Such a cool, sophisticated place. Husband and I stopped in for afternoon cocktails and they did not disappoint. The bartender there was great--we are both unfamiliar with cocktails, we gave the bartender flavors we each liked and he crafted two delicious drinks. Wish we lived in town and weren't states away! When we move up here we will definitely become regulars.

This is clearly a great, well-established cocktail bar / good eats restaurant. Established originally as a cocktail bar, this “speak easy” styled bar has an ornate list of original cocktails as well as a long list of originals. To make it even better, they have a small little kitchen serving good eats for affordable prices. We had the mussels for an appetizer and two of the meat choices for dinner. All were fantastic and well worth the price. Would definitely head back again for more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dillingers is an amazing restaurant to visit in down town Olympia. The atmosphere is really fun and the food is over the top. Chef Michael Gibson prepares delicious and attractive appetizers, meals and desserts. I’ve added some photos but unfortunately I forgot to take more pics because they were so good... I dug right in. Yum! I recommend you make a reservation, even for the bar... it fills up fast everyday of the week.

Cool vibe! Kind of fancy with original cocktails and dishes. The place is beautiful, it used to be an old bank/illegal bar back in the days of the alcohol prohibition. They kept the old details and complemented with a vintage modern look. I have to mention that it is a bit overpriced. Go for happy hour (before 6pm) unless you want to pay 12 dollars for a drink. Try the whiskey or Rum flights.

Great place! Fun Prohibition Style Bar experience. The flat bread with warm dip was to die for! The Miss Pinkerton Cocktail was fun!

Great drinks, food, decor, and service. I suggest the Whiskey Sour with the egg white froth! Heads up, they add an automatic 20% gratuity to your bill if you are part of a group of six or greater. It is not optional.

We made our reservations while getting tickets for a show at Harlequin. Dillingers confirmed our reservation the day before, but when we showed up they couldn't find our reservation. Although they were very busy for a Sat, they worked hard to accommodate us. They sat us in the vault, which is a fun place to enjoy a craft drink and relax! Even though it was out of the way, the service was outstanding. They checked in on us often to make sure there wasn't anything we needed. Both of our drinks were very different and delightful. For food we had the charcuterie board, the crab cake, and the short ribs. All of the food was superb, but the short ribs border on magical! It was a fun experience that were will repeat sometime soon.
