We had breakfast for lunch. Our omelets were very one, one Chicken fajita omelet and one spinach & Mushroom omelet. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. 1st time eating here. We will return.

We couldn't decide what to eat when IHOP appeared and we are glad they did! They have a bacon special going on that fit all the cravings. The bacon on the cheeseburger was so thick you would have thought it was pork belly and as the sign for all good burgers the juices ran down and over the plate. There was candied bacon pancakes that made a perfect bite. The special order bacon omelet hit the spot! And cannot forget the attentive server (Brittney) who really showed she cared about our dining experience. It was her service alone that would make this a place I would come back to.

Brunch time! Came with the family and they sat us near the far back left corner. The seating area was kind of tight and felt cramped. As far as the food goes, it was not a disappointment. This our first time here in the Olympia IHOP. Our local one we love is closer to home in Spanaway off Canyon Rd. The hostess and server were friendly and polite. The atmosphere was good and everyone seemed to be having a good time. 1. Food was great 2. Service was excellent 3. Cleanliness of the Resturant 100% 4. Staff Attitude: 100% excellent

IHOP is always hopping. Very busy sit-down restaurant so be ready to wait. Added some pics for reality. Although I don’t mind their dinner and brunch. Their breakfast items are much better then other meals. My pancakes were great. The steak tips tasted like meatloaf a big nope from my kid. Very pricey for quality imo. Severs are always nice. And overall it’s a nice diner.

I've typically had a good experience here but today was a disappointment. I arrived before the rest of my table and was never spoken to by anyone. After the rest of my party arrived we were still ignored. I started thinking maybe no one had been asigned to our table by accident but that was not the case. All I wanted was at least to have some water. The server noticed our uncomfortable stares and finally addressed my table saying she was just waiting for everyone to arrive when they had been there for awhile and another table who came after had already ordered and received their food. We placed the drink and food order all at once and never even received the drinks but watched the server run around our table attentively taking care of everyone else except us. After about 15 more minutes of waiting with an empty table, not even receiving water, we finally just got up and left.

We were a part of a larger group and half of our members arrived before the others. After being seated the half that arrived first was completely ignored. Even when the full party arrived and was present the server helped other tables and neglected ours. After all being present for 20 minutes the server finally came to take our order having helped others who came in much later. We placed our orders for both food and drinks and after another 10 minutes still hadn't even received water. We passed the server on our way out of the restaurant and she still didn't even have our drinks. This is the worst service I have ever received at any IHOP! Possibly the worst anywhere! I will never be returning to this location! It's worth a 10-15 minute drive to Olympia!

Worst experience ever! Will not return. Was having dinner with my 2yr old granddaughter when a homeless man came in and sat in the booth across from us. He was swearing, pounding on the table and chanting I want pancakes. I tried to ignore him and reassure my granddaughter that everything was OK until he got up and came to our table then leaned down at my granddaughter. To be honest I totally freaked out!!!! Yelled at him to get away from her! I got up and grabbed her and our stuff went to pay and told the manager what happened. He didn't care as a matter of fact he was rude to me! He even went so far as to have me stand there with my now scared and crying granddaughter while he had the chanting homeless man sit right behind us while he was ringing us out. He even stopped and left us there while he got the man his pancakes then finished ringing us out. Again I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!

Omg I should probably tell this to IHOP corporate office . We went in Lacey IHOP for dinner after a movie and while we waited to be seated, There is a couple standing at the register waiting for 10min she told an employee that walked past them. The employee got a snappy tone and said . “I can’t cash you out the employee who waited on you has to .”The customer said “why can’t you let me pay my tab with you so we can pay and leave”. The employee says “you must wait until the waiter is available and ready to cash you out”. The customer says “but this makes no sense”. The employee says “yes it makes sense to me because we get tips and this is the only way we keep track of our own tips so you must wait for him to finish and help you.” So the waitress changes her tone grabs menus for us to seat us and we decided not to eat there and just leave. Shocked. I decided I wasn’t going to be treated like that when ready to pay and wait for our sever to cash us out whenever. We went to Denny’s instead some one else cashed us out great service and great food. I had to share this for improvement.

IHOP is a Halloween tradition. It used to be after trick or treating, but now that 2 kids are grown and one is a teenager, it's just going out to wander and enjoy the night, then IHOP! It is always clean and the food is delicious. Staff are all friendly and professional. We had a great time as always and left happy and full.

I have gone here multiple times over a year, and I've never had a bad experience. Every single breakfast dish I have ordered has been consistently good quality. Chocolate chocolate chip pancakes are a favorite.

First time dining in since start of pandemic. Busy Sunday. Seated quickly, had to wait 15+ minutes for waitress to appear after being seated, long wait for food and then both orders were incorrect. One order had to be completely redone and they still got part of it wrong. The other order they had to recook the eggs. 20 minutes later, I was completely finished with my meal and my husband's reorder had not appeared. Apologies and a 10% discount didn't make up for long wait for replacement order. Food was consistent IHOP quality. When we finally got our food, it was hot and what we had come in to eat, just too bad we didn't get to eat together. I think that I will go back to delivery service for IHOP food for a while before we try dining in again.

We had three kids and three adults, everyone came in hungry and left happy! I only wish they had longer booths or would reserve the corner booth for parties larger than four (there were three people seated there during our visit), because we were super cramped in a regular booth. Luckily my kids elbows in my ribs didn't make the food terrible or the service bad, lol. Thank you for a great breakfast with my family!

