Cool stuff to look at and really good burgers for a reasonable price. Highly recommend a stop if you're craving a cheeseburger and a smile. I love this place and they always treat my family nicely.

I’ve decided to begin authoring this as I sit in line. So far so great! A young man came up to take our order and he ended up laughing and joking around with us as well as patiently answering all of our questions. Service: 5 Stars! The young man has returned to our spot in line to bring us our total, accept our payment, and when he spotted our dogs (we built a curtain cave in the back so they’re hidden) he asked if they could have treats. He even asked their names so he could speak to them directly! Service: still 5 Stars! We were in one of the lines that led to the drive up window. The wait was bearable as the place was busy, all of the runners were ACTUALLY running around! The lady at the hand off window was pleasant and very smiley. Service: Still 5 stars. The Food. We got two Holy Cow Burgers. The burgers are definitely big enough to be a meal, the fries are crinkle and the goop is made of 4 different sauces. Great for dipping fries in! I would give this food a thumbs up. It’s not going to knock your socks off but the veggies are clearly fresh, the meat is flavorful and the patty is of decent size. Crinkle fries are take or leave for me, they’re good enough, but they’re just fries. Seeing as how I don’t have any complaints, and the burger tastes like it sounds (and is, as it should be, much better than running to McDonald’s) I will give it 5 stars! Overall experience: Great! 5 Stars. I ate part of the burger before taking a pic. It’s bigger and better than it looks.

Great food. They really do have the best shakes. Seating is a bit difficult to locate when it's busy and they really don't have a great system for the staff to find people who order (they just walk around calling out a name and you may or may not hear them depending on the crowd). Plenty of games and things to keep children occupied. A very fun, outdoor, 'let's go out to eat place.'

What a Gem this place is. Very unique shack. I’m from California and I found it hard to find a good burger up here but this place is top notch on taste, quality and size. I will be back many more times. Great Biz model drive up lunch and a good one at that. They are famous for their sauce they call goop. A must try place believe me. No done in but fantastic service to your car and much quicker than many restaurants I have been to.

Great burger joint vibes! Generous portions on the fries and tater tots. Huge selection of shakes. A solid option for dining with kids or the squad. Prices are a little premium for fast food.

Been coming here for as long as I can remember atleast 25 years. They still serve an amazing milk shake and plenty of food to go around. The dinosaurs and seating area was neat to check out while waiting. It was a great way to complete our 11 mile bike ride with the kids.

After 4.5 yrs of being away, I got to have my favorite burger place! I grew up eating here as a kid and now I'm back. Big Tom's are just as messy as I remember 😁😁

I ordered a Big Tom with goop on the side, a order of fries, and finishing it off with a Oreo malt shake. The food was fresh and delicious. Even though the burger didn't look too appetizing it was really tasty. I could have used a little more Oreo in the shake but I didn't ask for extra. The customer service was A1 100% she had me laughing and she was so bright. Quick Service I was in and out within a few minutes after ordering my food. I will definitely be back.

Great burgers and fries. Don't forget to get extra GOOP! This place is great for a quick bite and even better for little ones who love dinosaurs. Awesome folks, good food and great times. If you're in Olympia or happen to be passing through with little ones this place is definitely one to visit.

We love Eastside Big Toms! Our food is always delicious, so many options for our shake flavors, & the best goop. The real topper for us is the incredible amount of care they put into all the dinosaurs & decor! My 4 year old absolutely loves visiting the dinosaurs & now says “thanks for being so fun” to them, even when we are just driving by. Thanks for always giving us a great experience!

If you are in town, A MUST TRY!! If you have children, perfect I won't say but it's a MUST SEE, KID FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. Staff are kind and friendly. You'll also learn a new love for "secret sauce" OMG GOOP IS TO DIE FOR 🥰

Very goopy, very messy burgers. Pretty good, but I prefer wagon wheel. I just wish wagon wheel wouldn't burn their patties so much. Crinkle cut fries at Big Tom's were okay, nothing to write home about. I need to try the fish and chips as they looked good, maybe that will add another star when I try them. Burger was a little sad and soggy honestly but the place itself is super old school and cool. I'll go back for that at the very least.

So good, I forgot to take a picture of the bacon burger and frys. I went during a busy Friday and the waiters were working hard to take orders.

Oh man we're do I start! The service was super fast and the food was amazing! The cooks I talked to were really nice and how can you miss the retro decor mixed with dianasors! I mean come on! How cool!

