    I had to ask for my change. The drink tasted like hose water, and the corn dig looked like it had a bite taken out of it. When I contacted sonic they offered me a free drink WITH purchase and only if I downloaded their app.

    I wish I could rate negative stars. We pull up to the drive through with 4 cars ahead of us and we’re told to hold. 10 minutes later after calling out, nothing but silence. We pull away after several cars behind us leave. We go ahead and pull into a stall and place a mobile order. 20 minutes later, still nothing. We hit the call button and wait 5 more minutes. Finally a young man answers telling us the stalls are closed and to go through the drive through. At the same time, Dante walks up with our two drinks. We mention the ordeal waiting at the drive through with. I response as well as the stall for 30 minutes. 7:10pm to 7:40pm. No apology from Dante, just a blank stare as he walks away. I understand places are short staffed, but having 2 or 3 teenage boys with no ability to communicate with customers reflects on the obvious poor management. Close and lock the doors if this is the best you can do.

    After a 45 min wait, and no one able to tell me there was a time estimate for when food would be ready, not even 15 min. We had no choice but to ask for a refund and leave. Communication is key. Be honest with your customers so they have the choice to go somewhere else instead of being forced to endure substandard service when it is unexpected. No one wanted to say anything leaving me to believe no one there on this particular evening had any customer service skills.

    I normally love the chicken 🐔 sandwich and fries here. NOT the case the other day. Fries were luke warm at beat, so crunchy they were gross! Same with the chicken, it was over cooked and dry!!

    Constantly mess up orders! Even after repeating MULTIPLE times. The simplest of orders too. Like a pretzel without salt. They mess it up 8 out of 10 times at this location. Ketchup and mayo only on a burger, but 3 out of 10 times I have to circle back around around because it’s all messed up. It’s really not difficult! Really about done trying with this location. It’s been going on for months.

    Every time I’ve come here, it is a 10+ minute wait. Today when I went, there was a money issue with the truck at the window, who should have been brought to a stall so they didn’t hold up the line, but you live and learn situation. When I got to the box they just said rudely, what can I get you. I chalked it up to being understaffed or overwhelmed. The problem I have, is the lack of the empathy the, mainly teen, employees have. A mother in front of me had an inconsolable baby, and a cranky toddler. She was understandable upset. When I got my food brought to me, I ask them what happened with the truck, and they mentioned the ladies visible frustration. (She didn’t yell, she raised her hands to the truck, not employees). I told the employee about the kid issue stated above, and in her exact words said “well she should fix her kids or sum” as a person who actively works 2 fast food jobs as a teen, I was absolutely appalled.

    I was the only person at the drive thru when I pulled up and ordered at BLT toaster combo with tots and a coke. It took the crew 15 minutes to get my order to me and after waiting that time my food was cold. So seems like associates working there were too busy socializing rather than taking care of their customers. I get that no one wants to work after being slow for good part of the day but the customers that do come in should feel valued and that definitely wasn’t the case today.

    I unfortunately forgot to take pictures, but here is why I gave it 5 stars. First of all the price for two was incredible!! we only spent $23.00 thinking we would be spending $35ish or so. We went through the park your car and order, we had our own menu board, we were able to take our time and figure out what we wanted to order, there was no pressure to rush, no one to make wait as we're deciding what to get and even better we did not have to move we were able to stay in that spot and enjoy our lunch. When we were ready to order we just had to pushed the button. This was our very first time eating at Sonic, was the food gourmet? no, but it was very good, good enough that I want to go back already. I wish I got the servers name as she was extremely polite and friendly. Next visit I am taking pics to give another good review. Thank you Sonic for the good food, and friendly service.

    Super GROSS!!! We got the 2 for 3 dollar chicken sliders, the 2 for 3 dollar double cheeseburgers and the 2 for 5 dollar grilled cheese burger. Grilled cheese wasn't even warm and cheese was not melted, so much mustard on the burgers had to wipe it off and the chicken slider buns were burnt. Needless to say a few of us threw up after eating there. The person that took the order was Very Rude, we would have been smart to just drive away and go somewhere else. So SAD and Disappointed in both the service and the "so called food ". Won't make that mistake again 😞 it just occurred to us that we were charged Double, it came to almost 23 dollars when it should have been about 11.50, we were so frustrated and didn't get a receipt otherwise we would have caught it right away. I will Definitely be calling the phone number provided. Wow! So I called and talked to a gal who answered the phone,( should have asked her to spell her name ), she "supposedly took down all of the information I provided, however, though we were charged almost Double, they have made No Attempt to rectify what happened on 3/7/2023. The girl that overcharged us could have went back and deleted the amount charged and Re-entered the correct amount and pocketed the money. Word of mouth is the Best form of advertisement. I can honestly say that we are making Sure as many people as possible know about that restaurant and to tell All of their family and friends as well. Not even an apology from them, just SAD! Wish we would have taken pictures of the food. SICKENING!! Very Unhappy with the "lack" of results of having called

    I went through the drive through and the “manager” was extremely rude with a huge attitude. They were sighing through the entire order and when my friend asked what drink it came with she said “oh my god.” when we asked her to not be rude she told us to leave.

