Just to let everyone know this place is the hands down the best authentic Mexican food around the lacey Olympia area. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Thank you for the awesome service.

First time here. After tasting the salsa, I had high hopes. Asked the waiter, 'What's good here?' He suggested the Pork carnitas and it did not disappoint! Very good flavor, pork melts in your mouth. Atmosphere is very relaxing, cool decor. Definitely will be back!

Chefs singing outta tune, theme inside is wonderful, food is probably the best Latino in the PNW. Horchata is bomb too. Will come again.

I'm genuinely confused that this is what people think "authentic" Mexican food is like. The salsa was, quite literally, tomato soup with a fleck of cilantro and no pepper, onion, etc. The rice has no flavor or seasoning, no cumin or broth within miles. Why in the hell are there olives? Why is there a burrito on a plate? I am left with bone deep confusion that this of all places is where Olympia thinks you get good Mexican food. The service was good, and begging for proper hot sauce was the only thing that made this vaguely edible. I ended up not even finishing half, and turning it into fried rice at home. You know, with cumin and spices, not a bland La Croix haunting of flavor. Who thinks this is Mexican food? Is this a white people thing? Who hurt you?

Moved from Seattle earlier this year. — I am so glad to have found this gem. This restaurant is now officially called “our spot” for lunch or dinner with the fam. Food is so good, delicious, always fresh, authentic and always come in HUGE portions. Some of my favorite items on the menu are chicken/rancheros taquitos, street tacos w/ carne or shredded beef, super charitto nachos w/ steak. Sooooo bomb! The experience is always a good one and we always see the same folks who make the experience a fun one. We feel like fam now. Since the pandemic hit, they are good about staying safe and following COVID safety procedures, which gives people like me some peace of mind.

I'm confident to say this is the best Mexican food in Washington. I've been to multiple places in auburn, tacoma, Seattle, Centralia, olympia, this is BY FAR the best. The flavor and quality of the food is unbeatable. Beyond unbeatable. I'm updating my review because I went again recently and it just proved again that wow, this is truly the best. You get chips with salsa and beans before every meal and everything is beyond top notch. Do not sleep on this place. This is top quality mexican food

The best Mexican food I’ve had since living in south Texas! Generous portions, great service, fun atmosphere. Definitely will be back! This is my list for Mexican food in Olympia/Lacey.

Super disrespectful, wouldn’t hear us out. Argued with us. And treated us like trash. Dropped beans causing it to splatter on my best friend, my sister and our surroundings, and he didn’t care. We tried to have a wonderful experience for our first time being here. Turned out horrible. Do better.

Ordered the Caldo de Res, Tres Tacos and Camarones a la Crema and I’m hooked! This is gonna be my place to get that Caldo!! My husband and son loved their meals also! Will definitely keep coming back!

Disappointed.... heard very great things about this place, food was plain, the rice was hard.. ordered grilled jalapeños, nahh they served us some hard cold jalapeños... set up indoors is beautiful though. Maybe our food wasn't as great because we got there an hour before closing.... either way. No thank you

Great spot for great food and outstanding service. Fair warning the portions are large for what you pay, but we'll definitely be back!

Definitely not authentic. My husband and I ate here a while back, didn't care for it then, so I wanted to give it another try and it hasn't changed. It reminded me of the Mayan, They use the same shredded chicken for everything. I ordered the green enchiladas. Really salty and no salsa verde flavor. Very disappointed! The beans and rice were ok. The tortilla chips were also salty.

Thai food is amazing. So authentic and the best I have found in Western Washington. The chips, salsa and bean dip are absolutely the best ever. Most beans are plain but these are so flavorful. The salsa is as good as in Mexico.

Mayonnaise instead of sour cream???? Terrible service and bland food. Failed to bring us what we ordered, one of the dishes was listed as coming with a side of guacamole, sour cream, and pico de Gallo. Which was forgotten and is totally understandable, however we were the only patrons in the building at the time. when we asked for guac and pico the server walked back into the kitchen and brought out a small to-go box with guacamole, cheese, and mayonnaise? While boxing up the server also kept trying to take our tortillas while our hands were full. Very strange experience. Definitely won't be back
