Excellent.
I
am
often
wary
of
asian
food
spots
in
Olympia
that
have
too
much
variety
..
sushi
and
Chinese
food
for
example,
Thai
and
sushi
etc.
K
town
has
variety,
but
pulls
it
off
with
quality
too.
Their
katsu
sandwich
is
my
favorite
so
far.
It
had
a
little
bit
of
spicy
mayo
type
sauce
and
cabbage
in
there
with
the
breaded
chicken,
and
it
was
all
very
good.
I
ordered
it
with
a
side
of
jalapeno
macaroni
salad,
and
while
it
wasn't
spicy
at
all,
it
was
very
tasty.
I
like
spicy
food
so
this
was
a
bit
of
a
let
down,
bit
the
flavor
was
very
good.
Will
order
again.
I
saw
a
very
nice
beef
and
rice
bowl
come
out,
and
my
wife
ordered
a
very
good
udon.
The
broth
was
light
and
the
noodles
weren't
soggy.
I
want
to
come
back
and
try
more
items
off
the
menu,
like
their
Bulgogi
beef
bowl,
or
the
ramen
as
well.
All
in
all
a
great
spot
for
lunch,
would
love
to
see
what
they
could
do
in
a
brick
and
mortar,
as
the
place
was
spotless
clean
and
very
well
organized.
