Ordered MOD pizza tonight for my kiddos school fundraiser, so first, thanks to MOD pizza for the support of local schools! This was also a delivery order so I can not speak to the service or atmosphere. The delivery service was great and ahead of time! This pizza is different from any other pizza I've had. The crust is very thin, very, very thin. They only have one size of pizza, all 11" pizzas. There are also unlimited toppings on each pizza with no extra charge. It's a different kinda pizza experience for sure.

Always a great, easy dinner. However, they should give you accurate times for pickup. Waited over 20 minutes longer than told online. Recent visit... again. Waited way longer than it said. Pizza was BURNT. Not the best visit at all. Recent visit.... everything was fantastic.

Build your pizza is definitely a must try lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed. 100% Recommend!

Pretty quick service, ordered for takeout. Pizza was pizza, I built my own which is fun. Part of my crust did come out a little burnt. I enjoyed the atmosphere while I waited, although it seemed like some of their seating was being used for storage. Overall, would recommend if in the area but would not go out of the way to eat here.

Almost everything about this pizza just blew me away. Update: They keep impressing me more every visit. Fixing mistakes I make in my own order, etc. First, the one thing I didn't love: I'm not a big fan of crispy, crunchy pizza crust. Just a personal preference. Unfortunately, that is the only option for a gluten-free crust at Mod. So to start out, they're down to maybe 4 stars from me. BUT They have a vegan cheese option, so lactose-intolerant and vegan GF people can eat here. (Probably not true coeliacs, however, since there is a chance of cross contamination when prepping or cooking.) The price is shockingly affordable per pizza. Not only that, but add as many toppings as you want, for NO ADDED PRICE! It was impressively fast, considering I ordered at far too busy a time. There are tons of topping options, including some creative and tasty sauces. And the service was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Easy online ordering. Plus they offered to remake a pizza from my order quickly and for free when a small topping mistake was made. All together, 7 stars reduced to 5/5 for the style of crust that isn't my preference. (And not being able to rate above 5.)

Love getting any toppings I want for one price. Cooked fast and always tasty! This time they were swamped with orders and it took an extra 20 minutes to get our order. Then when we got home my pizza was missing the pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and mild sausage. Still tasty, but not what I ordered.

So delicious! Love the options and how quick it was to actually have pizza in hands! Ordering can be a bit overwhelming, as the employees are trying to move as quickly as possible but so worth it!

MOD Pizza tastes like a lunchable. The margarita pizza cheese looks like it came from a lunchable. The service inside the place decent. The staff attentive but overall quality for your money on par with 7-Eleven.

I went to the Yelm location and the service was very awful and disgusting. The workers are like robots working in an assembly line. They have no regard of the person ordering. It was like the goal was to get me out as fast as possible. They did not make sure I was satisfied with my order, moved onto to the next project before I was done with the first one, and a lady even turned her back on me as I was talking about my order. I don't recommend people to go to this location if this is how they treat me, a customer. I'm a senior citizen and I needed some time to understand what I was ordering. They just did not care.

Pizza is delicious. This is literally like going to Subway however you can go crazy with toppings and it will be the same price and price is reasonable. Definitely a good place to go if you're not wanting to spend too much.

Wow, how have I never been here before?! All the guys at the counter were super cool and helpful. The pizza was amazing. Dairy free cheese FTW. All covid guidelines were on point and it was an all around enjoyable meal, Thank you!

On 7/21/22 at 8PM I officially received the worst pizza I've ever tasted from mod pizza. We didn't order thin crust, but that didn't stop them from giving us a pizza that couldn't have been more than 4mm thick. The pizza arrived cold, and the dough was somehow still chewy while the crust was borderline burnt. They gave me so little sauce that some bites of the pizza literally had none whatsoever (photo evidence included in review.) The cherry on top was the breadsticks that came with a single dip of sauce (photo included of that as well.) I'm sorry, but even my pizza obsessed toddler refused to eat this "food."

I ordered from them through Uber eats and got pizza that was soggy as all else to the point we couldn't eat it it was a limp noodle instead of pizza. The edges were also burnt. It also tasted like cardboard. I also ordered a vegetarian salad as I'm allergic to a couple of animal products. I'm especially very allergic to chicken. I get the salad, and right before I take a bite, I see chicken pieces in it instead of chickpeas. I am not happy with this at all. When I called the MOD Pizza, the rep was rude and would not let me talk and sent me straight over to Uber. The Uber rep was amazing and helped me right away. I will never go to MOD Pizza again.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner on 9/22 between 8-9pm and a young man with autism came in. He was with what I assume was his dad. The way they treated him was top tier. They turned the music off to make him more comfortable. They spoke in low tones while taking the order. You could tell they were regulars. I have a brother with autism and the entire interaction warmed my heart. Oh, and the food was also delicious! Chef's kiss!

In addition to service being a cluster-something, this location - despite it being listed on the menu - no longer serves beer. Was told it was not a corporate decision but a location specific one. Not the end of the world, but a bummer that will likely have me patronizing a different pizza place in the future. ALSO, good luck getting utensils or your correct pizza.

I've only been to MOD Pizza in Yakima and it was delicious. I thought the pizza was a little dry and not as scrumptious as I remembered from my previous visits in Yakima. The bottle of cream soda was delicious. I don't plan to return any time soon. There are pizza places I really enjoy in Thurston County - Schoolhouse and Wicked Pies so I'll more likely go there. Employees were friendly and professional.

My husband and I are regulars here. We always order for carryout. While this location is not the fastest pizza we've ever ordered, it does have the best customer service. The employees are funny and even give you a phone call if they're running behind so you don't have to wait at the location. I'll definitely miss this place when my family moves to another state.

We went here 03/13/2022 it was something new and fun. Customer service was awesome and the food was delicious. The lemonade and other teas are also very yummy and the cost wasn’t to bad.

Quality ingredients make up the delicious topping profiles you see on the menu. Quick, oven fired cook times, get your pizza piping hot with the flavors combined. It's sooo good. Lucky to have leftovers? Just as good cold.