I ordered the veggie & chicken salad shown on the menu. When it arrived it was only a pile of lettuce some avacado and about 5 small pieces of chicken. The tomatoes and cheese were missing. I sent it back saying I expected the salad pictured on the menu. It came back with those items. Also we arrived before the dinner 5:00 hour, only a few people there and waited 20 min. for a waitress to take our order. Finally we got up and asked the kitchen to send out a waitress. Then 20 tables filled up and only 2 waitresses could hardly serve everyone lst come, lst serve. Finally, I had a discount coupon for 15% off entire meal or 50% off 1 meal. The waitress said it didn't apply to Seniors, WHAT? There was no mention on the coupon seniors not accepted. The manager said, NO! This is age discrimination and all the seniors we know are going to boycott this IHOP unless you make an executive decision to accept coupons and serve what's pictured on the menu. A major apology on your IHOP website will be greatly accepted. Regrets, Vince & Carole

We arrived and were part of a group of 5. Two of our party had already been seated. They had not been served even water while they waited for us. We sat for 20 minutes before a waitress even arrived to take our order. Once we had our order placed she left to offer boxes to another table and take their card to pay. We finally left after another 10 minutes of not even receiving the water or the other simple drinks we ordered. It was not good service on behalf of the waitress as, while they were busy; her co-workers were quick and efficient with service of their tables who had even received their meals and were well into their dining experience by the time we left.

IHOP is our favorite family breakfast place! Cute kids menus (that double as coloring pages and come with crayons!), great service, good food, and decent prices. Portions are good sized and kids eat free 4-10pm! (One free child's meal per adult)

Great place. I ordered a ham, bacon, tomatoes, and cheese omelette with a side of mashed potatoes. We had a family of 4 at the table and food came out at the same time with a perfect wait time. Waitress was fast and accurate. Kitchen seemed fast and phenomenal food taste.

It was getting busy at 0615 in the morning on a Thursday. And there was only one woman working the door and tables, ‘Ellen”. She was a trooper. Every trip she made out on the kitchen she had her hands full and would drop something off at each table she passed. I have never seen such an organized solo waitress in my 58 years. I had the Chicken Fajita Omelette. OMG it had was packed with chicken, poblano and bell peppers, roasted onions and cedar cheese. And it was on top as well. Came with salsa, sour cream and a grilled Serrano pepper. Dare ya to bite that.

We had a very enjoyable visit. We were seated right away. Our food was good and arrived fairly quickly. And the part that made it all worth the visit was our waitress. She was awesome! She was on top of everything. She made sure we were taken care of completely. We didn't have to ask for anything. She made our visit worthwhile. I definitely recommend that you stop here. You won't regret it. 😊

Food was good and the wait staff were very pleasant. I didn't get wowed and the atmosphere is pretty plain, so no 5 stars, bit would definitely recommend to others.

It had been a few years since I'd been and I was pleasantly surprised. Restaurant is clean. All the staff was friendly, but our waitress was really great. She was very sweet. The food was good and prices reasonable.

This place used to be a bit better. It's gotten awfully expensive, but I feel everything has in the last 2-3 years of course. Food is great and my kids enjoyed their meals (fairly picky kids I tell you) my son loves the hot cocoa here. Pancakes were great but slightly overcooked on one side so didn't taste the best (just 1 out of a short stack of 3) I enjoy the breakfast sampler usually but now the price is too much for just breakfast (1 bacon 1 sausage, it should be 2 each for the price!) So this more recent visit I got lunch to save some money. I feel very comfortable when we come here, all the other guests are nice and the servers are also good. Overall good but pricey!

I'm a late night eater, I love a good late night snack. I was in this last weekend and Maria was my server, She was absolutely fantastic. Best service my partner and I have received in a while at a diner.

The worst gluten-free pancakes I've ever had in my life. They should have been taken off my bill but the service was so poor they didn't bother to check in with me. They knew I had celiac disease and I was very concerned about it. If you're a pancake specialist you should try harder to have better gluten-free pancakes. Also if I knew the coffee was so expensive I would have ordered water. Almost four bucks for a cup of black coffee.

Excellent service! Very tasty food, never disappoints. I have a spinach/mushroom omelet with whole grain toast, my grandson had a combo breakfast platter, he said was marvelous.

A very nice breakfast experience by all three in my party. Our server RO made all the distance in our experience. She was super attentive, patient and very pleasant. The food was hot and delicious and the environment was clean and being kept clean all during our dining.

We meet with a group of friends monthly. We have a separate room reserved so it's much quieter than in the main part of the restaurant. Service is good, food is always great. I tried the pesto chicken crepes last week. I didn't eat the crepe pancake, but the chicken and pesto were wonderful!

Shianne went above and beyond! We were greeted at the door immediately sat even though it was busy. Then when a couple minutes passed she came back and said they were busy and proceeded to serve us! Great customer service, by far the cleanest, and best smelling IHOP or any chain diner I’ve been in. And the food was cooked perfectly. This is by far the best IHOP I have been too.

The most professional and Courteous Staff of any Ihop I've visited. I was happy with the food, and the wait time. We were treated like royalty. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

It's IHOP. I would submit that 4 stars is a s good as it gets. The service was friendly, which is a miracle in post-COVID dining. The food is as expected and cooked right. The fruit is fresh, the eggs cooked to order. They will customize your order however you like. Short order cooks are very underrated! This place is clean and accessible. I have been here 6 times and have yet to have an issue with anything.

The food was delicious! But the waiter took almost two hours to get to our table. And when she came to our table. She barely gave me and my friend a chance to order a drink and an appetizer before she walked away.

My recent visit to IHOP was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere created by Managers Aaron and Matt.
