Finally decided to try the Thai Garden Restaurant located near Capitol Mall (across from Target). I chose a Fresh Spring Roll with Shrimp and pork. It was fresh and tasty. The accompanying sauce was a runny peanut sauce. It wasn’t the best peanut sauce I’ve had but it was acceptable. I do like a thicker sauce, and this one was quite runny. I also order a Mango Salad with Chicken. The lettuce and veggies were fresh and crunchy. The presentation was quite lovely! The mangos were kind of tasteless, which was disappointing. They were plentiful, but no flavor to them. The salad dressing was refreshing. I had asked for spicy level 3, but I think I may go with 4 the next time. I didn’t feel any heat with 3 and I do like a little heat. The chicken was slightly dry, but tasty. The restaurant itself was clean and the wait staff polite. I would definitely try this place again. It’s a solid 4.

The pad Thai noodles were over cooked. It’s sauce tasted like bad ketchup. We thought it was weird that we got a peanut sauce and not peanuts sauce. Gave it 2 stars cause Crispy Fish dish was decent. Unfortunately both dishes didn’t taste like Thai food at all.

05/13/23: We had a great experience dining here. The food was great and delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and hospitable. My friend and I got the Pad Kee Mao and Soba Noodles. Both were tasty and good. They have excellent air conditioners on hot days so please check it out

I wish I was lying but I got take out and there was a cockroach in my food, after a hard days work. Sorry I don't have picture proof but I had to throw it away and immediately vomit. I usually don't leave reviews on places but this was super gross and it is usually a good place for Thai Food. Dine at your own risk.

Very nice Viet-Thai fusion. The restaurant was big with many tables and the setting was very elegant. Staffs were attentive and friendly.

Good service, nice clean place and food is excellent! I had chicken coconut green curry. A somewhat spicy, but definitely worth it! Also ordered wonton, served with a peanut sauce. The noodles were fantastic, everything tasted fresh and on point!

This is not great place for Thai food. My feedback always based on at least 5 visits and this feedback also same. I have ordered food 5 different days/times and below are my findings. - Spicy levels not consistent - Taste not consistent - Over priced. Not worth for your money - Food quantities are not matching with price or quality - If you like spicy food, then skip this restraint. I feel spicy level 4 is also very sweet and creamy.

I love the Tom Kha Gai soup because it's super flavorful and has lots of mushrooms :) The Pad Thai is a must as well if you enjoy this dish!

The food was decent, we were there because our other choice was closed due to a yearly vacation. We were there early dinner time, maybe 4PM, service was okay, not very attentive. Atmosphere seemed dated, but it isn't an old business, probably less than 10 years in location. I had this interesting Seafood Birds Nest, it has good flavor, but the friend noodle was just too much, it was like 80% noodle, 15% veg and 5% scallops and shrimp, so it felt like a very dry meal

Até dinner here recently. Service was prompt and attentive. I had Showering Rama, which I have not been able to find on a Thai menu for several years. It was flavorful, the spinach was fresh, and it had just the right amount of heat. I would totally eat here again. Reasonable prices. Ample parking, lots of vegetarian options.

Very good restaurant serving Thai cuisine. We ordered for two dine-in on a rainy Friday evening. My gf is vegan while I am not, so we ordered dishes that both of us could enjoy. We decided on Seafood Fried Rice that included prawns, scallops, and veggies, Pad See Ew with fried tofu, prawns & veggies, and then Yellow Curry with fried tofu. All of the entrées were delicious and prepared with a mild spice level. My favorite of the three was the Yellow Curry paired with the steamed rice. Service was great and the price was decent coming out to a little over $50 with tip included.

Great food, good atmosphere, and super friendly service. Absolutely LOVED my green curry. A 3 star curry left my lips tingling in the best possible way and the crunch of the egg rolls were brilliant.

Pre-pandemic, our friend group of five to nine women ate at Thai Garden every week and tipped generously. On our first visit back in three years, we could tell a lot has changed. Maybe Thai Garden has been sold to new owners. While all of our favorites were still on the menu, the former wait staff was completely gone. The two new waiters seemed confused at best. The wrong dishes were set in front of guests and our waiter had to be reminded four times that one person in our group had ordered Thai Tea. Curries that were requested as one star heat were well above that, although only one of us asked for a correction. Over all, the lunch was a disappointment in terms of food, service, and ambience.

This is the best Thai food I’ve had in a while! We were seated quickly and food did not take long at all. I got the Penang curry with tofu with was amazing and my girlfriend got the sweet and sour beef. I love the crab Rangoons here. We also decided to get a takeout order for someone at home halfway through the meal and the server ensured it would be ready just in time for us to leave.

Ordered soup and entrées, soup came after the entrées. Food was cold and dishes were chipped. Won't be returning here.

My first experience with Thai garden was about 10+ years ago now, and I was not satisfied with the food or the experience. I decided to give it another go, because I was really craving Thai. This time around did not disappoint! The Tom Ka Gai is the best around, hands down! I also got the chicken chow mein, which was extremely flavorful and delicious. I took a bite of both things, and literally said "oh my gosh!!!" So good, I had to leave a review!

This is the worst Thai food I have ever tasted in my entire life. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao and the servers for the most part were nice and everything but the noodles were over cooked, and had no taste whatsoever. This meal made me feel as if I had Covid with how flavorless it was. If I had to give it a taste it would be like a big heap of boiled hot dog water. I’ve wasted my gas, time, money and appetite over what I assume would be the meal of a raccoon…even the veggies were unrecognizable, they were so mushy the whole plate was like a soggy diaper. I’m not entirely sure how One is able to make food that bad but you’d be surprised.

I have experienced Thai restaurants Washington, Oregon, California, Illinois, Nevada and Florida. This by far was the worst Green Chicken Curry that I have had. Most places use coconut milk and the great ones sizzle coconut cream across their meal. This tasted like 2% milk with a little flour. It had no pepper flavor. This threw the entire dish off. Very disappointed. Sorry no pics, I had distraught.

All our food was delicious! Perfectly prepared and presented. Just the things I want in a restaurent- quiet and calm atmosphere, knowledgeable and pleasant servers, reasonable prices, and most of all tasty food. We shared what might be the best fresh Spring Roll (with grilled pork) I've had. He had curry fried rice with pork (spicey level 2). I had the lemongrass vegetables with pork (spicey level 0). We will definitely return.

When ever I'm in town, my father and I make sure to dine here. The food is of supreme quality. And the staff are very attentive and kind. With large portions, you are guaranteed left overs for days.

Delicious! No line or waiting. We sat distanced but not obnoxiously so. Staff were very attentive and friendly, checked with us every three minutes or so. The food is so good. We ate a red curry and the Vietnamese soup. They came with all appropriate sides and bottled water. Really enjoyed it!

Good Thai food. The curries are very tastee and the noodle dishes are delightful. The Spring Rolls are delicious, as is the peanut sauce. The waitstaff members are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. All around a good place for a bite of Thai Cuisine.

While on vacation, I visited Thai Garden Restaurant and Lounge. The service was great, the restaurant was clean, and the food portions were decent. The Thai Garden Sampler and Massaman Curry were very good. I also ordered Pad Kee Mao because I really wanted Drunken Noodles. The waiter said Pad Kee Mao was the same dish, just a different name. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the dish, it was oddly sweet. The cup of tea was good but the price was higher than most places. If I were to travel to the Olympia area again, I'd definitely stop in for some good eats.