    Honestly if I could give them a zero I would. Went to pick up a DoorDash order and waited over an hour for a singular ice cream, went up to the door, went to the stalls and went through the line, not a single person answered so finally we went up to the actual window and the employees were so incredibly rude and disrespectful. When we finally got the order the ice cream was literally soup in the cup and when we went to deliver the order, the ice cream was so melted and heavy that the cup collapsed in on itself and broke causing the ice cream to spill all over the persons driveway. If I ever receive an order for this place I will immediately decline it and save myself the time and money rather than be belittled and disrespected by a bunch of children working an adults job.

    Terrible experience. There was 1 other car in a pull in lane, a #2, a #10, and a kids burger took over 30 minutes to come out. They forgot the kids drink. Pushed the button again and nothing for 10 minutes. Went to drive through, car in front had to wait for over 5 minutes for service. Drove away and started eating, my burger literally had the top of a tomato in it with the stem, fries were barely warm and tough. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in very old oil. I feel like I wasted my money and time trying this place out.

    I don't know what that was but to call it food would be a far stretch. The meat was so dry it left a paste in my mouth, the pickle looked like it was dehydrated, the bun was hard enough to pass as a rock and there was no sauce at all. Even the hamburgers looked like they were yesterdays leftovers. The only palatable item was the peach slushy which is the only thing out of a $52 family lunch that I could enjoy. I am certain I will be suffering from food poisoning tomorrow.

    Edit: my boyfriend's sandwich had a hair on it! Disgusting! Do not go here! You can barely understand them on the speakers and they can barely understand you; we had to repeat our order 3 times. Get the speakers repaired or replaced, please. Not only that, but we were told to pull into the drive thru after waiting in a stall for 10 minutes. Never had to do that before, isn't parking and ordering in a stall one of the hallmarks of Sonic? The employee that took our order sounded sweet, so that's why this review is 2 stars instead of 1, and the food is okay. Not great, not bad, just okay. Overall, it took over 20 minutes to order and get our food. Probably will not return and I don't recommend that others do either. Very sad.

    I hate that Im required to give this place even one star. This place is a joke. Everytime I come here they find some way to completely ruin my meal. Last time I went here I order the pretzel twist and the mozzarella cheese sticks both of which specifically say on the menu that they come with sauces (cheese sauce and marinara) and I get all the way home and what do you know they forgot both sauces. If thats not annoying enough I decided to go there tonight and while ordering I specifically asked for both cheese sauce and marinara with my order and once again I get all the way home and neither are in the bag. I don't understand how they mess these things up. I can't imagine that these people wouldn't use sauce if it was their meal which leads me to believe they're just flat out dumb. Honestly, a trained monkey could do a better job than these half wits. And don't even get me started on the wait times. You'd think if it took them 20 minutes they would have enough time to get it right

    People are really nice but they are very slow to take your order as well as serve you your order. Service has gotten so bad that they literally had to hang up a sign saying “do not pull forward without ordering; we will be with you as soon as possible”. If you come here expect to wait 20 minutes.

    I always wait 20 minutes before anyone answers the speaker. Even when I'm the only one here. I even ordered online ahead of time to make it easier on me and the workers and its 40 minutes later and I still am just sitting here. UPDATE: I've been here for almost an hour now, they finally brought out an order for me and it wasn't mine. Still waiting.....

    A much better experience than the Lacey location. Fast, friendly, accurate. Full menu...gee Lacey...they have onion rings...you haven't for a year plus... You said you can't get them...this franchise seems to not only have them, but has friendly staff. Your rude shift leader should learn. Special recognition to the carhop Kaila. Above and beyond at her job. Beautiful smile, attitude, and just an awesome employee. Crew like that retains customers... Lacey?? Crickets...

    Usually love this place. Came over hungry at 11pm, seeing that they close at 1130 I figured it'd be OK (I know, I feel bad coming in near the last hour of people's shifts, but we were hungry for sonic). Got a "hey, sorry were closed. So... ya." Feels kinda dumb to list the hours as open till 1130 but closed at 11.

    I went through the drive thru and got a basic hamburger, fries & soda. The fries were excellent, extra crispy as I requested. The hamburger was good, not dry at all, bun was soft & toasted, it was a great hamburger considering it came from a fast food restaurant it sure didn't taste like one. Cashier was super sweet!!

