Brought my son for his 21st Birthday. There were a lot of big parties here and it was tight where we had to sit, but not the restaurants fault, it was Black Friday The food was amazing, server was very nice, and service was a tad slow but God considering the amount of guests they had to work with. Would highly recommend. 👉Triple Threat Crispy Chicken Burger: taste was off the charts. Not spicy for me, but still amazing flavor and quality chicken. 👉 2x Guacamole Burgers: Super juicy and tasty guac! Also got French Dip (excellent), patty melt (excellent), mushroom burger (excellent) and smash burger (excellent). It was pricey, that's the only downfall, but we enjoyed our experience.

Just giving Andrew D a shout out for being a great server today! I am still drooling over my Cajun shrimp tacos which were all delicious! However my husband was not a big fan of his fish tacos, as on the menu it doesn’t state that they are fried. Typically they are grilled so he is a bit disappointed but it’s all good we live and learn! Over all it is a nice place! Thank you for having us!

I am updating my review for a slightly higher rating as the last few times we've been in it has been a great experience. I usually always go for one of the Mac n cheese dishes, but they also have great chicken sandwiches and fish and chips. A great occasional stop for good food and a couple of drinks with friends. The appetizers are also quite good.

My wife and I recently had lunch at Hops n Drops in Lacey and we had an incredible time. Our server, Diana, was outstanding - she was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. The food was also delicious - every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection and had great flavor. We especially loved the burgers and fries! Hops n Drops is one of our go-to spots for lunch, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. Recently placed an order for pick up for my wife and I. When I arrived the waitress not sure of her name, she was dressed in all black and black hair and cat eye make up in black, came out to my vehicle like she was supposed to. I rolled down my window happy to great her and she seemed instantly annoyed that I was there disturbing her. I gave her my name and she brought out my food and drink. I took the food and drink from her and said thank you very much and she just turned and walked away. I figured she was just having a bad day. So I left. When I got home only have of my 90.00 order was in the bag. Now I’m mad because I spent the money had rude service and now my food is missing. I hop in the car and drive back to the hops and drops and same girl is there. She doesn’t say a thing to me. I ask the speak to the manager. I forget his name but he was very nice. I explain that I came here to pick up my order about 16 minutes ago. He said oh what was the name Shane right. Oh it’s right here. Here you go. So now I got my food and now the waitress apologizes. It’s obvious at this point that nothing is going to be done to rectify the situation besides hand me my food. So I leave. No compensation for having to make two trips for a 90.00 order. We frequent here often but after tonight’s experience I think we will find a new establishment that can be polite and get our order right the first time. Only reason two starts for tonight’s service is because the manager did apologize and at least got me the rest of my food.

Great service tonight. Josh and Bailey made the trip really fun and enjoyable. Definitely had a great time and enjoyed the visit. The food came out quickly and the server was super friendly. Good meal, friendly service, good atmosphere.

Always like going to this place even when they were called Hop Jack's. Food was good, good portions. The servers were great.

Haven’t been at this location for a couple of years, only because it’s rather far of a drive, delicious food and amazing service. Hop n Drops have one of the best Bloody Mary’s, sorry no photo on the drink, spicy and delicious! Salads are fresh, the pork tips were amazing even without the sauce. We did get the Queso dip but my family looked at it and it was gone, I only got one chip worth. Dropped my keys at the table and they cleared the table of the new guests to help find my keys.

We use DOORDASH for delivery across town from Lacey to the westside of Oly. The food was quality. I don’t like to do delivery for fried food. We had fish and chips. For delivery it was good food. The fish still had a crunch to it. The tots and fry’s were still warm and crisp after a 24 minute drive.

Dined during the Sunday dinner rush. The lavender blueberry mojito was delicious! The rib tips were tender but not greasy. My son really enjoyed his burger!!! The seasonal octoberfest brew and the house made lager were very flavorful and refreshing!

We went in for happy hour to try out the lemon 🍋 drops. I had the 🥭 mango, which was absolutely delicious! I couldn't even taste the alcohol. Which could be dangerous...very dangerous! My friends had different drops like gummy bear and strawberry and lemon. Each one was delicious. Anyway, the food was very good and the wait staff was awesome. I'll be back.

