Where do I begin? This place right here is an oasis in the desert. The atmosphere is funky and fun, the service is fantastic but the pizza now the pizza is the star! First we start with the crust, light and crispy with a delightful flavor. Then we move to the sauce, perfect blend of spices with a slight hint of sweetness that makes a perfect bed for the toppings to live on. We had the meat lovers, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, and sausage and then the cheese oh my the cheese! Typically I don't eat the crust but today there wasn't any left on my plate. My only problem is that this place is in Washington state and I live in TX. I can promise you one thing, the next time I'm back in town I'll be stopping by! Do yourself a favor and stop by and give this place a try, you won't regret it!

I seen it was national meatball day, so I figured I should go get a meatball hoagie. Dirty Daves did not disappoint!!! The staff was fast and friendly even though they were really busy, and the food was delicious.. Very very fun, unique décor and a lot of seating options. I believe it said they have room for banquets. They also have a little arcade, so that was pretty cool to check out. About 5 games, fun way to kill time while waiting for your food.

This place is great and so old school. It is very familiy friendly so if lots of families and kids everywhere is your thing you'll be right at home so to speak. The menu is great, the service outstanding and the pizza is excellent with an excellent crust. According to some friends is one of the few local businesses still in operations and I can see why. They cater to all and everyone is welcome there. We had a blast and left there so full and took some of the pizza home which was the lunch for the next day. I highly recommend this location.

Daughter moved to Washington State and she already found a go-to pizza place. The best thin crust, right up there with Shakey's Pizza. All I ask in a pizza place is don't be chintzy on the toppings. Dirty Dave's doesn't have that problem. Plenty of toppings. Their pizza is very good. Also, I ordered a meatball sandwich, which was above average good. Meatballs tasted fresh and were tender. Plenty of sauce too. Service was great, no complaints. When you walk into this place it has a feel as an old time pizza place. I love the old time feeling it has. I will definitely be back. I definitely found my pizza place in Olympia. No need to go to any other pizza place.

Great little pizza parlor that’s been a part of this town for a long time! The decorations are so fun and the arcade is a great touch. Food is always delicious, especially their pizzas! These ones generally don’t have a crust on the edge, which doesn’t bother me but don’t necessarily go there expecting that. Be mindful that industry/supply chain food shortages are not their fault either. Great place for the family, a date night, or a place to hangout and drink a pitcher of beer with your friends!

Order - Garlic cheese bread. 12" Meatlovers pizza - Canadian bacon, pepperoni, hamburger, and sausage. 10" Ham and Pineapple. Time - within 40 mins Presentation - see pics. The pizzas came in a roasting hot metal plate right out the oven. No table service when we were there. Had to go up and order and pay upfront at the entrance. No refills offered on the large drinks with unlimited refills. Quality - 4/5 - it was Good and the toppings tasted amazing, the pizza was thin and crispy although no option to choose, just as well I like them like that. Quantity - 2/5 - Below Average amount for a starter but did taste good. Only one slice of garlic bread per portion which is poor, standard size is usually 3. Pizza was the same size to expect. Value for money - It's a tad expensive but it's a good quality food. No wonder they have been there 50 years. If you want pizza, go here it's good quality.

We were disappointed 15 years ago...and the trend continues... We decided on a whim to give this restaurant another try...OVERPRICED No favor in sauce, crust burnt, sausage still pink! Seriously canned mushrooms! Can't believe they serve it this way....is that why the restaurant is so dark? So you can't see its undercooked? Called to complain, manager had me bring it back said they had a new cook, second one...just as bad. Rude...talking over my very calm husband. Not good customer service. Cheap Ingredients, $28.00 for a med pizza and coke. No thank you. Will not try ever again.

First time in. Had pizza and the meatballs. The meatballs, especially the sauce, was a huge hit! Pizza was definitely much better than others I have had. Would be even better with the sauce from the meatballs 😝 the place itself it small and dark but staff was very nice. Just a stop in, nothing fancy, but good good pizza!

