First - super clean facility. Second - very friendly staff. The burgers are great. I love having jalapeños on my burgers. Their fries are the best. And they give you a large cup of fries then scoop more in the bag. My photo shows the fries from the bag on my plate. My wife had the cup of fries. One large fry will feed you, your spouse and two kids. And the best banana shake ever!!!

When will we learn? We spent $53.00 on 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 shakes and 1 fry at Five Guys. Then to top it off my burger that was ordered w grilled onions, mushrooms and bacon had tiny specs of shrooms and onions, and zero bacon. To the managers credit he is giving us free burgers in the future, but not sure we even want them. What a waste.

Been a while since we’ve had a decent cheeseburger besides the always reliable In-N-Out, so decided to give Five Guys a try. We were welcomed with a pleasant “Welcome In!” right off the bat, and ordered little cheeseburger, Reg cheeseburger, milk shake and a Med fries which came to almost $40. Oh and the salty peanuts were of course complimentary. I don’t mind paying $20 for an awesome cheeseburger, but a mediocre cheeseburger at $11.99 was a disappointment. I mean the 1 patty “little” was $8.99 and Med fries were almost $7??!! All in all besides the fried mushroom toppings with jalapeño and French fries, their “heavenly” cheeseburgers were mediocre at best. In-N-Out Double Double at less than half the price is so much better…even Whataburger classic was better. Bottom line, grossly overpriced for its quality and taste, but the staff and ambience bought 2 stars.

This is one of the best burger joints in town! They seem to have a small menu at first glance until you get to the list of topping choices... We had the cheeseburger (which apparently already has 2 patties unless you get the little cheeseburger) +1 patty with A-1 steak sauce, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. The flavor was great! Definitely reminded me of old fashioned diner food in the best possible way. It did end up being a HUGE burger, but that was our own fault for not looking at the menu in it's entirety before submitting our order. We also got 2 large fries, one Cajun style and one regular style. But they put extra fries in the bag which basically equalled out to another entire large sized fries. Lastly, we tried their shakes. They have options of many different flavor mix-ins with regular, light, or extra as the options for amount of flavor. I did a chocolate cherry malt and my fiancee did a regular chocolate shake. Unfortunately, I chose extra on the chocolate, regular malt, and light cherry which made the chocolate flavor take over, but it was still really good for a chocolate malt shake! It was a bit on the expensive side, but we honestly didn't realize just how much food we'd get when we ordered it! Definitely worth the price! We'll definitely be going back there soon!

I was only introduced to Five Guys about a year ago. I am allergic to peanuts and heard this place had peanuts all over the place. But, supposedly that policy changed to be a bit more controlled, thus becoming more welcoming to all hamburger lovers. I gotta say these burgers are in the top 10 list of my favorite burgers in my life, these are also #1 for fast food burgers, with the Whopper as the only other fast food burger in the competition. Five guys is all about customization, unique creations for the customer. Rumor is their fries are damn good too, but they are cooked in peanut oil, so I have not tried them. They also have shakes and fountain drinks. This location is quite clean and BUSY.

Good burgers and decent fries. Everything is fresh, got that classic burger joint feel with customized, made to order everything. The milkshake was rich and delicious, the burger smashed and fried to perfection, the fries... A little soggy... Love the Cajun seasoning. Next time will ask to fry em a little longer ☺️. Keep up the good work guys!

It's over priced really fries had so much season on them I didn't want to eat them. The cheeseburger was delicious so 4 stars for that it was best I've eaten in quite awhile! Food in a bag is different but we made it work

I loooove Five Guys! The food is always on point and a family favorite anytime we're in the area. I deducted a star only because of the interior and the bathrooms. Just not the cleanest, needs updating and it's quite obvious they don't get a lot of attention. Otherwise, love it!

