EDIT: Saw this sign there today. Adjusted review to 5 stars! Good luck guys. Old review: Used to get burritos here all the time. Unfortunately the price has gone up, paid 10$ for a burrito today. Makes more sense to go to an actual restaurant now that the prices are so similar! What used to be a taco truck is now closer to a restaurant, except with no indoor area. Hope the prices can go down in the future, to match the experience! P.S. their food is really good!

Ordered an Asada regular burrito with a side of Rice. The burrito was supposed to have Guacamole and Sour cream, when I bit into it, it was dry. I called, and the owner was very nice and replaced the entire order even though nothing was wrong with the rice. Will change to four stars if there's nothing wrong with the food next time I go there.

LOVED IT ❣️ I had to try the carne assada, lengua and carnitas. All were so delicious! I recommend trying all of them. They're not huge tacos, but a generous amount of meat and toppings. Also recommend the horchata, it definitely stands out from others I've tried. They were really kind and tacos came out rather quickly considering the amount of people waiting. They have tables, some with shade. Worth going out of your way.

Was really craving some tacos. Stopped here because my friends said they love this place. A ton of food for the price! Very tasty and fresh! Though I wish the steak meat I selected wasn’t so giant and chunky.

Food is good, as always. Service is fast, which is amazing. However, the person taking my order (and this seems to be consistent) was emotionless/unfriendly when placing my order. It feels like I was annoying her by ordering, which isn't an outstanding feeling. I will continue to come here because the food is great and prices (although higher) aren't bad. However, the unfriendly service will always make me feel a little uneasy.

The Best Cali and Al Pastor Burritos in town. I bought and compared burritos from every other truck in the area and these won by a mile. I eat one every day. I eat mine with Melinda’s Habanero Sauce and Kroger Agave & Chipotle Street Taco Sauce.

I've been eating here since 2003 as I have always loved the food. Lately however, the person taking my order continually gets my order wrong. Today around 5:30pm I asked for the hot sauce to be put inside the carne asada burrito, that I didn't want any cups of it in the bag. So they gave me a burrito with mostly beans and rice, with no sauce in the burrito but two cups of it in the bag. When tried to call and let them know the order was wrong, no one answered the phone, repeatedly. Again, while I love the food, I'm tired of ordering one thing, and getting something completely different in the end.

The consume was sooooo oily. Do you not remove the fat off your meat before you cook it? It was also so salty-the ocean couldn’t even stand a chance. I threw everything away. But at least I did a good deed today, by giving $30.00 to this business for an inedible meal. It was my first and last time here today.

I ordered 2 tacos with no rice and beans and a drink and he was telling me it was 14 something and something doesn't really add up but anytime someone is trying to overcharge me I'm not going to be treated like I'm dumb and I didn't end up eating. I'm sure the food is good.

One of the best burritos I have ever had. We ordered the Al pastor burrito and I was surprised how much food it was. I was not able to finish it all.

Fresh, hot and generous portions. Like you got a plate from a loved one. It's great that you can order online and pick-up. The brick-laid seating area with a rain cover is definitely appreciated. Definitely our go-to from now on.

I guess I ordered a cold sour cream burrito? The last half of this thing was literally a mouth full of sour cream.. like warm out the window. Great hot sauce though.. California burrito I would avoid

Always great food. I made a mistake on my order tonight. Thought the delux was wet. They showed me I ordered the delux not wet then took the bag and insisted on making it wet for me. Super nice and great service

Another great taco truck in Thurston county. The food is delicious, and prices are on point. Several locations as well, and they are all comparably good.

Great food, fast. The burritos are massive. Take it home or sit outside at the covered picnic tables.

Got the California burrito and it was sooooo good. Great hot sauce. Large enough for two meals for me as well. Highly recommend.

feels like a restaurant experience. very inexpensive for the quality and amount of food and quicker than a lot of fast food places. bought 2 tacos and was given technically 2 tacos, but with 4 corn tortillas and enough stuff to fill 4 tacos. delicious and just the right about of spice. would highly recommend and will be telling everybody I know about this place.

