Ordered through ubereats gots the frontaga chicken sandwich and salad you pick two. I asked them to hold the cheese which they did. The "sandwich" had so little filling the two bread pieces sat directly on top of each other. Got maybe a tablespoon of chicken, 1/8 teaspoon of dried basil, 2-3paper thin tomatoes and onion slices. Way over priced and under quality. They are either cutting corners on delivery orders or in general either way would encourage you to spend your money elsewhere there are tons of sandwich shops in the area and a lovely Cafe down the street if you want baked sweets.

Came here on a rainy Saturday for some comfort food. Ordered a Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. Never thought apple chips and pecans could taste so good in a salad! Food was made pretty fast and everything tasted great! I felt like the sandwich could have used more filling, it felt a little emptier than their online menu pictures show.

Overpriced sandwich that looked like my 6 year old made it. The avocado was unripe and therefore cut into three large pieces that immediately fell out of the sandwich as soon as I opened it. They don’t answer the phone here, I’m probably not going to make it through customer service before my lunch is up. Please do better.

Only had one person taking orders and had a line to the door. On one of the orders instead of pic two got full size of everything. It was late afternoon and it was packed. Orders slow coming out. Food was good and tasty

I love Panera Bread, but this location seems to be short-staffed. Service is super slow, and front people are constantly overwhelmed. I go there regularly, and the food is always good. I had to dumb my lattes three times because of hair, so they might want to do something about it.

I usually LOVE eating here!! I always get the avocado chipotle chicken sandwich, and I share it with my mother. For some reason, today when we got the sandwich the chicken was cold; not just a little bit cold, but like just pulled out of a fridge cold. Hopefully just it was just a fluke.🤞

The drive thru gal was very short and irritable because she was trying to take front counter orders too. Only ordered a couple things, luckily all was well with that.

If I could choose no stars this would be the place for it. Worst service possibly in the world. Ordered the new spicy chicken that has been advertised. Came out cold, no sauce, no pickles. Asked the manager to heat it up and he told me it’s supposed to be cold. lol definitely not. Then asked for the toppings that are supposed to be on it, had an attitude because I wanted what I ordered. Will never be back

Recommended for grabbing a quick meal. Tried their soup and sandwich combo. The soup was delicious and the sandwich tasted good too. But felt that the quantity and price ratio might not be good enough. Other than that, they have both indoor and outdoor seating accommodation and ample parking spaces. I got free chips with my order and it was amazing.

Either the store was understaffed, or the employees just don't care. There was no brewed coffee available. The bread slices for my sandwich were way too thick for the skimpy sandwich ingredients, I felt like I ate a bread sandwich. Tables were not bussed and cleaned in the dining room. We cleaned our own table before we sat down to eat. The atmosphere is somewhat noisy.

Person at drive-thru window at 3:11 p.m. on Sunday 2/11. Had a dismissive attitude... Barked, "at the window" when I tried to give my sip club number like I do at every other location.... Why is this location different?

Very, very disappointed. The Panera $1 soup advertised was not given even though we showed the cashier the Panera Ad. She said that the $1 soup was not for the Olympia store, HUMBUG! We ordered 3 meals and the soup was full price not $1. I am a brand new member and I am not a happy customer. I will tell my friends not to eat here again. I had never been to Panera until recently and had good service the first time. Ordered a sandwich online and picked it up in drive-thru. The sandwiches are good. I would say that when you go inside to eat or pick up food the experience is less enjoyable. The front register is fine and I like that there is often someone out on the floor to greet people as they come in. The problem seems to be in the back at the pick up counter. The last three times I waited there to pick up food the 3 or 4 young ladies at that counter are standing around loudly gossiping and seem annoyed when customers have to come up for food. It's off putting in what would otherwise be a generally good experience.

Food is generally good, though arguably overpriced. Quality control, however, is atrocious. Of six meals ordered yesterday, two(!) were filled incorrectly, despite the crayon swipe on the receipt indicating it was double-checked. This is not unusual for Panera. I was a regular patron of Panera for a couple of years before calling it quits, and it's always been this bad. Every time I give them another chance, they screw up again. It's remarkable, really. I would recommend avoiding Panera.