Our family of four had THE BEST experience here Saturday night! Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely accommodating. Smiles and great attitudes! We ordered salads, Turkey club and meat lovers pizza. My 19 year old couldn't speak after the first bite of the sandwich it was so amazing! The pizza with the fresh made sausage was stellar and paired perfectly with a Mariners win! Can't wait to come back here.

I ordered BBQ chicken pizza, huge size. Paid $28. It didn't meet my expectations at all. The size seemed large not huge. There's barely any chicken on top, one or two small chicken pieces. Chicken pieces were tasteless. I would expect some BBQ or smoked flavor to them. Strong cheddar cheese flavor overwhelmed any BBQ flavors. In summary it's overpriced and underwhelming.

Came in with my boy for a quick lunch. The Jake is the best Italian sub I have ever had! Also the staff was very polite and knew exactly what I needed before I even said anything. I would highly recommend coming here for a bite to eat!

So this is the BBQ chicken pizza and I added ham and pineapple. The white square pieces are chicken not tofu, kinda looks like tofu instead is quality chicken all the sauce is on the extremely thin wonderful crust. Just know that I like thin crust pizza so there's less guilt about eating all that bread which also requires ranch. would have given 5 stars if they put more toppings but then you probably couldn't pick up a slice with the thin crust.Over all outstanding flavor I ate 6 pieces before I slowed down highly recommend unless you don't do thin crust.

Pretty decent pizza, good sauce 8 of 10, the crust is unique but pretty good also a 7 of 10 fresh toppings, I only tried a few. But 9 of 10 overall pizza score 8, top 98 percentile. The only drawback is the atmosphere lives up to the name and the employee grooming is a bit unappetizing. It feels like a skating rink from the 70's

We've lived in Olympia for a few years and we've heard a lot of good things about this place, but after visiting I'm questioning the standards of those who recommended the place. As you walk in there's the counter where you have to order because there's no table service. They do bring your food to your table so there's that, but they won't check if you need refills. We ordered a some garlic bread and their largest pizza. The portion for the garlic bread was ridiculous for the cost, pretty much a quarter of a baguette cut in half with butter on it (I should have taken a picture). We understand this is a thin crust pizza but the crust was hard. Definitely over price for what you get and the quality of the food. We figured we would try one of the local pizza joints but it's sad to say the chain pizza places have better tasting food and better portions for the price. For about $50 we got one of their largest pizza, an order of garlic bread, 3 soft drinks, and a cider. We will not be back.

Dirty Dave's Diner: A Retro Dreamland for Foodies and Fun! ️ Heads up, world! If you're craving a trip down memory lane with some seriously good eats, Dirty Dave's Diner is your new jam. Forget fancy plates and white tablecloths – this place is all about comfort, community, and food that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance. Step inside and prepare to be transported: pinball machines ping ponging, vintage pics lining the walls, and local memorabilia telling stories of the neighborhood's past. It's like stepping into a time capsule filled with good vibes and friendly faces. And don't even get me started on the seating – booths, stools, checkered floors, whatever your jam, they've got you covered. But let's be honest, we're all here for the grub, right? And boy, does Dirty Dave's deliver! Seriously, I can't even decide what to rave about first. The garlic bread is a crispy, garlicky masterpiece – trust me, you'll want to order a loaf (or two) just for yourself. But then there's the 3D pizza, oh my heavens, the 3D pizza! A whole pound of melty cheese, your choice of sauce, and three glorious toppings, all piled high on a perfectly crunchy crust. They warn you it takes 30 minutes, but believe me, every second is worth it. That cheese pull? Epic. The flavor explosion? Legendary. And the best part? The prices are totally reasonable! You can fill your belly and your nostalgia bucket without breaking the bank. Plus, the staff is super friendly and always happy to chat (especially if you ask about the local history hidden in the décor). So, if you're looking for a place with old-school charm, delicious food, and a dash of community spirit, Dirty Dave's Diner is your new go-to. Bring your friends, your family, your appetite, and get ready for a dining experience that's more than just a meal – it's an adventure! P.S. Don't forget to challenge your friends to a pinball showdown! ️ Rating: 5 out of 5 greasy spoons (and that's saying something!) Let's give Dirty Dave's some love, people! This diner deserves all the stars and rave reviews.

