So as far as fast food burgers go. This is not bad. The burger had fresh toppings and was very tasty. Now Wendy’s has THE BEST FRIES out of all the top fast food establishments. And tops them with sea salt. I hate McDonalds soft limp fries. And a burger and fries with out a drink here is under $10.

Pulled into parking lot this morning around 7:00 a.m.; which was empty except for an employee's car. Lights on in empty lobby. Lights lit up on menu board in empty drive thru line. Was relieved at first that no one on the other end greeted and asked if I was ready to order because I needed a little time to figure it out. Figured out what I was going to order after about three minutes or so. Still no one on speaker asking me for my order. I called out "Hello" a few times--still nothing. Thought possibly they may not be open until I saw the sign in the window listing their hours of operation which stated they opened at 6:30 a.m. Still no one. Call out "Hello" a few times--nothing. Park the car and enter the unlocked lobby door. The entire lobby was like a ghost town with the exception of about 10 full garbage bags parked in front of front counter. I hear voices coming from the back of the counter; I wait. Still no one, so I call put "Hello" a few times until a nice young man appears and walks toward the garbage bags to get ready to take them out. He politely informs me that the lobby was closed. I apologized and inform him all of the above; in which he replies, 'I'm sorry miss." I thank him and get back into my car and enter the drive thru for the second time. still no one at speaker box or drive up window. Pulled out of drive thru and headed to McDonald's; pulled in their parking lot and pulled back out and headed back to back to Wendy's. Parking lot still empty this entire time. After pulling into the parking lot, I saw the same nice young man that I had spoken with. Told him that I was going elsewhere to pick up breakfast. He once again apologized. Puzzled, he said, "I thought I heard them taking your order." I let him know that, "No, no one had taken my order." I pulled back up to the speaker and loudly shouted out, "HELLO" a few times. Hearing no greeting, acknowledgment; no nothing, I blare my horn. Still nothing. Pulled up to the drive up window and did the exact same thing I had at the speaker. Still nothing. All of the above occurred in a half an hours time. With no time left, I headed to Burger King and was very satisfied with the service I received. To do us all a favor, my suggestion to this particular Wendy's (Harrison Ave, West Olympia, Wa), is to: 1) Shut off ALL lights--both inside and out, 2) Lock/Chain ALL doors, 3) Board up ALL windows, and 4) SHUT her DOWN!

I’ve debated making a review for a while but I just have to do it, because it didn’t sit right with me. I went here about 3-4 weeks ago and when the girl took my order at the drive through box, it was obvious she had been crying. I got to the window and she was balling her eyes out, I asked her what’s wrong and she told me her feet her so bad, and she was literally limping all while her co workers in the back were singing and dancing and laughing. I felt terrible for her which is what ultimately made me write the review. I think it also reflects poorly on Wendy’s because if someone’s crying, take them off the window until they feel better or get them a chair?

Incredibly slow service all the time, typically takes 20+ minutes to receive your order. Also don't know the name of a particular Wendy's employee, he is white (early 20's) and is located at the drive up window. He is rude and has an attitude problem. This Wendy's location has to step up their service, and terminate employees that clearly don't want to work.

Did a mobile order for carry out, but lobby was closed (it was noon on a Sunday). Waited in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes. They struggled to find my carry out order but eventually found it. This was rough.

Management was not making themselves available. It took over 15 minutes to get my order. There was not hardly any one inside the dinning room. I ordered a taco salad. And a $5 biggie bag. It should not have taken my going up to see what was taking so long. The girl at the front was having to apologize for the service and how long it was taking. My taco salad had hardly any lettuce. It was more like a side salad in the container instead. I pretty much had a chili with a side salad. Not worth the trip

I've driven through and ordered many bacon cheeseburgers here. πŸ˜‚ It always tastes very fresh and newly made every time. It's the worst to have limpy tomato or lettuce on your burger! But at this location I've only ever got fresh tasting ingredients. Good job guys!

Guess my review got deleted? Well guess what. Covid made you lazy! I'm talking to YOU, franchise owner! I looked up all the corporate polices and I hope to God this 'Flexed restaurant operations' is the reason why your out of business. Or go in debt. This is no longer a restaurant. Will never return to this, or any wendys location.

I mean it's always something with THIS Wendy's. One day they close at 6pm, one day they don't open until 1pm, sometimes they will only take cash, they've had no soda, etc etc etc. Plus, their lobby isn't open (despite many others in the area being open), so when they inevitably mess up your order, you're back to waiting 15-20 minutes to have them fix it.

Does not seem to care about employees, criticized the girl at the window until she was crying before she could help me out. She's usually a high energy employee with great customer service and she didn't even say hi to me which is unusual and she was nearly in tears my guess is she was just good at hiding it. You go queen πŸ‘‘ you've got this!

The worst Wendy's I have ever seen. Service at this franchise as a whole has collapsed in the last 5 years, but this place is just HORRIBLE. I showed up in the drive thru line at 11:30 and didn't pull away until noon. They messed up my order (didn't give us sweet and sour sauce; double-charged for a large chili), and were overall just a chaotic mess (we switched person taking the order twice while at the menu). Multiple cars ditched the line as we waited. Whoever owns this place needs to get their house in order. Because this is pathetic.

The only thing about this Wendy's that I would change if I could is that they should turn it into one of those dual split driveway drive-thrus. Not the new kind like Wendy's but now the old in-and-out format where you start in one line and then it splits left and right and you go up either side... Like, they they need to have two windows running all the time here, it is very popular. Inside service is always pleasant.

