Service here was excellent. We didn't have to wait long ever. The staff was friendly and kind to our kids. The reason to come is the prices. It's not as expensive as other burger and sandwich places and it has a good variety of salads and cocktails. I ordered the steak sliders and got mini burgers with inconsistent toppings. One had a sauce. One had blue cheese. One had onions. I was expecting slices of steak, so this was a little bit of a conundrum. My partner got the pulled pork sliders which were ok. The kids meals were $7 and pretty big in size. The bacon on the cheeseburger was perfectly cooked. Macaroni balls were ok. The atmosphere is a bit dark. It has an 80s essence like it hasn't been remodeled in a long time. Parking is plentiful. You can definitely bring kids here.

Travis is the best server there! Hands down. Quick and efficient. Funny and nice. We only go there because of him. The food is great. Kitchen staff kicks butt! Food comes out quick and hot and always delicious. Thanks Trav!

the food was pretty good. the breakfast potatoes were yummy, as well as the chicken fried steak. bloody Mary's were also good. the waitress was nice, just a bit slow to where you weren't sure if you should walk up to pay or just stay at your table.

Had better service there but tonight wasn't the best. For my edge burger they got the cheese wrong. I didn't say anything. Busy Friday evening but she didn't write the order down. Still like going to have meals there. Hopefully next time will be better.

Been to this establishment 6 or 7 times now. If you're looking for football games this is the spot. The food menu has wide variety. The staffing here is amazing. Very friendly and kind. The General Manager Jennifer was very kind as well. Definitely recommended to anyone.

Reasonable prices and all dishes were good. I had a huge club salad with fantastic homemade sides of ranch and Bleu cheese dressing. Son enjoyed his fish and chips (said fries were exceptionally tasty) and the nachos looked good too.

Food was delicious service was great the only thing I docked a star for and its purely personal preference but it was extremely loud. I wasn’t aware you had to sit right next to the bar. There was a half wall so you could still here everything going on in the bar and boy are loud on sundays for football season. Like I said it’s purely personal preference, if that doesn’t bother you than you will love this place

Not by the rivers edge in case you were wondering. This is colocated with the golf course. You can watch golfers from your table while golf carts zoom past. We ate out on the patio. It was a nice day, service was fast and friendly. I ordered the club sandwich with a Cesar salad. The salad was huge and fresh. The bacon was crisp. I would go back.

Let me start off by saying that the Mother's Day buffet staff was wonderful. No complaints there. Unfortunately, the food was sub par in almost every way I can think of... bland, cold, stale, overdressed, and more, which ultimately leads to overpriced for the experience, especially considering I had my mother drive 2 hours to eat there.

We sat outside and it was lovely. We shared some Nachos and had many many drinks. The bartender made sure we weren't driving so that was great. We weren't. I'd never been so wasn't sure what to expect. Kind of a cross between a hole in the wall and a bar. I would go back.

Went here for the spiritual brunch and the folks were awesome and good convos! The food was served fast and was really good! The waitress was killer handling 20+ people she got us all taken care of in a timely manner! I attached a photo of the Sunday Brunch Menu. Only con: NO Gluten free bread available.

First time and impressed by the friendly customer service. It’s by the golf course, but do not need to golf to eat the restaurant. The prices are great with the amount of delicious food you get.

Dad took me here for dinner and the Pan Seared Rosemary Chicken was amazing. It had so many different yummy things on it in quantity: chunks of sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, etc. I definitely want to go back again to have this same dish! They also had high-quality paper pumpkins and related stickers for kids. My dad's birthday is at Thanksgiving time, so I got one and made a custom fall-themed birthday card for him. :-)

Very busy with the Seahawks game going on. If you don't mind that on a Sunday, you're good to go. Parking lot was hard to navigate with the restaurant rush and golfers. Fairly typical menu items for breakfast. Attended a group function in a separate room. Service was spotty due to the busy crowd but the staff were doing the best they could in keeping track of all their customers. Well done!

We went here for my daughter's basketball banquet. They did a fantastic job. They were SLAMMED this banquet was so full theybhad to open up more tables. Service was fast, accurate, serversband bussers were friendly. Food was delicious. Looking forward to going back to experience the full menu. The fish and chips were phenomenal!!

