Came here with the wife. Enjoyed our meal and had a very friendly upbeat server! Can be busy and wait times are expected during those times. We waited approximately 25min for a table of two.

Food was good, service was good, environment was calm and relaxing. The all you can eat shrimp with different options is nice touch.

Food was ok at best my shrimp pizza was bland my lemonade was bomb loaded fries was old cheese wasn't even fully melted. I wasn't to pleased with overall meal they were seriously under staffed for the people walking in.

Better come here hungry!! You get big plates. Lots of food. I took home half got lobster and steak baked potatoes and veggies. Wait staff was great.

They offer birthday specials which we went during a weekday. Notntoo busy but a bit understaffed. Organized and well kept. Clean area when dining in. It was inordinate that they were out of lobster pizza. Overall a good visit and will be coming back on occasion for our seafood craving.

We came for dinner on Nov. 18th 2023, during the endless shrimp promotion. They only brought two extra servings of shrimp in 3 hours, and only my husband ordered the endless shrimp. My son and I ordered other shrimp dishes. The service was very slow, our drinks were only refilled once, there was a very fishy smell coming from the kitchen, and when we tried to pay, it took 20 minutes before anyone came to give us a tablet to check out, my son and I had gone to the car because it was taking so long. It then had 2 alcoholic drinks and an appetizer that we didn't even order on there, and we were charged the extra, refunded, and then charged the correct amount. The food was good, but the service was really lacking. We are also really disappointed with the fact that they took a long time in between bringing the other orders of shrimp, simply so they wouldn't have to give as much shrimp. My husband could have saved money by ordering the "pick three" shrimp since that was really all he ended up with. We would not eat here again.

Other negative reviews are correct. If you want the "ULTIMATE Endless Shrimp" *STAY AWAY* unless you want to wait 15 to 20 minutes between getting each dish of 5 shrimp. Manager will of course claim that are busy and under staffed. But this is clearly a training issue as others do not have this problem.

Excellent service and good food. The prices are a little high. There is ample parking and the restaurant is accessible. Free cheddar biscuits with orders. The Cranberry tea is refreshing.

Our server Marisol was joyful and outgoing, she and the rest of the kitchen staff got everything out in a timely manner. It was delicious and my boyfriend and I had no complaints. She even gave us drink refills without asking! The food was creamy and well seasoned, and the unlimited biscuits were mouth watering. Thank you to Marisol and everyone who worked today! We had a great experience.

I've wanted to eat a the Red Lobster for years. We don't have one in Anchorage Alaska. Everything was truly exceptional!

I have not eaten much at Red Lobster 🦞. I came for a family birthday party. We had a large group of 14. It was a little tight as we were at 3 tables pushed together with 4 people in a trapped booth at one end. I will say the service was amazing. The waitress was very on tip of refills and attentive. A large portion of our group did the all you can eat shrimp. The waitress ensured that we got our refill requests timely. All of the food was pretty good, though I can't say I was impressed with the sauce. No one liked the dipping sauce that came with the coconut shrimp, and the tarter was not very good either. One small downside in the otherwise very positive experience.

The staff was so awesome. I wish I got the gals name who helped us. We told her it was our first time at Red Lobster and she made the whole thing amazing. She was working the night shift and we sat at the booth by the lobster tank in front. Anyway, the food was amazing. I can't believe I waited so long to go. The atmosphere was awesome. I just wish the lights were a little brighter, I had a hard time adjusting to the darkness. That would be my only complaint. But other than that it was fantastic!

A beautiful restaurant interior. Very clean and well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious. Seems to have improved over the years. The new dragon shrimp were out of this world. The service couldn’t have been better. Nicole did an amazing job and we appreciated her very much. She was kind and patient and brought all the food at the same time and took care of all the little extra stuff, and there was a lot. So very grateful to her. Thank uou for an amazing experience. Dont go out much and when we do it’s great to have such a wonderful time.

Didn't suck! Nice staff. Cheddar Bay biscuits were the table favorite. Food was a little slow but very good. $20 AYCE shrimp is a steal. The rest of the menu is $$$ but what do you expect? Once in a while kind of place unless you hit the weekday lunch specials. Recommended.