Just love this joint! We almost always can share a burrito between the two of us because they are giant. Not cheap but giant and delish. Probably like ten bucks but that's not bad for a lunch meal for two. Keep up the good work and we'll be back for sure!

Been looking for a flavorful and honest taco place to call my main go-to. I can say this is the one! I had the California Burrito and my partner had the El Pastor Tacos. The burrito made my mouth water from the smell and it only intensified after the first bite. I was told that the tacos had amazing flavor and the rice and beans were surprisingly tasty. The meat in the tacos were slightly dry, but did not detract from the experience. Definitely going again! Might make it a weekly thing

The truck says tacos California but they have no California style tacos they have Washington style tacos street tacos. California style tacos are shredded beef with a fried tortilla. The prices were so high we just turned around and left and went to Albiertos across from St Martin's college. They have excellent prices and they do have California tacos I will never go back to California tacos again very disappointing

We frequent this taco truck and love the food. My kids have fallen in love with the tacos and ask for them quite often. Not only is the food good but the service is friendly and consistent.

This was the first time I ate there and the food was really good. I'm going to have to visit a few more times to give a more in-depth review but my initial experience was overwhelmingly positive.

We had a really bad experience several months ago, super salty chicken burrito, (inedible!), I complained and got a snarky reply with no apology. This after being a 10+ YEAR regular customer. I know how salty something should be! I am not salt sensitive as the owner implied. Anyway, we decided to give them another chance tonight. The steak Torta was pretty good, but we ordered a ground beef burrito, afraid of the chicken we used to like so much, and were very disappointed. Really disgusting pink mushy meat and rice. That’s it. Not the least bit appealing. Made me sick to look at it. I don’t know if there are new owners or what, but the food used to be really good. I would not recommend. Seriously, go to a restaurant. They are using prepackaged meat, yuck.

The lady was rude, they messed up my order an didn't correct it...I ordered carne street tacos an got chicken street tacos... The carrots taste awesome, but the staff should NOT have that job...

Good food, not expensive, nice people. I've never had a bad meal here. I'm not in Olympia often but when I am I usually stop by. Thank you, keep doing your thing! Love to see the new outdoor seating upgrades.

Stop in for a quick taco and glad I did, tasty and filling, good prices too. Definitely heading back to try more of their many choices soon.

If you’re really hungry then the portion size is in your favor, but other than that it has to be the most bland and unflavored burrito I’ve ever had. Dry chicken and just beans and rice, not exactly what I was expecting as the menu described a lot more. I think I’ve had better burritos at chipotle and will most likely go there next time I’m craving a burrito. Don’t recommend

Ordered cheesy barilla tacos only to get chicken quesadillas, and ordered a breakfast burrito to only take one bite and to violently get I'll and start vomiting non stop. Screw COVID, this place is disgusting and will kill you. Absolute worst food I've ever had from a food truck and way over priced. Total waste of money, got sick and didn't get what I ordered. Don't Do it! 😷

Best authentic tasting Mexican food n I've tasty plenty in california. I order my burritos no beans cuz I don't like them n no problem. If u don't like it too spicy just let them know. The wait is reasonable even when theres a line. There is almost always a line because food is good. When I discovered this place, there was once a cashier that is not very friendly and sometimes sounded rude.. if not for my experience with her; it would have been 5 stars from the beginning. I don't see her on the west oly truck anymore.

I really wanted to like this place so I got the pollo con crème and it wasn’t very good at all. The creme sauce tasted like a canned cream of soup. The chicken didn’t meet my expectations either with it being really small and unflavorful. For the same price as fajitas I would’ve liked to have the same style fajita chicken not the kind that I hope isn’t used in the tacos.

This is a Taco truck. They do have a pretty nice covered area with tables. This was my first visit, I had a "regular burrito" honestly may be the best I have ever had and I am an old dude, Mexican is my favorite. This will be my go to when in the area. Prices are quite fair, I highly recommend!