    The drive thru rarely works, you sit at the ordering kiosk and no one answers you. 2 cars in front of me drove off after waiting like 15 minutes. I got lucky once it was my turn that after 5 min of waiting to order someone answered me to take my order. I then sat in line for another 20min (2 cars ahead of me) to get my food. I spent a total of at least 40min waiting in line at the drive thru to order and get my food. That’s unacceptable.

    Overall it was a decent experience. The staff were always friendly and mostly got what I ordered. There was only 1 time they gave me a different flavor blast than what I had ordered but it was still tasty so no complaints. When it comes to thier ice cream machine being broken for almost 2 months(and still counting I believe), It was one of the main reasons I went, so I felt I had to mark down a star for that.

    I would rate this place 0. We ordered, payed and sat here for over an hour.. They gave me the wrong drink and the burger was completely dry. No sauce for fries. After all their screw ups they were rude. No apologies. Never again will we go to any Sonic. The food was not edible after all that. I am sure that it was nuked. The lettuce was flat wilted and dark. The tots were cold. I want my money back but there isn't one person here that is smart enough to do that. I guess my dog isn't as picky. She ate everything but the lettuce. I hope she doesn't get sick. What a waste of money and my time. Do everyone a favor and go out of business.

    This location is a joke. Came up to order just a quick snack and did a mobile order, only to wait almost 45 minutes for a burger that was made wrong and two drinks. They completely forgot to make our poppers and totchos. Tried to push the button in the stall only to be cut off mid sentence. So my husband went up to go talk to them and they were completely rude up there as well. Even the manager. So, probably will never be back. Do better, olympia sonic.

    Friendly staff, with terrible food. May 2022 Let's start with the positives, every time I've been here the staff has been nice and pleasant to interact with. Other than that it's all downhill from there. I personally like Sonic's and have been to many locations in Washington State, Oklahoma, and Texas. Unfortunately, they can be very Hit or Miss depending on the location. At the moment this one is a miss. Skip it! My experience: Since I work nearby I've been to this location 3 times in the last 3 months. Every time the food has been very bad. There were a few problems with my experience today, 1 they were out of all ice cream related items, 2 they were advertising a new sandwich and side but didn't have any of the ingredients in stock, and 3 my Chicken Sandwich looked like it had been stomped on repeatedly, pretty much a soggy tasteless mess. The fries were warm and limp, at least they had taste though 😅. I will stress again that I enjoy Sonic, I've had many good meals at other locations. I really don't know what's wrong with this one. Supply chain issues? Bad management? I don't know. Since I work nearby I will probably still try it every few months, if there is a change in quality I will update this post. Until then I would definitely skip this location. 8/9/22 Ordered the Red Bull slush and a crispy chicken sandwich. The drink was good thankfully, not the most flavorful thing but definitely refreshing. The crispy chicken sandwich... was sad. The bun was almost burnt on the inside, and the whole sandwich itself was super squishy, no crispy in this sandwich 😢

    Over 30 minutes at the drive up, forgot a burger, forgot the ranch, one of the kids meals was fully loaded even though we asked for plain, part of my number 11 was missing. I was feeling horrible that I had to bug them to go back in and come back out. I asked for the rest of my order and they never came back out. While we were there eating 2 other people walked up and were trying to get their correct orders. I gave them 3 star just because they were being pretty great about the complaints that were flying in and two of them were pretty apologetic. But that was one of longest experiences with so many "wrongs" we have seen. Hopefully they will be better for the next people.

    Over 20 minutes sitting in drive-thru waiting for the 3 poor teens to get an order ready, do they not employ adults? You can't hear the employees over their mic set, and clearly they can't hear customers if we have to repeat order 5 times to get it correct on screen, and still forgot parts of order. Not the first mediocre visit, but definitely the last.

    I ordered a breakfast burrito, couldn't get a meal because there were no tots and then got told french toast couldn't be done because it's a "fryer item". Then I couldn't get my milkshake because they didn't have cheesecake apparently. So I got it without... They didn't even fill the cup there is an inch of nothing. So they are rude about it the whole time and my burrito is 1/4 of the size of the one I got here originally. The one I came for. They will waste your time, have an attitude and lie about what's unavailable.

    I did an online order. I only got 3/4 of it, one of the bacon cheeseburgers were just a plain hamburger. No cheese for the pretzels or any of the sauces ordered. I didn't get the onion rings even after I called and drove back to the restaurant to get it fixed! Said they didn't have any, and didn't get a replacement or a refund. Plus had to pay for the bacon cheeseburger AGAIN. The food was ok tho, for a fast food place.

    This is my favorite Sonic. The employees are so nice and they are truly caring. Great customer service. Wonderful employees. They talk with me a little to see how I’m doing. I appreciate that. They make everything in my order perfectly, I’m sad that I can’t really afford to eat out for the next two weeks, but I look forward to stopping by again for the best pretzel’s I’ve ever had and to see the most caring and positive employees. Thanks for everything you do to make my visit to excellent. 😊😊🥨