Our server (Nicole) was fantastic. The food was delayed in being prepared and she was apologetic and thoughtful. She kept us supplied with biscuits and brought us a complimentary desert. Food was good quanity, but my shrimp was overcooked.

Seafood was pretty good for the girls.. super good dessert. Awesome appetizers.. (My Steak was the downer..).

Food was good! I had low expectations, but I wad pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Mac and cheese was not good, but the rest was fine! The biggest issue was they were having some major staffing issues. We were quoted 10-15 minutes when we got there. 50 minutes later, they said it would be another 50 minutes. I sort of doubted that so we waited a bit more and were seated within 10 minutes of then. Very strange, not sure what exactly was going on, but it wasn't great.

Food is what you'd expect from any Red Lobster. Granted, I do believe they have a lot of hits, like the yummy biscuits to the calamari to their, well, lobster. Today was the first time trying their fried green beans and I absolutely loved those, and I enjoyed their steak and mashed potatoes as well. Their calm chowder seemed a bit overpriced and watery to me, but that's okay. Everyone at my table liked what they got, and it all smelled amazing, I can tell you that. Even better at this particular establishment is the service. Our waitress, I believe her name is Lily (she's a really pretty blonde), was incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and quick to help us out. It's rare that I get a waiter who sticks out this much in my mind as amazing, but she does. We had no wait time, although we did get to the place a little bit earlier than dinnertime. It's a good family dining place in the Olympia area and I'd highly recommend it.

When I first entered the restaurant I was surprised at how much debris was on the floor. The food was good. And the service people were very sweet. The restaurant was exceptionally cold. I think they need to hire more staff. Our waitress had been working for 11 hours.

My elderly mom been craving lobster tails since moving up here. Finally took her in and she was super happy. Hubby and my mom gotten 7oz sirloin with side of lobster tail was $31 alot cheaper than getting the surf n turf (she didn't want those scallop) ...white sangerias were good! I did the same got 7oz sirloin and side of garlic shrimps. Baked potatoes with all and house salad. Yummm

I started off with those super yummy cheddar Bay biscuits. But someone in our party ate most of it as it was super yummy. I had the Admiral Platter, which was really good. My GF had the Lobster Stuffed Flounder which was excellent. Darn....I should have gotten that!! And we tried the crispy Brussel sprouts, which was unbelievably really good. And I hate Brussel sprouts...lol. Overall a great experience there in Tumwater Red Lobster...great job guys!! And a side note, our server was super nice and on top with service!!

Bella is the BEST person there. Her customer service is 100 and she will make things right with a positive friendly attitude. They really do great seafood too. I LOVE the Tuesday pound of crab legs special and their ultimate feast can feed two people or make two meals for one. Delivery is always on time with door dash but eating in the restaurant is always a great experience too. I've eaten at other Red Lobsters and more expensive non chain establishments but this Red Lobster in Olympia/Lacey is ON POINT!

Went there for dinner since they were having their all you ca eat shrimp apecial, they also have their Two for Tuesdays, so it was difficult to choose. I went with the all you can eat shrimp, fresh tasting and cooked perfectly, and great variety Our server James was amazing, we got a great experience with a perfect server, always checking up on us and taking our next order before we finish our current dish to keep the shrimp coming and stays piping hot 🔥. Highly recommend going here, great atmosphere and clean, well staffed.

So much shrimp! Our server, James, was excellent. We were guided to choices that made for an optimal dining experience. We ordered the endless shrimp and the timing between servings was perfect. James was attentive to our every need. From napkins to drink refills to figuring out how to use the app at the end of our meal. Much better experience than I was expecting.

Great service from our female server name James and her manager. Quick service, tasty be food and the drinks were good. A little confusion on the kitchen side and there were 2 meals ordered the same but cooked much different. A little on the pricey side and There were also some errors on the bill but were corrected quickly and with an apology. A clean places, good for the entire family, Great location, Easy to find and plenty of parking.