Love love love the Jake sandwich. I get cravings for it and it's so satisfying. The pizza for me just ok because I'm not a fan of the super thin crust or their sauce, but my husband is and likes it a lot. Everybody wins. An iconic Olympia establishment that I'm so happy is still up and running.

We had a birthday party here. This was the most convenient location between everyone to attend. I can only say that everything was just "ok." for our party between all the people that ordered pizza, we dropped a good load here for their "giant 15" pizzas; most of the pizzas are $27.95 / each. So it added up quick.. I didn't see any of the pizzas that came out to be anything eye-popping. They all have very thin, hard crusts and not allot of taste. We were happy that they provided us reservations for one of their "party room" without any extra gratuity or fees. The food did come out in a reasonable time, and service was pretty good. The one thing that seriously annoyed me; they have advertisements for alcoholic drinks and such on the walls; that to ME states that they SELL that product. When we went up to the bar and asked if they had any of the Smirnoff malt drinks we were told they didn't sell any of those. Excuse me?! You are ADVERTISING right on your walls that you have it. Why are you advocating for products if you dont even sell it in your restraunt??!!!! The person behind the counter didn't even look at us as he spoke he didnt even offer something they do have.

Best pizza place in Thurston County! We have been having out kids birthday parties here forever- the oldest is 27 and the youngest is almost 16. Excellent pizza, great service, amazing atmosphere. A roll of quarters for the video games and little toy machines are enough to keep little ones occupied and adults are happy to enjoy real food and not have to deal with the obnoxiousness of the kids pizza place...you know what one I mean, lol!

Favorite. Pizza. Ever!!! Been going to Dirty Dave's my whole life. Best pizza. Best customer service. Best atmosphere. I make the 45 min drive down to Dirty Dave's at least once a month! You can't go wrong. 10/10 hands down.

We stopped in on our way to a family vacation. We saw the 4.5 star review and thought wow this place must be amazing. The list of items they were out of was as long as the list of items they had. There were no options for kids when it came to pizza sizes or menu options. The pizza was lacking in flavor and topping for the price you pay. The few arcade games they had half the buttons didn’t work. The atmosphere was cool but other than that we will pass on coming back.

Dirty Dave's has become a most like a drive through fast food place Gone are the days of tasty meals, and besides; my missus and I had upset tums within about 30 mins after eating there. What a sad waste ... and then 80cents for this little tub of dressing? Urgh

When we visit our Family in Lacy Dirty Daves is a must. The place never changes and neither do the Pizza. Always good and plenty.

The staff greeted us immediately in a very friendly and cheerful manner. After reviewing the menu we order the Jake sub and the meat combo pizza. Both were delivered quickly, ingredients were hot, fresh and tasty. Decorations are interesting to say the least. Unfortunately, some menu items are not available at this time such as the salad bar and lunch specials. Go give them a try!

It may be called a pizza parlor but don’t let that stop you from trying their spaghetti and meatballs! Such a great homemade taste. Probably my favorite in town. This is a regular part of my family’s dine-out routine. Kids love the arcade games. Great family atmosphere. Super reasonable prices (especially considering the quality).

Ugh, yikes. Left a note for the owner/staff today of how bad everything was. Full plate of food left of pasta that was definitely the worst I’ve ever had—worse than freezer meals, coming from two college students. Bummer because the place is cute. Even dining in you place your own order and carry drinks to your table, paying and tipping first….? Prices are still from 2012 at $13 for a reason!! This place was horrible. Left $30 of food on the table to save ourselves from food poisoning :/ Ordered the Chicken Fettuccine and Raviolis. I asked for a change to my order to subtract the onions but were told they were “already mixed in.” I should have left then. Chef Boyardee would have been better 😬. Major disappointment and not deserving of 4.5 stars!! Cmon.

Above all, the restaurant had numerous old license plates on the walls. One of which displayed what is pictured below. I told them we would not be going back and asked them to remove them. They had one additional right directly above the server window with similar offensive terms. Any other diners in the future, follow up if they have removed.
