There were people waiting outside, but we were able to get on pretty quickly. The food was fresh! Simple, easy menu equals efficient, delicious food. I had the Moco Loco and it was like a breakfast Hamburg, I liked it. They give you 2 chicken fried steaks if you get the full set for that one! The portions are very generous and match the price. I would go back.

Parking lot behind building, but can get busy and tight. Food here was fantastic. I had the brisket hash, which came smothered in hollandaise sauce and was amazing. The onions were cooked perfectly and had an amazing sweet taste that complimented the brisket, hash browns, and eggs. I opted to have a biscuit with the meal which was also super amazing, especially when paired with the bacon gravy. My father had the half order of country fried steak and eggs. Even as a half.order this was a massive plate filled with amazing food. I had a taste of his fried steak and it had to be the best country fried steak I've had in ages. Eggs were cooked to perfection on both orders. I also ordered a cinnamon roll to go, which was the size of a cake. It was insane on how large they are! Super large portions of amazing food here. Definitely recommend coming as the service was amazing, food was incredible, and had a great experience.

Extraordinary people work there! We had family in town for my birthday, and we all picked this place after a quick Google search. It was our first time. We didn't have to wait for a table, which was great. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! We shared the giant pancake and tried the veggie and meat omelets. It was all so good. I can't wait to visit again!

Absolutely amazing! We spent all of our breakfast just repeating that it was SO good and then chewing in silence until we said it again. The service was amazing, the staff are so kind. The food was perfectly hot. Zero complaints from us

Was definitely worth the wait. We always love a good breakfast spot and this is a good one. We didn't get the extremely huge cinnamon roll but it sure looked tasty. Everything we ordered was great. Will definitely come back to try other stuff.

We experienced Hash on a busy Sunday morning, and it was well worth the wait. Thankfully, WA weather wasn't being its beautiful usual self while sitting outside to be called in to our table. The food @ Hash is amazing. The portions are filling and still enough to box up to enjoy later. 😉 We ordered the chicken fried steak and the orange chicken with waffles. Be careful on a full order of chicken fried steak....this place gives you two of them!! Ooo my it was a HAPPY Belly!! We look forward to returning and trying that 16in pan blueberry pancake or that enormous cinnamon roll they offer!! 😋

Food is amazing but be prepared to wait. It’s not a place you can just swing in for a quick bit to eat. Always worth the wait as it’s one of the best breakfast joints around. A must try for Olympia.

This was our first visit, and I enjoyed it! The food came out quick and was delicious. I can't wait to visit again and try another breakfast. I had the smoked salmon omelet. If you like smoked salmon definitely give it a try, the flavors went really well together! I really liked that they had a kids menu. The items were only $7. There is limited seating though so on the weekends there will probably be a wait, but just know its worth the wait! I look forward to coming back soon!

Freaking awesome place. Great food, great service. I've got to take my wife as flew solo there and got in trouble. Worth it! Plus I get to go back for round 2.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Washington. I will go out of my way to come here every time I am in the state. (I drove two hours to get this alone in my most recent visit) The food is better than expected every time. Please never get rid of the cornbread with fruity/strawberry butter. I want that to be served at my wedding and my wake it’s so good. I’d pay for the recipe for that. I can’t say enough good things about it. 1000/10. Orange chicken and waffle is absurdly good.

Fantastic local place to eat in Olympia. Make sure you get there early to get a seat. I had a hash brown meal and my daughter had the country fried steak. Good food portions but the chocolate milk was small.

Casual breakfast joint that also serves mimosas. The menu has refreshing versions of breakfast items and a few twists on less conventional breakfast meals. The cornbread (mixed with cake mix?!) was great (and I don't like cornbread) with a delicious marionberry spread. (Plus they serve Loco moco!) Go. Try the food. It's fantastic and if you can, you'll be coming back.

Found the menu online and decided to try this place out, don't let the little place fool you, they're putting out big plates full of BIG flavors. Staff were very friendly and quick to help, the place was very clean and had options for indoor or outdoor seating. They had like 8 different mimosa flavors, we got the pineapple ginger and it was super refreshing. Be warned that the portions are BIG, the pancake is on a 16" pizza pan and is no joke. The breakfast burrito was absolutely killer with the jalapeno hollandaise. Can't recommend this place enough and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I have to say first, when I walked in I was reading the board, and then the menu and I was like "oh man, if I don't get something with kale and avocado, these guys are going to judge me super hard." But my initial impression was dead wrong, instead we got some amazing service, the young man who help us was wonderful and recommended the BBQ hash which was loaded with Beecher cheese and amazing sauce and the most perfectly cooked egg I have ever had in my life. My wife got the smoked salmon omelette, which I didn't really care for but only because it's not something that is normally part of my pallet. It was in fact really good, just not for me. We also got one of their GIANT cinnamon rolls and, I'm not kidding when I say this could be a meal alone. I want to give an extra shout out to the buttered corn bread sauce. I think it might have been blueberry or some such. After such a great experience I will definitely be back. So many really good things I wanted to try, it will probably take 5-6 more visits at least!

Hit this spot around 10:30 on a Sunday morning. We had maybe a 15-20min wait before a table was ready, which is totally reasonable on a lazy weekend morning. I ordered the Applewood Smoked Ham and Gouda Omelet, and the others at the table ordered the Portuguese Sausage Scramble and the Southwest Tofu Hash. Everything came out pretty quick and was super tasty. Plus as a little extra we were given a piece of cornbread with a flavored butter. Highly recommend this spot!