The actual menu was nothing like what was posted on their Web site. Do not choose this restaurant in anticipation of getting what is advertised. That said the food was excellent. I shared a fondue that was the best I've had. I followed this with a very tasty corn bisque. I will go back but the next time I will call and double-check the menu.

I really loved this restaurant! I went to a club gathering, and we were seated in a banquet room right off of the golf course. It was a beautiful view! The food was excellent, especially the chicken dish. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very festive and comfortable! I'm definitely going to be a regular customer. I highly recommend stopping the River's Edge but be sure to call ahead first to make sure they have a seat available for you!

We love going to River's Edge. They have a good menu and plenty of parking and seating. There's a full bar if you want to start your day with a tasty adult beverage. This restaurant is at the Tumwater Valley Golf Course. Outside seating has views of the course. The staff is always courteous and friendly.

Food was not appetizing. Small bar trying to offer too many options and unfortunately the cook doesn't know how to properly make any of it. I got the chicken picatta, and I wouldn't even call it a good flare or twist. It's all just poorly made and didn't taste great or fresh.

All the food was delicious, tried skirt steak, salmon and chicken breast and the server was awesome, positive amd friendly.

Restaurant offered a very nice view and generally tasty food each of the three times we visited. The most significant downside is the musty/dirty smell eminating from the obviously very old interior carpet. The unpleasant interior restaurant smell forced us to relocate outside to avoid the negative musty/dirty smells. The interior is long overdue for an update and brightening of the sometimes very dark and dull surroundings.

I picked a random place to take my friend for his birthday. Normally I don't go to sports bars but I looked at the menu before seeing the location. It was worth the visit. The bartender was well versed in the food menu. As for my meal the sandwich and soup of the day was a good portion for one person.

We had Easter Brunch here 2022. It was great to have a buffet out after two years. Our waitress Lexi was superb in metting our family’s needs even with it being so busy. The buffet had very good food. They had all the fixings for breakfast and even roasted salmon, chicken and baked ham. Great selection of dessert. We will be there again for another buffet for sure. I didn’t do the typical breakfast. I tried to stick to Keto.

Absolutely terrible service, we come here very Wednesday to golf the close out 9. The server is very very forgetful, we were there for 40 minutes waiting to order our food, with our tee time approaching we had to leave and not eat. It WASN'T EVEN BUSY!!!!!! This is the 4th time it's taken Absolutely forever to get anyone's attention to do the simplest thing....orfer drinks or food. Absolutely terrible place service wise.

Came here to celebrate my birthday this morning with a group of my girlfriends and the service was the worst I’ve experienced. The manager was rude and wanted to make sure that we knew that the banquet hall was reserved at 10:30 and 130 so we had to be off of our table by then even though she didn’t tell us when we called. Thankfully we were able to get a different table Last minute in the restaurant🙏 The bus boy Elliot was loud and disrespectful, threw boxes on our table and started clearing it off while we were still visiting which forced us to leave. The only silver lining was that we had the most amazing server Lexi. I probably won’t be back to this restaurant. We came here strictly for brunch ( which they told us on the phone when we reserved our table that they had it) but they didn’t tell us that it ended at noon “which was the time of our reservation”. The lack of communication leveraging customer service was very unprofessional.

Great lunch with my mom. It was very nice to sit outside and watch the golfers. Family friendly and really good food. We both had the Baja Crunch Bowl with Taco meat and it was very crisp and delicious. The Mac & Cheese bites were huge and very yummy. We were stuffed when we left. The wait staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely a good place for Sunday lunch.

Good food, nothing fancy but meets expectations for sure. Friendly staff, down to earth and good at their jobs. Great place for gatherings and events like birthday parties .

Very good food. Nice dining area near the golf course with lots of windows. Big bar area. Comfortable. Good service. We both had salads- fresh and big portions. I had the jalapeño corn chowder which was delicious.

River's Edge has some of the best breakfasts around. What really sets it apart are the waitfolks!! They are personable AND can suggest or just get your favorite!

First, there's this guy named Travis who really stands out amongst the servers. He's funny, personable, and he's been trying this new thing with his hair that I've enjoyed. He's attempting to do something I thought was impossible: bring boy bangs back. Fingers crossed for him! Then there's Tammy. She runs the floor most mornings and she is a delight to speak to! I'm a little biased though, we may become sisters soon... fingers double crossed! The food is great, the regulars and the staff are like family (not only my soon to be sis), and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely give this place a try if you haven't already.
