Average quality pizza and definitely over priced. Sizes are way off too. I ordered a medium brew master pizza that was supposed to be 12" but definitely did not meet that mark. Service was terrible. The staff couldn't decide who's table I was then I was passed off onto the bartender who had friends sitting in her area that recieved awesome service and attention. Guess you need know someone at Brewery for good service and good food.

I was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes for my pizza but it to 30 minutes. I was first but everyone who came in got their food first and right away. The pizza was excellent but costly, I almost left. The pizza was really good but next time I'll just call in. It would be cheaper to make my own.

Hello everybody and here is my unfortunate latest review of Brewery City Pizza. Ordered the order the pizza and wings cauliflower crust on one regular person the other as you can see in the photo and the lettuce and tomatoes were hot which I've not had happened prior it's always been cold and fresh upon arrival of delivery. Call the management tonight who told me condescendingly to next time order the lettuce and tomatoes on the side and never had that happen with my order before and offered no compensation or discounts for future orders. Not that I'm a stickler for that nor do I ever require nor request it but as part of a service industry professional a 16 years experience as a diplomacy expert thought that it was rather shoddy and unprofessional them to not even mention a glimpse of such courtesies. Admittedly to say I won't order from them again. I'd have a much better Little Caesars $5 Take and Bake because this order total $59.97. What a waste of money don't make the same mistake people. Genuinely yours and everyone be safe out there Ciao for now.

Met my boss and regional manager for some shop talk and to have some pizza n beer.... Place looked nice and clean as we took a seat at the bar.... we were greeted by two very nice ladies who were very funny...we ordered pizza and grabbed some beer. Pizza was pretty good... we made that dissappear in no time at all. We had a few more brews and had great conversations with the ladies. I will definitely be back again when I am in the area next time. Thanks for the good service. Remember to support your local business for they are the backbone of your community.

Hate to write this review, breaks my heart not to go here any more. We've ordered take out pizza from the Martin location one or two times each month for 15 years. Sometimes they get backed up and it is 5-10 minutes off the estimate. This time when we arrived we were told it would be 4 minutes, 20 minutes later we got our pizzas. What's worse, not sure if they changed suppliers or ran out of crust but it was obvious it was the equivalent of frozen pizza crust. Not how I want to spend over $60. Unfortunately it was also under cooked like it was rushed through.. The whole thing looked like a microwave pizza. The only thing that was normal was their iconic sauce that we love, and even it tasted a little weak compared to normal. Supply issues or cutting costs, either way not worth it anymore.

Wife told me about this place, she remembered being good from. We stopped in on a hot day, the place was clean and air-conditioned. We had 3 different people come by to ask us about drinks. A bit odd, considering they weren't busy at the time, but everyone was very kind and professional. We ordered pizza and salad. Our waiter was very nice, although awkward. He stopped by probably 6-8 times during the 40 minutes we were there. It was a bit much, but better than being ignored. When the salad came, it was fine, except it looked like the salad had been prepared on the serving plate and then it'd sat in the fridge a long time, because the bottom layer of lettuce had several pieces that were dark green mush. Pizza was a bit late. Server stated that the kitchen didn't correctly read the ticket, so they had to remake the pie. When it came, the pizza was, simply put: meh. We ordered it with pepperoni, CA bacon, sausage, onion---and then half with mushrooms, and the other half with olives. The meat toppings were a bit skimpy, and they LOADED one half down with olives (too much). The red sauce was meh (couldn't taste any herbs or spices), and the overall pizza was lacking in flavor. Ambiance: really nice, clean Staff: friendly, attentive Food: unremarkable, not great

I have been a patron of this BCP, since I taught for Jump for Joy @ Capital Christian Center, in 2016! I bring my family and friends specifically HERE because of the AMAZING FOOD, and CUSTOMER SERVICE, the atmosphere along with great beer on tap! *Please bring back the chicken fettuccine with Alfredo 🙏🏻* And Today, May 14, 2023, Mother’s Day…. My family was abundantly blessed: by the manager; he recognized their mistake today and went “above and beyond” to rectify the problem! A Big Thank You Guys 🙏🏻 truly appreciate your great customer service, especially today 🪅🪅🪅

