Came for a late lunch on Sunday with family. I've never felt so unwelcome or like I was putting staff out in my life and I go to BCP regularly. If the tip hadn't been a requirement for a party of 8 or more they wouldn't have gotten an extra dime from us. Servers may want to remember during these times customers keep that place from closing down when so many restaurants have gone out of business.

Have to say I'm seriously not a fan of the new setup. I have been coming here for nearly 20 years, and always had great service before. Staff barely spoke and acted annoyed that we didn't know to order before we sat. Had to request utensils in order to eat the salad, as we were only brought plates. Even then, nothing to serve the salad with. Food is still good, but some of the prices are exorbitant- $15 for the family salad is ridiculous. Hopefully this was just a hiccup and not how this restaurant will continue in the future.

On November 21, 2023, at approximately 6 PM, I had the pleasure of ordering a pizza from your establishment. I must commend the exceptional staff on duty during that time. Even though I was quite demanding, each member of your team exhibited remarkable patience and clarity in their explanations. I was especially impressed by Nancy, who managed the pizza distribution with extraordinary professionalism and grace. Her demeanor and efficiency significantly enhanced my experience. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and courteous service, and it truly made a difference. Thank you for your outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction!

This was my first time eating here. We got cheesy bread and a giant Meathead. The cheesy bread was perfect. The crust was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The pizza was divine!! Everything was perfectly balanced to give you the right amount of flavor and toppings in each bite. According to the menu, they have vegetarian and gluten-free. I totally recommend Brewery City Pizza.

What a joke. My husband just waited 30 MINUTES past the pick up time for our pizza. He said there was a whole line of online orders they ignored. Will NEVER order from this store again. I'd rather spend the time and gas to go to Tumwater. Do better. This is unacceptable even short staffed. If you offer online ordering, honor it in the time frame given.

First time eating here and it was just okay. You have to order at the counter before sitting which I didnt know so I felt rushed to order. Pizza was average but my husband really enjoyed his calzone.

The staff were friendly and the pizza was amazing! Definitely worth driving over 45 minutes to come back some time!

Best pizza around! I love that their prices aren't too bad, either. And the ranch dressing is the best! They sell it in up to 16oz containers.

Always good. We love the cob salad drive all the way to Olympia from Chehalis to eat there. All 3 of them.

One of my favorite places in town for pizza, the food is delicious, staff is really nice. The only reason why I went with 4 stars for atmosphere was because it was empty when we went and the walls were all one color and it just felt strange at that point.

The service is horrible. This is the second time we've been in there in the past year. The first was for a birthday party, we bought over 10 pizzas and this time we just bought 3 but the service was horrible. They have absolutely no customer service skills. We thought the first time we had issues, it was just right after the holidays, and maybe the service just sucked because they we trying to catch up after the holidays so we gave them another chance this past weekend. That was a big mistake. The horrible customer service continued. The pizza was okay, nothing to rave about. We specifically asked for no onions on two of our pizzas due to allergies, and they ignored the request so the person with allergies couldn't eat the pizza because we would have been waiting all night for them to make another pizza. They weren't very busy, but it took a while to get our pizzas. We won't be going there again.

One of the best pizzas! The crust is really good. We had the special and they even substituted black olives for sausage for us. Everything you need (napkins, parmesan, foil, etc) is self serve and readily available. They were helpful, patient and kind when dealing with my 82 year old husband. Super place!

Worst, most expensive sandwich I have ever had. They didn't even try to put out a quality product. I had a chicken club that had prepackaged chicken, bacon out of some premade trash package, and they couldn't even be bothered to properly grill the bun.

Good food. Short staffed, but they were still attentive and friendly. Were able to serve a group of about 20.

Ordered a calzone and it was loaded! You have the choice of making your own but the ready made menu had everything I wanted. So huge it fed 2 people easily. Will be one of my favorite places to go.

Pizza is 15/10. Period. Website is 2/10 - The ability to select toppings always ruins the order and I need to switch from mobile to desktop to complete the order, and even still the navigation is just bad and has definitely complicated a couple of my orders to the point I just put the phone down and find something in my fridge instead. Y'all have an inexperienced programmer working your site, one that doesn't test their own work. Pizza is still phenomenal!! 💙

So its been a while, I am not a fan of the new ordering set up, We had a multi family group trying to order pizza and it feels awkward standing blocking everyone trying to get an idea what the pizza flavors are.. no menu sit at table and discuss before going up to order. Salad arrived without dressing, then dressing was delivered after pizza arrived. Ugh.

Annoyed as hell, came to tumwater from Chehalis to Costco, thought we would go to BCP while up hear, Dining room closed for renovations. Ok no problem we will just go west side THEIR DINING ROOM IS CLISED LIKE WTH. Why the hell would you close both at the same time. POOR PLANING.

I just really loved the pizza. Had the meatlovers, Hawaiian, and pepperoni pizza at our table and it was just really good. The crust was nice and soft and a little sweet. The sauce was great as well and evenly distributed around the pizza. They definitely packed the meat when doing the toppings. I for sure ate too much.

We have come here for a lot of years - at least two decades. Tried 3 times to place an order on the phone this morning (after they allegedly opened for the day) and literally no answer. I guess they don’t need the business and they have lost a customer.

Restaurant was clean, friendly staff, food in a word amazing! Don't let the name fool you, so much more than a pizza joint. Though their pizza is also very tasty! Tomato basil soup, off the hook! Tonight I had chicken carbonara which was served hot and delicious. We were literally the only ones in the place but there was a steady stream of people coming in for take out. Didn't see any of them wait more than maybe two minutes and the hostess verified every order to make sure it was correct before they left.

Awesome as always. They have to be in the top 3 pizzas in Thurston County. My personal favorite.

Sonja is the best server and worker there and she deserves a raise. When I went in she treated me with upmost kindness and made me and many others feel welcome.

Worst crust out of the three brewery cities. Super soggy regular crust, order it well done or well done thin and it's still limp af. Call Lacey and set your oven like theirs!

No wait staff, on a Sunday night. Arrived and thought the place was closed, since there was no one there. We had to order and pay at the same time at the counter, and then you have to go up and ask for refills. Two people came in from the time we arrived for pickup, yet it still took our food 40 min. It was freezing in the restaurant so we finally just asked to receive our food to go since there wasn’t service and everyone wasn’t happy shivering. Then they jip you on bread with the pasta if you get it to go instead of eating in. Should be cheaper then. There were several tables full by the time we left.

Had large cool ranch chicken bacon pizza, salad, wings and two sodas and spend less than $50 before tip. Pizza was hot and tasty. Salad was fresh and crunchy and wings were well sauced. A bit slow due to lack of staff but our server was a rockstar!!

Good calzone. I should have asked for some marinara on top. My first visit but I will be back.

I used to love brewery city Pizza but they don't cook their pizza anymore. Always doughy and not cooked though you have to ask for double cooked or you will get dough. Sad used to be such a great spot for pizza . I guess they don't care anymore.
