    Okay I'm not sure who runs this location but nasty. There was plenty of people to clean up but instead they were rude. I know it was busy and they did a good job moving the people. The person making our bowel was rude and was slapping the ingredients in the bowl. I'm going to try Chipotle again but not at that dirty/rude location.

    First and last time ordering from here. Ordered on the app for pickup on my lunch break. Got back to work to eat and thought the bowl felt a little light for what I ordered. In my pictures you can see what I ordered and what I was given. I order a veggie bowl for the free guac and I wasn't even given that. It comes standard on the veggie bowls. My entire bowl missed the second half of the prep station completely. All I got was rice beans and veggies. So irritating. And wasn't given a remade bowl or a refund. The automated phone system was a joke and no response from the rating survey either.

    Definitely the most convenient place to grab a bite to go in the area. However when they get slammed things can go downhill quickly. Between order times, one person usually having to manage checkout and to go. You can end up waiting for way past your pickup time. But I put this more on HQs inability to give proper lead times. Not the workers or managers at this locations fault, as they all struggle with this problem.

    I understand that there is staff shortages right now but maybe if they hired some full time people or raised there start pay this place would be better. No matter what time of day we make an online order it is prepared anywhere from 20-30 minutes after the designated pickup time. The online ordering service should be allowed to tell customers that there’s going to be an extended wait rather than showing up at the store and waiting half an hour for their food to be made. As the entire line next to you gets their food before you. I understand that it’s not the biggest deal in the world, but I just wish that they would be able to let someone know that they need to wait an extra 40 minutes after they order their food and wait in the restaurant. We end up walking in five minutes before a pick up time, have a man or woman stand at the register or beside the pick up area, and yell at us to ask for our name because they can’t hear anything in the store. Then we get told that’s gonna be delayed, but not how long. Then we sit there forever and eventually get our food. Last time only half of our food was given to us, and I had to go back and ask for the rest of it. I’m not trying to be rude in anyway, and I totally understand the staff shortage especially with everything going on and Covid. But hopefully maybe someone will see this message and try to find some other ways to let people know that their order will be delayed by over a half an hour before they arrive to the restaurant thinking their food will be ready them. Also today by the time our food was ready to give us, they were out of something’s we had ordered at 6:40pm for pickup. We left at 7:20 with our order (incomplete). Again I am no way bashing on the staff that works there, but I do think that the company needs to consider hiring more people when and if they can, and also allowing the opportunity for the restaurant to notify customers so they don’t have to wait in the restaurant so long. Some people have disabilities where they can’t wait in a long line, or stand around in a restaurant with other people for those long periods of time. Good food though usually.

    I don’t know how to begin. The girl that was serving us acted like she didn’t care. On top of that the white rice and brown rice were plain no cilantro or lime at all. I was wondering if they had a recall on them because the guacamole and chips didn’t have the lime at all. It was plain and bland. They should of had a note sorry we are out or something but nothing. The lettuce had some brown in it. I mean if your chopping lettuce and notice some brown on it that means you need to discard of it not serve it. My husband and I came home to really bad stomachaches and probably got some food borne illness. I thought they cared about freshness and serving great quality to customers. I guess not at this location.

    I love chipotle, my husband is not the biggest fan of Mexican food, but he endures it for me because he knows I do like it. We decided to go there for lunch before we went to the movie inside the mall. I always get a bowl with rice, black beans, chicken corn salsa And shredded cheese. That’s my go to the best thing they have hands-down and I’ll die on that hill! He decided to go with a burrito he said “it was wonderful and we can totally come back here “my heart is overjoyed that my husband now loves chipotle like I do.

    This one is more accessible to my frequent travels between Portland and Seattle. Food is good and the service is amazing. People who work here are courteous and friendly.

    The greatest staff and management! Jorge is amazing, extremely hardworking and the kindest soul. I have a wonderful experience every time I come here and this is my favorite chipotle location. Food tastes so fresh, cleanliness is 10/10, and they are very generous- food is delicious :)

    I would discourage people from going to this establishment. Every single countertop, cooking surface, and pan that they were currently cooking food in was absolutely filthy. Employees were extremely unprofessional and yelling at each other. The rice in my burrito was undercooked and the burrito as a whole was not worth $10. After eating here my stomach is rolling and I'm just hoping that I don't get food poisoning.

    Why have a pick up shelf but put nothing on it? You have to ask for your food which takes a good 2 or 3 minutes before they recognize your presence. Don’t pay for double meat because well it ain’t. The one in Lacey is better

    Are at the chipotle at Capital Mall, took my wife and she got a bowl and a burrito. My wife chose steak for her bowl and it read tender and amazing! Bet fresh ingredients here as I think with all Chipotles. I got the Barbacoa and this combined with the tomatillo chili salsa, it was a nice spicy combination, great heat on the burrito. The Queso Blanco costs a little more but will worth it. Also got chips and guacamole, which was fresh and chips water tasty. We went to throw away the few left, and I was like nooo... I'm eating those. Staff here was friendly. I only marked it down for atmosphere because it's not really a good place to eat in, it was more in utensils, and not a room of room for seating but I wouldn't make it down overall for that - still 5-star experience!!