Disappointed that our original dinner destination was closed, we stopped here because we hadn't had it in a while. We liked that we were early, so enjoyed some happy hour menu items. Ordered the Ranch bread bite thingies as an appetizer, and really enjoyed it! Great flavor! Also ordered individual pizzas, which were the perfect size. My hunger had me devouring the whole thing! Food was fresh, service was excellent, and we left stuffed. The Lacey location has limited seating, and it gets crowded early, so be aware of that. Our seats at a table were a little harsh on the tush, but the booths are not designed for people of larger circumference than most people, so that was really our only complaint.

I placed my order at 4:54pm for a pickup time selected by them of 5:19pm. I arrived at 5:15. Two other parties were waiting in waiting area, lots of people coming and going, one person doing the hostess and pickup orders, appeared busy. I ordered a margarita with extra shredded cheese on thin crust. I've had this pizza one other time and really enjoyed it. Their sizes are misleading - medium, large, giant. A large is basically the size of a medium dominos pizza. I ordered a giant one for my household this evening. It was an additional $3.50 for the extra cheese and I tipped. Total was $30+! So if everything had gone great it would be worth it. I had to wait a long time. I was out of there at 5:30. Usually I walk in and the pizza is ready for me. The crust was overcooked/hard to chew/hurt my teeth and they did not put extra cheese on it. I did ask for light glaze and they pulled that off. Second picture is the thin crust margarita, extra cheese, size giant. First picture is the margarita (possibly regular crust), extra cheese, size large. I really love the taste of this pizza but it's not worth it paying extra and it not even happen, and waiting around for it.

We ordered a pizza for pick up Friday night. We arrived to pick it up at their recommended time. I went to the front door and they were locked. There were 2 other guys outside with me (by the way it was about 40 degrees outside). None of us knew what to do to pickup our pizza, after about 5 minutes I called the restaurant and told them my name, and the 2 other guys names. After about 5 more minutes a person came out with one of the other guys pizza. After at least another 5 minutes they finally came out with my pizza. I explained to the 2 ladies that it would have been helpful to have a sign on the door telling us to call them when we arrived, or to include that information when I placed my order. Instead of understanding the situation one of the girls pointed to the sign on the door and said, "the phone number is right there!" I said, yes, but nothing says to call, it says that the restaurant is closed for dine in with the phone number in small letters at the bottom. She was rude and adamant that I should have known their process! I told her, "I will go somewhere else next time," and left. I even called back after we got home and asked for the manager. I explained what happened and he said, "well, that's the signs they gave us, and I should have been told their process when I ordered my pizza." Anyway, the pizza was good, but it will be a long time before I go back to Brewery City Pizza.

We wanted to see the new remodel. Had the Margarita pizza years ago for takeout and it was delicious. The Happy Hour deals are really good. Ordered the garlic fries. These were so good! Hot, crispy and a lot of flavor. After that we ordered a thin, crust, Margarita pizza and a chicken calzone. There was only our waitress, Lillianne, and a bartender working front of the house. There weren't a lot of people in the restaurant but our order seemed to be taking longer than it should have. All of a sudden, multiple people came in for take out orders and Lillianne had to take care of them as well as the restaurant. When our food came out it was luke warm at best. The pizza had the consistency of a frozen pizza. Don't feel like we'll be going back anytime soon. No fault to Lillianne, she was fantastic!

Placed my order at 6:10pm online said 25 minutes to 30 minutes wait. Came to restaurant 6:50pm give or take busy evening on a Friday night. When I asked the host about my order the response I got was ""Were packed"" and then he walked off. Then I received my order 10 minutes later. He could literally said it will be in few or sorry we had a rush of orders at this time. That's reason why I rated this review a 1 star would have been a 5 if he would have been more friendly. I understand the restaurant is packed I can obviously see that. Just poor customer service experience pizza is amazing.

