Customer service, it matters a lot. The food at Firecreek is consistently good, the atmosphere is great, inside and out. The service though, it is good maybe 35% of the time. Most recently, we had to go find water for ourselves, we had to ask repeatedly for plates and silverware. And when we ordered a cheeseburger we got no cheese (and a burnt burger) and the waitress just shrugged and said she didn’t know why. My husband stated “cheeseburger” three times when he was ordering, she didn’t deny he had ordered that, but she thought it was no big deal that we didn’t get what we ordered. She clearly shouldn’t be working as a server. Occasionally we get a waiter/waitress who actually seems happy to be there doing their job of serving customers. Those we típ generously. The rest of the time you get one who is clueless, inattentive, unhappy, or some other adjective to describe their poor attitude towards customer service. The management needs to put more emphasis on this with their staff. Without customers, you have no business. You want good tips? Give good service. It is pretty simple. Firecreek management, your staff won’t care more about service than you do, so do better.

Very nice bar and grill. It is a very laid back joint. The staff were super nice. The food was really good as well. I'll definitely be revisiting for another cold draft and food.

Had the breakfast burrito today....well, half of it. It was huge and delicious! Yummy mimosa bar. Staff very friendly & attentive. It was just super loud, but then again, we sat in the bar. :)

Short version - Waitress attempted to make things right, but to little to late for me. Coffee is bad here... Don't get it. Food came out cold. All of it. Long version - I came here to eat breakfast with the family. It wasn't very busy, they had a large section closed off, which was fine. As we entered it has a sign to seat ourselves, which we did. There was only one waiter on staff at the time, maybe 3-4 tables max. We had a longer than usual wait time to place our food order. I ordered a burrito, wife ordered a side of potatoes, and kiddo had a pancake and sausage as seen in the photos attached. My wife and I also ordered coffee and chocolate milk for our kid. There was limited seating unless you say in the bar (21+ required) The coffee tasted burnt and the wife couldn't drink hers. Eventually she got a new pot brewed but still didn't taste great. The potatoes were very bland and cold like it had been sitting for a while. My burrito was a decent size, but for $12+ I'd expect something else. My major issue though was all the food was cold. My eggs in the burrito felt cold. Not ice cold, but cold where they were made and sat in the open air for 5-10min without a heat lamp cold. My son's pancake wasn't fully cooked in the middle. It also felt cold like it had been sitting for a while to be brought to us. Ultimately I'm getting tired of local restaurants having these same issues. I understand labor shortages everywhere but if your making me pay $12-14 for a breakfast burrito don't serve it cold. The waitress could tell there were issues and gave me 50% off my meal, so I'll give a small kudos to her for that, yet the small good deed does not outweigh the terrible food... Will not be returning here.

My first time here, it was a relaxing atmosphere, and I enjoyed my time. I bought dinner for my family. I had the chicken cordon Bleu sandwich and a cup of chowder and a side salad. My darling chose the burger dip with tots. My son had the flat iron steak entree. The chicken was crispy, though as a whole the sandwich seemed a bit dry (on Ciabatta). I like chicken to be stuffed rather than just cheese melted on top of some ham. But the flavors were good. The chowder was exceptional. My honey liked the jus, but the burger was skinny and overcooked (he thought way too dry), so lucky the jus was delicious, lol. My son's steak was beautifully cooked. He seemed to enjoy his meal. Forgot the picture of my sandwich and salad. The bartender was very nice and good at her job. The pull tab girl, I have to say, was not. She mostly ignored me, and the bartender was forced to do her job. It was frustrating. I'm so happy they had ginger ale for my favorite drinks. I would go back to try more things.

First off Braxton is amazing he was attentive and did the impossible (he found a beer adjacent that I loved) he was great at his job and made this a great visit. The food was spectacular and very quick to come out. This place was cozy and had a very comfortable vibe to it and even while busy (like it was today) there was a top level service. 10/10 great job!