Went here with a group of friends and lemme tell you what....impressive.... The smell of food hit me as soon as I walked in and quickly we were led to a booth to relax.... huge seating booth...biggest one I ever sat in .... awesome staff followed and got our drinks and a menu. Now that menu..... excellent choices all around...there was so much variety that my mind struggled to know what to choose... I just wanted dang near all of it.....we all gave the nice waitress our order and in a while food came to the table.... now I work with my friends and we are very loud people... I heard crickets from us..that's good and means we highly enjoyed our meals... Mac n cheese plate... Pork rib plate... Grilled cheese sandwich plate.... Last plate was inhaled by my friend... Clean...inviting...fun and excellent service, You can't ask for better... Thank you very much for the awesome experience...we shall be back again soon and again after that. Even the mistake of leaving onions in my bosses mac n cheese was met with great apologies and a discount off his meal... much appreciated!

First I have to say that the service is amazing. If you order online when you pull up you don't even have time to dial the number before somebody is already at your window. And second their menu is awesome. Every item is great but I'm partial to the fish tacos. 10/10. Do yourself a favor and check this place out

Great experience. Went for the Hawks game on a Saturday. Had the happy hour saracha shrimp. Sweet and mildly spicy. Sitting here thinking about it I want more! Place gets busy but they handle it well. Hawks lost but the food was a win.

I live near by the restaurant and i’ve been always curious about this place because they seems always busy and finally omg! love the food!

When you go to Hops and Drops think of a less flavorful version of Applebees. Great atmosphere and service. Food is ok. Nothing to write home about. Went there during happy hour. Interesting icy drinks. Happy hour food items were boring. With that said I heard their entrée items are quite good so jury still out. I'll come back and try an main food items so they have a chance to raise their rating with me.

Found out why the Avocado Chicken salad is a favorite today! It was great, a nice portion, dressing was really good, came with pita bread. We also ordered the new cordon blue grilled cheese and it was pretty dang good

The food here is amazing! Not to mention their Icy Drops! (Alcohol) their service is also great! They have a “join waitlist” option on Google maps and it comes in really handy! Highly recommend coming here if you have a small get together or a celebration!

Always fun going here, decent prices and above average food. A fun place for date night or with the children. Creative menu choices and friendly staff. A good neighborhood haunt.

Went because of a Special Olympics fundraiser. The place was very busy, but our waitstaff was amazing, on top of everything, even though it was incredibly busy. Food was hot and fresh, and I never once had to flag down the staff for a refill of anything. Great experience!

What in the world happened here? Is it new ownership or what. The service was fantastic, the food, every bit of it was delish! It’s better than a bar should be and a corner restaurant for any neighborhood to be proud enough of. The atmosphere was wonderful. We admit some bias because we fell in love with our server “Shy”. No business could ever possibly fail with peeps like her. Thank you for showing our party of four the best time.

I was brought for dinner before my flight which would have me traveling all night. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is family friendly and unique. The food kept me full through all my flights, I didn't need a breakfast even. I had also left food on my plate there was so much. When I visit again soon, I will definitely be going back here. Great comfort food, well presented.

I generally bring my lunch. However, today I chose to splurge and ordered fish tacos at this restaurant. I pulled up in the lane for picking up orders and the young lady came out promptly. I advised her that I called in the order but I was going to move my car as I wasn’t asking for it to be delivered curbside. She was nice enough to bring the order to me. It took about 15 minutes to get fish tacos and I was excited. The first thing I noticed when I opened the container was the tortillas weren’t warm or cooked. They were just tortillas straight out of the pack with very little lettuce or garnish on the tacos, and what there was was at the bottom of the fish. I immediately noticed a very oily smell, which was a turn off as was this weird tomato mayonnaise sauce stuff they had on it. The fish was cooked pretty well and battered lightly and for that reason alone, I gave two stars. It’s now about two hours later and my stomach hurts. So to say I’m disappointed in three poorly made tacos at 20 bucks is an understatement.

I love this place! The food is good and they have their own brewery beer which is delicious if you like beer. If you are looking some something less heavy Ty their selection of cocktails and their great variety. Literally their bartender can make whatever special drink you like even if it’s not in the menu.

Went for lunch with kids. Great experience! Loved the food and the staff. Decided to go back and try the breakfast. Quiet, empty and quick to get our food. Unfortunately my plate was incorrect. The staff was quick to refund the plate and apologize. Loved the service both times!

For me, it's always a second option here, while it's a upbeat, fun and young like vibe when visiting. the drinks and food are mediocre. Drops are more sweet and don't get much of the punch. Presentation of food is dynamic and they do have variety, there isn't anything that Ive had that's been a repeat. So for me the atmosphere is what keeps me revisiting and hopeful that each time will be one to talk about!