This was my first and last order. If you have any special orders or need certain things taken off of your pizza due to allergies, don’t go here. They don’t pay attention to details. I did get a refund and an offer for a new pizza delivered but I chose not to. I will give them that. The manager laughed under his breath and said “tell them my name if you ever want to come back haha” let me give your business a little advice: employees will make mistakes but to have someone, who has been put in position to be a leading representation of your company, not caring if customers come back or not, is not good for business. Your last 5 months of reviews got a good amount of one stars. Time to look at the patterns and clean house.

Upon arriving, we waited for 8 minutes without a front desk person in sight. We finally asked to seat ourselves and got the go ahead. Another 6 minutes before they came to take our drink order. Returned with that pretty promptly and took our order. 30 minutes later we were still waiting. Set a 5 more minute limit, which they made in the last 40 seconds. Still waiting for the main order. I don’t care how delicious it MAY turn out to be, I’m pissed. It is not busy and not worth returning. Do better. BC.

Have been going here since I was a child and moved to town. Truly the best in town!! Whatever you do DO NOT try the ranch though or you will become and addict. Great staff and great food! Always our go to when we are craving a good salad and some good pizza!

Third time we've tried to eat here. After 40 minutes a server who wasn't ours stopped by our table to ask if we had ordered food. We let her know we'd ordered a pizza. After 20 more minutes we just put money on the table for our beers and left. The bartender moved like a sloth. Worst dining experience ever. We watched 2 other families leave when no one took their orders. We used to go all the time and had great service and food. Not sure what had happened.

Pizza was mediocre for being a pizza joint. Went for lunch, and the place was empty except for one other person, but the food still took about 20-25 minutes to come out. This is a small/one person pizza. The drinks we ordered were not good, but don’t remember what I ordered.

Pretty chill place with great quality pizzas. Not skimpy on the toppings at all and not dripping with oil. Staff was great and friendly.

This place has gone up in prices and down on quality. I used to get the Cobb salad. Was made great and you could tell care was taken on it. Well that was 2020. These days they just throw everything on there with browned lettuce. If I'm paying $20 for a salad I expect more. Well I haven't found another place for a Cobb salad, but I will do without given how they do things now.

My brother was visiting from out of town and having a pizza craving, so we ordered delivery. I've always been a fan, but he says it's probably the best pizza he's had, and I caught him looking online to see if there were any locations near where he lives! Always a delight if you're in the mood for quality, delicious pizza.

Would be good if we got the pizzas we ordered. We spent over 50 bucks for two simple pizzas. The left off pepperoni on a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and gave us a run around. No big deal, I guess but it’s a big deal to us with a large family that works hard to budget and try in this world. I guess it is what it is.

Had to wait a few minutes at host area before I was addressed by an employee...which I was seen by a few. Need to update their menu on Google for some items are no longer available. Other then that great pizza and reasonably priced.

Came in about ten minutes before closing and they wouldn't seat us because they had already started cleaning. Asked if I could order to and she said yes. Requested a personal pan pizza and was told they ran out of the crust for it. Said they could not substitute another crust. Ordered the next size up, which was a medium and cost $27.50! She then had the nerve to ask if I wanted my change! When she brought me the pizza she said the box was slightly ripped. It takes a lot to get a bad review from me but this was terrible customer service.

Had take out. Saturday is pizza night tried the spicy spring pie, and it was definitely spicy, as always great pizza. Though I can't wait till they have thin crust again. Also picked up the Bartlett pear salad which has become my go to salad since they dropped the fav champagne chicken. Salad.

Ordered delivery, then I called to check on my order after it was 30 minutes late The employee couldn't find it in the system, so she got the manager. I asked for a refund, then he told me it's already on the way. I only live 10 minutes away, so I waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. I'm not willing to wait another hour and a half if they just started the order when I called to check, after lying about it being already on the way. I had to call back again to get a refund almost 2 hours after placing the order. Don't order delivery from this place.

This is great pizza!! The staff is great and very attentive. You're going to pay more than some chain restaurant but its worth it to get a quality pizza. Loved their Cheesy Bread and their antipasto was great.

Wow! Great experience today having lunch! Food was delicious! Our server; Simone was incredible! Funny. Helpful. Attentive. I especially enjoyed how she paid attention to us while sharing stories about herself as we shared stories. I will go back because of Simone!
