensuring I had been helped. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Overpriced, of course. You can totally make everything they sell for cheaper at home, but that's true of a lot of restaurants. But it's a nice treat, no cooking, no cleanup, good food, generous portions and unlimited bread and soup/salad. Kids are happy, mom usually has leftovers besides. Win everywhere.

Awesome customer service by Mario! He had handling multiple tables at a time and yet checked on me like no one other before. So grateful for this experience!

I would give this experience 10 stars if possible. The customer service was absolutely amazing! The waitress that served my friend and I was named Taylor, and she made our night so much better. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely attentive. She deserves to be promoted in our opinion because we would come back there just for the customer service we received. Thank you so much to Taylor from Olive garden for making our mother's day date a night to remember.

Decided to go to Olive Garden for dinner to celebrate our 18yr wedding anniversary, and glad we did! After a very short wait we were seated in a nice secluded area with great ambiance. With a very polite and prompt waitress. We ordered the Calamari appetizer that was tender and yummy 😋, salads and the wife had Chicken Scampi while I ordered their Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara dish. Oddly enough the delicious fresh salad and bread came first, followed by the Calamari appetizer, then came the main course.... But it was all so tasty it certainly didn't even matter which came first! The food was excellent and the service was great!

My group is on our senior trip and it had a rough start to say the least so we decided to stop here and try to make it a little better. To say the least we got out pep back. We had Kenzie as our waitress, she had taken amazing care of us and made us all feel a lot better. Not to mention the food was amazing and on point as usual.

I went here for a coworker's retirement party. We had about 40 ppl show up for the party and we started during the lunch rush. The food met expectations for quality, but the service was ABSOLUTELY top-notch. Despite the number of people, food arrived fresh and hot. Drinks were refilled promptly, fresh bread sticks and salads just kept coming, and it never felt like I was waiting for my turn in a massive party.

So my bride wasn’t feeling well. So we tried take out. We were pleasantly surprised of the portion size and the quality of the Olive Garden. They provided plenty of bread sticks and a large salad that could feed four. I was very surprised at the great flavors of our entrees. And we also ordered the extra entrees for us to have a dinner for the next day at only $6 a piece.

A great place to eat. Warm atmosphere and friendly staff members. Food was delicious. The shrimp fritters appetizer were amazing, so tasty. And of course the soup and salad combo is so yummy to the tummy. Check it out. Oh don't forget to try the wine.

Really good! The bread sticks are amazing with Alfredo sauce. Has shrimp scampi again. I am confused on portions. When we eat at the restaurant we get really good size portions but when we pick up or delivery from Door dash the portions are barely half the size. We get our money's worth dining in only. Really good food but only eating dine in from now on.

Olive garden generally never disappoints. They are generous with quantity of food it's difficult to go back hungry after dining at Olive garden. The last time I tried Olive Garden was in Irvine, California. It was a nice recollection of Olive Garden in here. I feel the taste of food was decent. I went for a soup, and Eggplant Parmigiano. I had veggies soup which was just okay. The salad was pretty awesome. Their complimentary bread was really superb and fresh.

Myra, our waitperson was wonderful!!! We stopped in for a light early dinner before the movie and had great food, as always! Myra was fast friendly and efficient! She made sure our order was correct in every detail and checked on us often. The feeling of the restaurant was one of happy hardworking people. The place was neat, clean, and very well attended too, inside and out! We had Dine in as well as Take out for later... As we keep a cooler w/ice in the SUV. We will be back.

Literally everything we’ve ordered here has been off-the-charts delicious. Our waiter, Arturo, even pulled some strings to get us a free dessert for our anniversary dinner! The Italian Margarita was great, too.

We had a great time and had great food. Jennifer took care of us she was terrific and really personable. It is always a pleasure to come and eat at Olive Garden.

Ordered appetizer and didn't get it. Had to ask that it be taken off the bill. Then they come and ask if we would like to take it home. Not an appetizer if you have to take it home. Salad was way light on salad dressing. At the end we were asked if we would like a free dessert but before we could answer the server leaves. Not sure I will come back again.

Great looking friendly place. Great staff. Excellent gnocchi soup. But mediocre shrimp scampi with pasta and very weak flavored ice tea. The weekday lunch prices are worth it.

A personal favorite. Good service and tasty food. Most servers seam to have been here for a long time and knowledgeable about their product. If you like pasta you can't go wrong here. They offer a nice bar up front and open dining with big windows to see outside. Easy to find and park next to a shopping mall but far enough away so you don't have shoppers looking in at you while your eating. You can order ahead if you are in a hurry or just want to take it home. They will bring your take out meal to you while you wait in your car if you prefer.
