I've been in love with this store since I discovered them a few years ago looking for a specific, rare food storage item for my mom. I have been enjoying their new location even more! Prices are higher than a big chain superstore, but you are getting a totally different product and experience than you'd get at a place a lot bigger. I appreciate being able to discover, buy and enjoy local products that I wouldn't have know about. Their pimento cheese salad is addictive. I stop by at least twice a month to pick some up.

A store like this is exactly what we need downtown. A single place to get the best local, organic, and deliciously crafted foods. I ordered 2 half sandwiches to try a couple things my first time and they were both amazing (Turkey w/ Provolone and Pesto, and the Prosciutto with their custom mayo). It was nice to see shelves filled with snacks and foods that are more healthy selections. Customer service was an unexpected surprise... very eager to assist and educate (in a non-elitist way, which was nice), respectful, and knowledgeable. A definite thumbs up and I'll be frequenting this spot weekly for lunch and quick grabs to take home.

This is a great little shop, especially when you need a quick snack or meal downtown. Its very clean and we'll lit. Everything in the shop is quality (no cheap candy or reheated food).. Theye a handful of fresh sandwiches and soups. If you're in a hurry, grab a sandwich from the refrigerator case instead of the counter - they aren't very fast. They also have deli salads like kale or potato salad, something that Olympia has been strangely lacking. The service is still slow at the deli case, so don't expect to be out quickly (even if no one is in line). On a typical visit on the way home, I order the tempeh sandwich, get a salad from the case, and buy some Cobb's cream cheese. It's also pleasant to dine in. The grocery items and packaged snacks are pricey. They aren't for everyday shopping, just when you need to grab something high quality quickly. Like a chocolate treat for a coworker.

Great customer service -- smiles on every face. The selection was both delicious and affordable. Wide range of both culinary and eclectic.

I love this plant-based deli. There is a good selection of ready made items and stuff made on-site. Very fresh and yummy. If you live a vegan lifestyle, you can rest assured here. Even pick up a few things for home. The savory tarts are quite good, as well as the Bahn-rito.

A great little food shop. Little General has been a staple for the local specialty food crowd for a couple of years now, however, they have expanded in the past 6 months, moving into a much larger location. This move has expanded the offerings, with a kitchen that turns out house made soups, sandwiches, and an assortment of gourmet salads. They have wine and beer, as well as Kombucha on tap! They sell items that are local, and most of the foods prepared are from local farms, this includes the meats, local Sourkraut, all from local and regional Pacific Northwest companies. They have organic options not only for foods, but some household goods as well. They have become a quaint convenience store with Organic faire. Kim, the shop owner, she is knowledgeable about wines, very friendly, and is open to suggestions on how to improve the store's offerings! A great spot for us locals, but a great new find for travellers as well! Come say hi, and, by all means, stay awhile! It offers Vegan and vegetarian dishes/sandwiches, and specialty beverages, grab and go deserts, sandwiches and beverages for all tastes. It's a bit pricey, but it's delicious!

Just ate here for the first time and really enjoyed my Italian melt sandwich 👍! I dig Olympia's vegan catering eateries. All the folks working at Seed and Bloom were nice 🙏! There is a small selection of vegan cheeses/butters/milks and some other goodies like bags of vegan chips that you can get there as well. I picked some Miyoko's butter and cheddar spread while there, the old lady and I enjoy those products 🤙 Check it out and support local businesses 🙌

Every single thing here is delicious. The people are so nice. The space is wonderful for hanging out, visiting, working. Can't say enough good things about them! My fave items are the scones, breakfast sandwiches, Italian melt, and the spicy peanut wrap!