This was a huge surprise for the three of us. As friends, we decided to try and find a really good place for a burger! We were all surprised to find “our spot” so quickly! A friend suggested we try it and boy was he right. I ordered the smallest bacon burger (1 patty) with cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, catsup, mayo, & sweet relish was perfect! I also ordered a small fries and a small root beer shake. Amazing food and I will be eating here again soon! I’ve never seen so many fries in a small order before, all 3 of us could have shared the same fries and been happy! The service was great as well, they took good care of us!

Five Guys The burgers are so good and the fries are absurdly delicious. The employees were great and they were having fun. The floors, countertops and basically everything there was clean. The Price though… REALLY!? Holy Smokes! 💴 💵 😮 for 🍔🍟 It’s way too expensive. Darn it! If you’ve got the dough for a burger and fries, then FIVE GUYS is the perfect place. The managers hired some very good people — The Five Guys Team working in sync and the Customer Service is fantastic. They really value their job, it’s kind of unbelievable. If the price was 50% lower, then they’d be packed every day.

Burgers were nicely grilled with sauté onions, mushrooms, jalapeño peppers, beacon, cheese. The lettuce rap burger looked delicious with all the trimmings. Yummy. Almost forgot the Cajun seasoned fries. Big greasy pan full.

The worst Five Guys location I've ever been to. She got my order wrong. And added all these toppings I never asked for. I got 2 "little burgers" and large fry. The patty was so thin and small. It was not worth the $9.99 they have it priced at. Will not come here again.

They have amazing cajun fries, and a veggie sandwich burger which is delicious, try it with cheese and it tastes even better. They also have unlimited free peanuts, which will keep you busy while they freshly prepare your order. The fries are obviously going to be oily, so this is a rare cheat meal I'd allow myself. Always a treat to go here.

Burgers are great. Fries are good but super salty. Soda dispenser was out of most sugar-free options. Nice atmosphere. We will be back.

Dirty tables and floor. Ice machine was empty and the other machine being worked on. I ordered a burger and received a burger with half the condiments and a hot dog with the other half of the condiments. When I explained I had only ordered the burger, the worker told me that I had indeed ordered the hot dog so they wouldn't fix my burger. I ended up tossing both, but apparently paid for burger and hotdog because the cashier made a mistake. But the fries were plenty, hot and tasty.

Food was not bad there was a lot of salt on the fries and a little greasier than I would like for the burgers. The service was good. But the bathrooms were dirty. And there was smushed food on the floors. And the surfaces were sticky. And it wasn't that busy there was maybe three people in there. This is my first time eating there and I don't know if I want to go back.

The burger and fries 🍔 were delicious 🤤. Was a little spendy for the fast food feeling. They give you a generous portion of the fries though.

Have not been to 5 Guys in about ten years. Im an In 'n' Out fanboy for life and nothing will top it. This was very tasty burger and I do like the ability to customize as you want. I just got a bacon cheese all the way. My only real dislike of the burger was the meat was almost too easy to chew, if that is a complaint? The Patty just fell apart. The fries were bomb! A bit over salted but that is how I like them.

Great food, and plenty of excellent fresh cut fries. The burgers taste so good, and they offer free in shell peanuts while they cook your burger to order, the kitchen free of walls so you can watch the whole process. This Five Guys features the fancy soda machines with tons of flavors as well. Clean and friendly team makes the whole experience come together into an awesome visit.

Always a nice clean facility with friendly servers. The burger and fries are the best fast food available in the area. Not cheap but you get quality and quantity when getting the meal. I've never waited long even if the line is long. Ask for Seasoned aka Cajun fries.

  • 5/5 Elizabeth E. 2 years ago on Google
We've never had an issue. Everything is always delicious. As a note for service during Covid: they "drop" the fries (into the oil to cook) and make the shakes when you call to tell them you have arrived so that your shake is solid and not melted and so that your fries don't grease a hole through the bag. If you have a problem with waiting for 5 minutes, just call them when you're about 5 minutes away and have them make the fries/shakes. It's really not complicated.