Breakfast here was the best decision I made this week. Super friendly staff, menu full of awesome, and decent price point. Wait for a table was short and the only 'complaint' I have is that I waited like 10 minutes for a coffee after seating. Might have been my fault because I preemptively flipped my cup over so the servers probably thought I had a filled cup. My oat milk request was no problem! Otherwise, the complimentary cornbread starter was great, and my breakfast was AMAZING. Eggs exactly as I asked and a sizeable amount of food. I had point cut corned beef hash and it was presented beautifully with a dusting of Paprika and a Dijon crema I requested on the side. They have GIANT cinnamon rolls for just 8 bucks to. I'm coming back a bunch.

Delicious food but the times on the weekends are super long. Everything on the menu looks great, specially the 16 inch blueberry pistachio pancake. Bottomless coffee service but no espresso. Juices are tasty and freshly squeezed

Have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally did and was not disappointed! Portions are huge so perfect for those that like to share. So many great choices on the menu will definitely be back to try them all. Had the Loco Moco this time.

Swung by on a whim for our first visit, and boy was that a good idea. Seated quickly, served with minimal fuss, food was incredible and so was the art! ;) One Veronica and one avocado Benedict later, we were happy campers off to our next destination. We'll be back and bring reinforcements!

This was our first time here and the food was alright. My wife and I agreed that it wasn't memorable enough for us to go back. I was happy to see Loco moco's, and Portuguese sausage on the menu. We had to wait about 40 minutes to get a table. It was a bummer that they didn't have some kind of overhang or heaters for those waiting outside in the cold and rain. They did kick us outside when we attempted to wait inside 🙄

Finally! After numerous drive byes past the long lines, we walked in for lunch and were happy to sit immediately! Very nice staff and the menu marvelously attractive. The cornbread is nice but I prefer the not sweet kind-Just my preference. The Monte Cristo was perfect. The Loco Moco was crazy amazing. Spam, pineapple, rice, PLUS bacon gravy?! It worked, man, like I would never believe. Worth the wait, so go!

It was fine. I got the avocado benedict, the potatoes were good, husband liked the hash browns, with his corn beef. Serving sizes were meager for the price point. Most of my food was served almost cold. If I go back I will be trying the french toast.

The food was good. Was served corn bread when we sat and while we waited to order/receive food. Forewarning, the wait on a weekend is ridiculous. If you’re not in a 2 group or less, be prepared to wait easily 45 minutes or more.

Super fantastic. The small cozy but hype restaurant, which breakfast is the main course. On arrival, at 10:20 A.M., We were seated immediately, even though, there were plenty of folks inside and outside, having a good ole time. Nothing but good conversation among the mass, which you can overhear mostly about how good the food is and which new dish they are going to try next on their return visit. Reasonable price's, all under $20. I myself had The French Toast with scramble eggs and sausage (added) $13 + $ (added). "It was Excellent", I said in a Mr.Burns impersonation, responding to a question to "how good is the food?". The Staff were a great service. Our waitress name is Madison Big tip. So was the quantity. Though I had been back in Texas again. I will also return for The Country Fried Steak at $17/F and Their famous Cinnamon Roll Bun. Until next time......

Stopped in around 11am on a Friday for brunch. We waited about 10 minutes for a table and loved it. It’s a cool little diner, coffee is brought around in a traditional pot, and the food is clearly made with love. Best part - it doesn’t break the bank to get a comfy meal. My biscuits and gravy were outstanding and my partner’s omelette was really good. Overall, highly recommend.

Cute clean great food and the biggest cinnamon roll I've ever seen got it to go. Hubby got brisket hash yum! I had two rags home fry's and the best Bacon ever!!!!!

My new breakfast place. Imagine … a gargantuan cinnamon roll, fresh + soft, slathered in a light fluffy cream cheese frosting and served on a warm plate alongside some strong coffee. I mean holy cow I’m still thinking about it and it wasn’t even mine—though I got to taste it a couple times :) I got the avocado toast and it came with a nice split pickled soft boiled egg. Young staff do a great job and the place has a busy brunchy energy. The menu looks creative +++ and calls me back to try other things …

Wow! Show up hungry!! Huge portions of superb food. If you're a breakfast lover this is your place. I had the chicken fried steak and was not disappointed! Bacon gravy, oh my god plus marionberry butter. I never even knew there was such a thing! Hash has now become my favorite breakfast place in all of the South sound. In all fairness, was not a big fan of the cinnamon roll which could easily feed a family of four lol. I think it's made with cake mix and not just a pure pastry. Even with the less than perfect cinnamon roll, I still give this place five stars. Excellent!!

Pretty cool brunch spot. Bottomless coffee, nice and hot, just how I like it. They serve a small complimentary corn bread with raspberry butter which is delicious. They had a potato tofu item for vegetarians which was pretty nicely done, the side toast was nice and buttery just like I asked it to be. They got everything spot on. The staff were courteous and made our visit pleasant and memorable. Highly recommend for a nice brunch after a morning of pickleball with your partner.

Yummmm! Can’t wait to go back. My husband and I both enjoyed our breakfast and service was excellent!! Everyone was so nice and greeted people with a smile. Our waiter Sam was so friendly and helpful! Wish I could have tried their giant cinnamon rolls, but I am gluten free and was happy they could accommodate my allergy for breakfast.