Seems to be always understaffed, unsure as to why other than people just not wanting to work there. The foods quality is consistent and about what you'd expect from a fast food quality item. Either way their employees always seem exhausted probably due to overwork. I hope whoever owns this Wendy's works on quality of life for their workers.

Went here for dinner on a Friday after a long week of work, and received the most excellent and heart warming service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant, from my host Kristy. Being the tired clutz that I was I immediately dropped my fries after receiving my order and another employee immediately replaced them free of charge! Great service, consistently good food, and yet another positive experience that solidifies my belief that Wendy’s is the GOAT of fast food. P.S. The $6.75 biggie bag is a big W and probably the best bang for your buck if you are on a budget.

It always sucks, to wait over 10 minutes after you order to get your food to go, only to find your burger has ketchup and you ordered it with no ketchup.

WOULD BE ZERO STARS Just tried the Westside Wendy's for the first time in over a year, the lady operating the drive thru keeps interrupting us to "suggest" a discontinued menu item, we tried pointing it out, that we can't see their system, if it's not on the menu. She had the audacity to be trying to ask someone else to handle our "spicy attitude" WHILE WE COULD STILL HEAR HER THROUGH THE DRIVEWAY TELLER. We left without collecting any food, we will not deal with customer service personnel who cannot maintain a semblance of professionalism while doing the course of their duties.

Rarely go to Wendy's but wanted to try their chili and baked potato again. Chili was mediocre, very "tomato-based." Baked potato was hard and looked like it was baked a week ago. Also ordered a Junior cheeseburger and it was decent.

Service SUCKED!!!!!!! The gal at the front counter wore her headphones, and we had to keep repeating what our order was, also after I order my auntie had to order my grams food and she got completely ignored by the gal at the front counter. We got our food and was missing our drinks. Lacey service is better than this.

This is most likely the worst fast food establishment in the county. Whether the food is delivered or picked up personally there's always something wrong. I have waited recently for 30 to 40 minutes to be met at the speaker by an employee telling me they are closing because they are understaffed. Or receiving chicken sandwiches when we ordered hamburgers. I'm not sure if the proprietor lives in this country or not, because some of the things that are going on appear to be willful neglect. I welcome the proprietor to contact me via email.

Sugar cookies that will break your teeth! On their website and AT EVERY Wendy's except this one, they advertise and give you SOFT, fresh, sugar cookies. This Wendy's I have tried 7-8 different times now b/c the next closest location is 15min drive. They have rock hard, dry, sugar cookies every single time. I have been to 10+ Wendy's across the state, and every single location they have SOFT, FRESH, MOIST, sugar cookies. Why can't this location get it right? Why are they serving cookies that are 10 days old or backed until they are burnt?

Waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes to get a burger is lunacy. It's been this way for months and months. The lacey wendys doesn't have this problem, corporate needs to fix the tweekers running this place

Wish I could give lower than one. This is what I said while sitting in line... we have sat in line for 45 mins. There's about 5 ppl in there so issue with employee shortage. Horrible. This is my post getting our food review... 55 mins to get through the f'ing line. Unreal. Get to window and the lady opened the window and walked away. Larger lady who gave two hoots about us. We sat there for another 4 mins before anyone even said anything and it wasn't a greeting of hi it was a request for money. THEN we waited another five minutes (no joke) for our food. They forgot out drink, we asked for it, the we drove away and they gave us the wrong sandwich. It's not hard. Fix this store you guys. It's broken.

Wendy's has decent fast food. Like all fast food establishments they suffer from constant employee turnover. Be patient and don't take the service on those that work there. Wendy's is one of the only fast food restaurants that serve salads which we enjoy. 4 choices and they are fresh. Also pretty good chili.

Food was hot and on time. Staff was friendly and courteous. The only reason for 4 stars is atmosphere.....tables were dirty so had to hunt for a clean one. There was also a young lady playing some LOUD video game on her phone and communicating with her partner through the phone...I'm assuming because of the free wifi.

The food was really good. Only downside was that I waited a while before I could get my food, but that is like most places since the pandemic.

Went here because Arby's across the road was closed. The drive thru line was long but moved quickly and everything was spot on.

Okay, the wait is TERRIBLE...but BABY!!! The food is ON POINT! I'll wait an hour if the food is this good everytime. I moved here last August, and let me tell you...the Lacey location, the one on Sleater-Kinney, and the Puyallup location...ALL TRASH! Dry burger, zero flavor. The burger was sooo good here, SMDH. Full of flavor, juice running down my finger. Embrace the wait...its worth it!!!

I waited four hours for my food and they spit in it and the order was wrong. They delivered the burger in 17 pieces and the meat was rancid. Once my food was delivered they refused to refund me for the most disgusting burger I have ever seen. NEVER order food from here and never trust the quality. All of the stuff was rude and incompetent.

I understand when am establishment is very busy and they screw up your drive thru order . But when walk in to have it corrected and the employee rolls there eyes and doesn't even bother to apologize. What has happened to customer service and training of employees. It was an inconvenience for me to drive home and drive back the least someone can do is not act annoyed.

I am so disappointed at the experience I just had. My son and I had just finished swim lessons and swung through the drive thru for dinner. While we were waiting, the people Working the drive-through were being very inappropriate. I must’ve heard the F word at least five times while I was sitting there and they were all laughing and making inappropriate comments to each other. When they realized I heard they all laughed and commented on the fact I could hear them. I will NEVER go beck to this location. Much like a previous reviewer I tried calling the location so I can speak to a manager and it seemed as though their phones are turned off.
