Although I am glad that there is a Ramen place in dowmtown oly, I would be misguiding someone if I said that this Ramen House was spectacular. The portions were rather small, the service mediocre and the food was okay. I've definitely had much better experiences at other ramen joints.

Execution for food: 4.5/5 Waitressing: 5/5 Manager: 1/5 Cons: 1) I wanted to take pictures for my girlfriend of my experience, but was abruptly disrespected by the manager of β€œvideo recording her cooking staff.” 2) Trying to resolve a billing concern with the Manager. Publicly humiliated and announces everyone in the dinning hall my friend did not tip in his receipt, when you can clearly see the cash tip on the table. 3) Tried to walk up to the serving counter to congratulate the chefs for their excellent cooking before we left. Manger snapped at my friend and I walking towards an UNLABELED designated STAFF ONLY boundary walk way. Pros: Food was pretty good and flavorful. Waitresses were welcoming and inviting.

Dude I have been waiting for a place like this for so long! I am a huge ramen fan! You build your bowl from a variety of base, broth, protein and veggie. I chose chicken with tofu, seaweed, bean sprouts and mushroom. My girlfriend got similar but with a seafood broth, both were YUM. The waitress was so helpful walking us through popular combinations. I will definitely be returning to try some of the other premade styles as well as the other combinations. Highly recommended

Yesterday, September 25, was the last day of Indian Summer, my wife and I took a trip to Olympia. We had lunch at Inaka Ramen (See attached photos). We waited about 20 minutes because all the tables had been occupied by customers. We like their skillful cooking and professional services.

My wife and I went here for the first time last night for our anniversary, and it was some of the best service and food We’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly, quick to seat us, our food was to us VERY fast and everything tasted absolutely amazing, and was very filling. This is going to be a regular spot for us for sure, looking forward to trying other combinations of ramen.

Really good! My team and I were in town for a week and had it on our list to visit Inaka, and it did not disappoint! Really great food, super veggie-friendly, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous place for vegans! (And carnivores/omnivores) With the aromatic broth and shoyu or miso base the vegan ramen ends up so rich and incredible. And a delicious list of add-ins: tofu, mushrooms, veggies, seaweed. Inventive craft cocktail menu too and they're always rotating in some new Japanese alcohol. A metal fence around their outdoor seating provides a place to lock bikes that doesn't block the sidewalk. Transit stops close by and Olympia's transit system is fare-free so why not skip the parking? Great friendly service too.

It tastes alright, food portion is little as it really comes with one piece of meat… noodles were hard. The chicken karage was super salty and burned. Not worth it, will not order again for delivery.

I was skeptical based on the reviews. I got my ramen via GrubHub. When it arrived it was still a good temperature. The pork belly was very good. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The broth had good flavor. Normally when I get ramen the portions are very large however this was not. It was small in comparison to what I was expecting but it was still filling. My only real complaint is that the noodles did not seem to be cooked completely. They were not unbearably undercooked but definitely could have been cooked longer. Overall it was good. I will give it another chance and update my review from there.

Food is delicious and fast, but portion is kind of small. It’s good that you make your own combinations of noodles. Mine was a little salty probably because I chose miso as the base, but the pork belly was salty for my taste.

The best part about my ramen here was the pork belly, so I'd actually recommend getting a pork belly rice bowl instead of the ramen if you go here. The tonkotsu broth didn't remind me of what I'm used to getting from ramen restaurants in Seattle or Bellevue. The chashu is not the best. It's alright if it's what's close to you, but compared to any other ramen restaurant it's quite subpar.

Three of us went and we were hungry! They were not very busy, it was a Tuesday. We ordered two appetizers and three Sapporos. We were off to a good start. I saw the ramen on the way to the table. The anticipation peeked when i saw the big pho sized bowls. When they hit the table we all looked at each other... the bowls looked about 1/3 full. The portions seemed small. Our friend said it was the smallest bowl of ramen he has ever had... and he is from Japan! The flavor was πŸ‘. The pork cutlett was small in my ramen and a bit pink for my liking. Extra noodles is $2. I would suggest that for sure. That makes for a $17+ lil bowl of ramen. Enjoy

Great service and overall awesome time. Fried squid was great. I got the spicy x3 ramen and my wife got the garlic tonkotsu. Very rich and flavorful broth, mine got even more spicy as it set. I do agree with other reviews that it was not very spicy, however it was delicious with a decent kick. We will be back for sure.

I ordered delivery from Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya, 120 5th Ave SW, Olympia, WA 98501 while staying at the Best Western Tumwater-Olympia Inn while here in Tumwater on business. The delivery was through Grubhub and it was super-easy to order and prompt friendly service. The restaurant is only about ten minutes from the hotel. I ordered the Pork Gyoza which comes with a soy dipping sauce. They are fantastic in taste and texture. I also ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen Noodles with Chicken Chashu added. Phenomenal broth with freshly made ramen and tasty meats. Excellent overall meal.

Wow!! That is THE best Ramen I have ever had! Get the Garlic broth with pork belly. The egg in it was amazing! They marinate it for 12 hours before soft boiling it. Crazy good flavor! Even the bamboo shoots are something special! The squid was the bomb too! Will definitely be coming back. I read about the service being crappy, bull!! they were ALL sweet as can be! Even the chefs.