Decent chicken ceasar salad with apple and ice tea. Better fast food option than most places local to us. The cookie my coworker got was pretty delicious.

I do love this Panera Bread, and go for breakfast occasionally on my random trips. The food is good and nicely plated, and the service is good. The employees seem happy and well team based. I usually get the Margarita Pizza with sausage added, or the Turkey sandwich. They have a nice selection of teas,smoothies, coffee, and fountain drinks. I do feel some of the cookies served here could be marked down a bit, but theres a decent selection of cookies, pastries, breads, and other items.

Super bummed. I took my mom there for lunch and am not sure if we will rush back. The cashier was rude, and the majority of the tables were dirty (I had to clean off our table, as well as the table next to us for an elderly couple). I will say, the line staff looked overwhelmed yet wore a smile the whole time we were there.

Ordered on the app. Went by to pick it up. Chose this location for the drive through, even though it wasn't the closest location. Order was suppose to be ready by 1314 arrived at 1317. Chose to do drive-through because I am sick and did not want to go in or expose the restaurant. The order was not ready. I was told to park and go inside. Even McDonald's will bring an order that isn't ready out to your car. When you fall short of McDonald's customer service you really have to rethink your business model or your management team.

I’ve visited Panera a handful of times…mostly through the drive thru. Almost every time I have a good experience. This time I went inside to eat and the restaurant was gross..many dirty tables, food and trash on the floor. I felt like I should give them the benefit of the doubt because it was afternoon and they might have had a busy lunch. I checked my clock and it was closer to 4PM. Anyways..food was pretty good and the staff was fine. The place just looked awful inside.

I ordered delivery and received an empty coffee cup (no coffee) and a smoothie that was only 3/4 full. I have always had good experiences at Panera in the past and this was very disappointing!

The chicken sandwich was burnt, when ask they said "well there isnt any chicken down so expect it to be awhile" when ask for refund just for the sandwich the manager said "that aint burnt just crispy" then got a attitude about it, I am sorry but if I am going to pay $13.00 for a sandwich i perfer it not to be black. Sure didnt look like the photo. Wont come back unless management is more professional

Max and cheese sandwich is amazing. I’m just sad about the French onion soup. They put like five little shreds of cheese on it. Such a tease. Otherwise it was just broth and onions. Nothing like the pic on their site, or any other French onion soup I’ve ever had.

The soups are good. Also the desserts and baguettes. Bagels are delicious. Sandwiches are so so, watch for old lettuce in the salads. Stopped in yesterday 6-15-23. The women's bathroom was very dirty, including the toilet. Someone needs to check on the restrooms more often, like daily.

New to the area since July 21, sorry - late post! This Panera 99.9% of the time, is 10 stars!!! By far THE BEST Panera I've ever been to, and I've been going for 15+ years! One of the managers, Shelly is excellent! Very good customer service, she's always very accommodating and more than willing to fix anything that comes up. The drive thru, also, again, I'm not kidding when I say, 99.9% of the time, again, are the best!! Always so friendly, kind, genuine!! Overall quality and customer service. There's another manager who's also always nice!! Don't remember the name. Just overall - THIS Olympia Panera - Super friendly and fresh food and coffee. 🙂

Great food, I loved the white cheese steak sandwich! The service crew was very helpful getting the food to my table when they saw I only had one functioning hand, and the clean up crew was the same. Good job guys!

Not bad. Just will ask that a whole sandwich on bagel is made in 1 instead of 2 bagels. Also: recommended hard pass on untoasted pm bagel. Frozen dough no kettle I'm betting. There's nowhere to compare this fare to around here, so I guess it's better than nothing? Baguette for wifeys soup was really good, but those are probably turning out all day. Shortbread frosted seasonal cookie was nice.

I spent a pleasant couple of hours here a few weeks ago while waiting for my car repair to be finished. Food is good and counter staff very friendly. She even let me refill my tea in a new cup after I accidentally added coffee instead of hot water to my original cup. There were a number of regulars there, mostly seniors for whom it is obviously a place to socialize.