My boyfriend took me out and we tried somewhere we had not eaten. When we arrived, the place was hopping! We asked about the wait, and it was about 45 to 60 min, but they had seats open in the bar. The bar was busy and lively but a very positive atmosphere. Our waitress, Sonya, was VERY BUSY but was great! Sonya was all smiles having suggestions about beers and dinner options. Our service was quick, fresh, and the food was AMAZING! Their onion rings are hand breaded and delicious. The BBQ sauce was a honey BBQ. We ordered the prime rib Friday special, and it was a perfect tender juicy thick piece of prime rib. The garlic mashed potatoes had great flavor but not overpowering, and the fresh steamed veggies were a nice variety. We also ordered the Philly it was tender meat, great flavor, and just very yummy. Our drinks were very yummy, and even the runners were super helpful in getting water and a honey mustard. We will be going back for our next date night.

The atmosphere is very nice and relaxed at this restaurant. The service was great as was the food! The wife and I were looking to try someplace we had not been to before and were so glad we did! We had a great view from our table. Our waitress, Savannah, was very friendly and courteous! The appetizer was great! Our entrees were amazing as well! The desert was awesome, too! And the coffee was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our date night at this establishment. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We have driven by this place for years, but based on good reviews, we visited tonight. We're glad we did! It's a busy place for a good reason. Service was good! My wife had the chef's salad, which was loaded with all the things she likes. I had the best chicken fried steak I have had in this area, and the mashed potatoes and veggies were good too. She had a drink and I had a beer. Prices were very reasonable. We'll be back!

We recently moved to the area and have already stopped here twice - once for lunch and once for brunch. The food is OUTSTANDING! This is our new “place.” The waitstaff is friendly and attentive as well. Definitely a knock out restaurant!

Went in with a group of friends, sat in the bar, our waitress did let us know they were short staffed (she was awesome, I could tell she was really trying and was super positive, Cara I think was her name). My husband and his friend went up to the bar to order a shot, and Janelle the bar tender (this one star is for her) said she’s too busy for them and ask our waitress. Our group wanted to leave after that, we decided to finish our drinks then left. We’ll be back but not for Janelle!

We are always on the lookout for new breakfast place to try. We sat at the bar, and they had make your own mimosas and bloody mary bar. We loved it! Great location and service! I'm definitely coming back again.

My wife made a reservation over the phone for Father's Day the day before, which was confirmed. Our party arrived on time, and we saw a sign at the podium "Please seat yourself." Alright, well, the place was full, and once we finally found a place to sit. We were told we needed to move because that table was prepared for another guest. Okay, no big deal. When we were leaving the area, I explained to the server, Angie we had made a reservation for the time we arrived, and was there another place where we were supposed to sit? She was rude as I got a nice eye roll for an answer. So we waited. Why would they accept reservations if it's basically on a first-come, first-served basis? We got seated, and our server, Angie's attitude, improved throughout the meal as we were not rude. The group thought food was decent so that was nice. We probably won't be coming back. I hope others have a better experience.

Got there at the tail end of Breakfast and got to enjoy the 2 Egg Breakfast with the links and baby red home fries. I expected some run of the mill tiny jimmy dean sausage links, but the ones that arrived were modestly sized with crispy skin that had notes of maple and perhaps cinnamon. Everything was so flavorful and for $12.99 heck yes.

We love taking our kids and dogs out with us, and Fire Creek didn’t disappoint. We were warmly welcome by the hostess and staff, but our server, Alisha, went above and beyond for us. She brought out water for our dog and a tasty treat. We were followed by incredible service for ourselves. The food and beer were also fantastic! We will be back and highly recommend the patio for your dog and family needs. We went on 8/25/23 for dinner.

My wife and I have ordered from here quite a few times before. Normally my go to meal is the French dip. We ordered breakfast last week which in the past has been good and fresh however, the breakfast we ordered the other day was foul smelling, cold and after taking a bite of the hash browns I almost threw it right back up. I don’t know what the issue was but we definitely will not be going back at all. I threw both plates in the trash where it belongs.