    Ordered food here and when it was delivered their was hardly any meat at all. The other chipotles give you a fair amount of meat but this one doesnt give you any. So avoid this place and eat somewhere else until they fire their incompetent greedy diversity hire of a store manager and actually hire someone who isnt looking to scam you.

    Delish! I got busy today and missed lunch, so around 2ish I was starving! I ordered a steak burrito through DoorDash before jumping on to my next meeting. After my meeting i had time to eat, and omg! It was the most amazing burrito I've had in FOREVER. Thank you to whomever made the steak this morning, the flavor was delicious, and a special thank you to whomever prepared the burrito for Valerie today. :-)

    I left a review about two months ago with the same exact observation I’ll share with you. The owner of this particular franchise reached out and had me send a comment to their corporate offices and as a token of good faith I pulled my online review with an expectation that the management of this particular restaurant might take some of the critiques onboard and address these following issues. The restaurant was dirty. Not one single table was clean. The floor had food particles and remnants of napkins and straw wrappers strewn about. I’ll be honest. I don’t fault the employees. They will only function as well as they are trained and supervised by their management team. So this is actually a direct reflection of that store manager’s lack of oversight. It’s nothing more beyond this. It follows the rule of caring. How can you expect your employees to care if you yourself don’t demonstrate it by your actions?

    This location was filthy. Came in at about 3pm on a Sunday. I was the only person there, but Isaw at least a half dozen employees. Every table was dirty, the dishes around the garbages were piled up, the floor was littered, and the bathroom was filthy. The burrito I ordered was soaking wet on the outside and fell apart. Barely ate what I ordered because the cleanliness was so poor. Saw a family clean their own table with napkins and soda fountain water as I was leaving. Service was friendly, but lack of attention to cleanliness informed my low rating.

    We showed up shortly before closing but we got excellent service and the food was typical Chipotle. My wife and I were able to share one bowl with an extra side of chips.

    While ordering we noticed the cook at the grill had no gloves on, no hair net and no beard cover. Isn’t this against your safety policies??? Also the seats in the back were all dirty with food.

    The food is terrible! The meat was chewy and wet like it had been soaked. Not only was it not fresh, they dumped toppings in my bowl excessively and turned it into slop. Don’t ask for hot sauce, they’ll poor a mile of it in your meal. My recommendation? Choose Taco Bell next time and save your money!!! Yuck!

    I wasn't too particular about the barbacoa tacos that I created. There is plenty more to try so I will return for sure. I really enjoyed the chips and cheese because they are zesty like tostitos hint of lime. The watermelon lemonade is also fire 🔥!!!

    I usually have the bowl with protein and everything that's low carb friendly. This was my first visit to this particular location. The hand sanitizer they have out smells amazing. The inside was well kept, but outside seating was a tad dirty. Customer service was mediocre and the food was very salty. I have never had my chicken bowl come out so salty and soggy. You might want to get extra lettuce when getting a bowl to eliminate a soggy bowl.

    Well, it's Chipotle a very Americanized take on "Mexican" food. But it works for a filling meal. The new queso (liquid cheese) with some spices is more about adding a salty spice rather than flavor, although they don't tell you it costs extra. It's there with other choice bin, but you don't know until you're charged by the cashier. Got a bag of chips typically a good value, but OMG so heavily salted. Given it was the late afternoon seemed the bins were long standing and dry. Perhaps going around peak meal hours would render more recently refilled bin choices. Again, its Chipotle, one goes there to get a particular style of food without expecting more than what is offered.

    Just to leave a bit of feedback, I found a couple small chunks of chicken in my vegetarian burrito, but I completely understand mistakes happen and it’s not the end of the world. Maybe make an effort to better isolate plant based protein from meat? This place has always been amazing with the service and 1 iffy time doesn’t ruin the many times they’ve succeeded, hence the 5 stars.

    Honestly I do need to start this with a positive note. Great customer service and friendly. Online pickups though so slow 🐌 unfortunately. I've give them 3 times to improve before making this review. Still will order. I really like Chipotle.

    Line out the door. To go orders stacked 10 deep behind the cashier and 10 people waiting for to go orders. Not one person trying to even sort out all the orders/people. They couldn't be bothered. Total disaster and a waste of time. Avoid.

    The service was good and staff was nice. I got a barbacoa need bowl with double meat which still wasn't really enough. The grilled peppers and onions weren't very fresh or hot and the guacamole was starting to get a little brown. Not the best but edible.