Such an amazing place to visit and get a bite to eat. Not only are their burgers the best in town, but they also have a wide variety of other tasty menu items. They also have a place where u can sit down and dine. All the decorations make it that much more epic. Don't forget to get some Icecream before you leave!

Used to love this place and so I decided to stop by today while on my lunch break. Ordered a regular cheeseburger with no pickles, the person taking my order read it back to me three times correctly but then when I went to eat my burger I realized there were no onions and an excessive amount of pickles, not only was my order wrong, but the burger was so covered in goop that as soon as I picked it up, I got sauce all over my hands and on my clothes. Absolutely ridiculous to put that much sauce on a burger. I tried to call to see about getting a refund or being able to come back and have my food remade but my call wouldn’t go through.

Eastside Big Tom's is off the hook. I love this place. All of the staff I encountered were super friendly and professional and I just love the overall ambiance of the environment. It makes you feel like you're back in the Jurassic times but except at some sort of themed park. They got a life size Giant connect four game they've got magnet ized letters like the ones on the fridge and a bunch of other cool little toys and what have you to play with and keep your little ones entertained..

I went at the suggestion of a good friend. She wanted to share a special place from the past. Well, I guess their best days are passed. Although the place was jumping, the burgers, for the price, left a lot to be to be desired. Red Robin has a better tasting burger for the same price. And don't order drinks.. not a value..

Ok guys I admit it, big toms is great. I have a huge problem with these kind of burger joints because locals are always like it's the best burger, but usually it isn't and it's just hometown nostalgia that keeps it going. But Big Tom, you do not fall in this category. Your burgers are juicy, and a big tom with bacon is quite possibly the best burger. Shakes are thick and flavorful. I love the service. There were three of us in line, and three people rushed up to take our order. I love the covered area to sit. I feel like they care about their customers and that makes it a win in my book. I did take a star off for three reasons but they seem kinda trivial when compared to how good their burgers are. 1) crinkle cut fries.... Yuck. Whenever I see crinkle cut fries I'm disappointed. Imagine how good some fresh cut fries would be with these burgers. The kind with the skins still on the end pieces come on dude fry game is a little weak. 2) Goop is too good to be charging extra for. You should at least get one goop on the side free, and after that extra could cost. 3) available sides, the only option are fries and onion rings ... For those of us that hate crinkle cuts there should be a couple options. Maybe homemade sliced chips, or a personal favorite of mine, deep fried pickles. Just give us another option besides crinkle fries. Anyway, these are small issues, nothing that would keep me from coming back. Maybe next time I'll just get two burgers, instead of fries cause how epic would that be!

Always HAVE to stop here whenever I’m in Oly. This spot is an Olympia CLASSIC!! Always hits, never doesn’t! The goop is the stuff, and their shakes are always on point!! Service is good, and the atmosphere is adorable and very kid friendly!! If you like drive-in food, you’ll love Big Tom’s!! 😍

Awesome as always. Great burgers and fries but the best is the lactose free soft-serve. Vanilla is great but salted caramel is better. The dinos make the visit everytime ❤️

This place was just ok. Nothing special. We drove an hour to eat there because we heard good things about it, but I was not overly impressed. The goop sauce is just their equivalent of in-n-outs spread or Big Mac sauce. I’m not really sure why everyone talks about it like Jesus himself brought it down from heaven. Been there, done that. Nothing original about it. We basically got served a burger salad because they didn’t have any gluten-free buns, and the meat patty was so thin that it turned invisible for a minute. However, the meat and bacon were very high-quality products, so I appreciated that. My niece ordered onion rings and but they ran out of those, too. You’d think somewhere that was so busy would have a better grasp of their ordering and inventory systems, but I guess not. I ordered the bacon burger, fries, and a pineapple shake and it came to $18. The price is definitely not worth what we got. From now on, if I want a high-quality burger that’s worth the drive from my house, I’ll stick with Killer Burger in Vancouver.

Best burger in town and always has been for the 30 years I've been alive! Went there with my fiance today and decided it was time to finally write a review. Service was food, food was hot and delicious and the staff was great (They always are)! There will never be a place with as good burgers fries and milkshakes. Seriously, it heals childhood trauma.

Great fun dinosaurs and decor. My son loved that. But the hamburgers are only slightly better than McDonalds. Not the sort of place I would order delivery from because of mediocre burgers, but definitely worth dropping by for fun and photos.