Needed a good burger so took a 40-minute drive to Five Guys. Ugh. Most tasteless burger and fries I've had. I would say the burger quality was good - fresh tomatoes and iceberg lettuce, but would it kill them to salt and pepper at least? Had the Cajun-flavored fries and found myself longing for some Red Robin shake-on spice. All I taste now is burger grease...should have save the gas and had a McD's.

The burgers are always juicy. They always give a good amount of fries and it's all delicious.. I ordered from doordash twice and the food was still hot when it got to me. They always get my toppings correct also so I appreciate that. 4 stars because I've never gone to actual location and I don't know how the customer service is.

This makes me sad because I used to really love 5 guys however the quality has just gone down. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger but there was hardly any bacon, in fact it was more like burnt bacon crisp crumbs sprinkled in. I remember they used to almost fill your bag with fresh hot fries too which I'll say was excessive but this time I ordered a medium and the medium cup was barely even filled and most of the fries were soggy mush by the time I ate them. The burger patty was fine but overall it was a meh meal and I don't feel like paying over $20 for one meh meal is worth it. Super disappointed.

Really don't get what all the hype is about. Burger was decent, but not decent enough to make it worth the price. 17 bucks for a burger and some fries, not worth it. Fries were soggy and not the best either. Can go down the street and get better for less.

  • 4/5 Rory M. 1 year ago on Google
Delicious burgers, but they need to be toasting them buns. Even if you open up your burger immediately that bottom bun be soggy as hell. Then you might as well just eat the greasy paper bag too.

But we were the front window was broken out and all board it up. Don't know what happened to it happened before we got there. The water was dripping right by the door so? When you're one in you're to run through it. The service was awesome and fast. It's like they're on The Times schedule trying to get stuff out to you quick and sometimes being quick the stuff comes. Out not right. The fries could have been cooked longer and gave him a little bit of flavor and texture instead they were more soggy. They were more concerned of making their time than they're making the food right. Very friendly staff but when you're paying almost ten dollars for the large price they could at least make him right.

Always my go to spot for a good burger. I get the bacon cheese burger with just about all the toppings. Regular size fry and drink. They are so good. The staff are always on point and friendly. The restaurant is always clean. And the free peanuts are back!

Great variety of choice on what you can put in your burger. The fries are delicious! Service is quick.

Worst Five Guy experience ever... This pile of a dozen or so under cooked fries were supposedly a regular (not small) order of extra crispy. Bacon was burnt, the lettuce wrapped bunless all the way burger for the wife had no lettuce, onions or 2 or 3 other ingredients that should come with all the way... Oh and they didn't offer and condiments for fries when placing order but then were told when picking up order we cant order them from him and would have to stand in the 15-20 min line again if we wanted ketchup or malt vinegar... This is for a dine-in order, we've now spent 30-40 mins getting between long lines and slow service... As slow as they were wife and I finished eating before the 3rd order after us was ready. Just horrible!!!

Great burgers, amazing hot dogs, the best fries, what more could you ever ask for except bigger milkshakes with more flavor. Havent yet at bad food or a bad experience through this location and continue to keep on loving it.

It has been sometime since we visited Five Guys so things may have changed. It seemed like a very confusing process to place an order. We had to complete a form to order which seemed a bit convoluted then had to stand in line for sometime to get our food which was very slow coming. No complaints with the quality of our food. It just seemed to be a slow and confusing process to order a hamburger.

2 words. Cajun Fries! They are SO good. Their burgers are really good as well, not greasy and just fresh! Stop by sometime and if you stay in, they have warm peanuts!

  • 4/5 Brent A. 1 year ago on Google
Typical Five Guys store, however after about 30 visits I can say that their milkshake is quality varies from normal Five Guys shake (great) to watery mess (nasty). On one occasion I even think I got 100% water mixed with chocolate syrup & peanut butter, topped with whip. Very nasty shock. Anyways, otherwise pretty good, just taste your milk shake before you leave the store!

Go to another location. I tiped 20% on bacon cheese burger and regular fries. They couldn't be bothered to overfill the fries it was a pathetic 3 extra fries for $6.29 been here once never again. Never been so disrespected over fries.
