This is a really nice boat launch with a good amount of parking for vehicles with trailers. It does have restroom, it's primitive, but it's better than nothing! It can get pretty packed on the weekends, especially during nice weather which creates long wait times to get boats in and out of the water, but you've got a gorgeous view while you wait! If going fishing, kyaking, etc., I would highly recommend checking water quality beforehand as Black Lake has had issues with toxic algae bloom periodically.

Nice little boat launch. Has 2 bathrooms that were pretty clean. I go here to paddle board often. About 10 parking spots for people with boat trailers, along with a gravel area above the bathrooms for parking. I'd say maybe another 10 vehicles could fit. Never to crowded.

The real nice small boat dock well laid out parking for boaters. 1 lanes for the 1 ramp. Public access fishing is a joke! You can barely call 60' of "beach/water access" a ligitimate fishing spot for all the "public". There is barely room for 3 people (at most) to fish from shore. Very sad. There is a vault toilet that was mostly clean. No hand sanitizer and no trash can available anywhere. After 90 minutes going around the lake looking everywhere for water access which is 99.9% private access through an RV park or back to someone's personal backyard home I couldn't find another available spot to fish other than this boat ramp area. Someone did tell me that on the other side of Black Lake opposite of boat ramp across from a small store there was a tiny little flimsy floating piece of dock that you could barely cast off because it moved so much and it was so small for like 2 people so it was dangerous and unsuitable for proper fishing. Also someone mention down from there was an RV park that had a tiny area of water access but you had to pay a big fee to fish.

Very basic. How's what you need to fish or kayak on Black Lake. No benches or seats just a simple toilet and ramp. Large spaces for parking and a dock to fish off of as well as a small waterfront area.

Really too many swimmers to fish, even boats had a hard time launching...

People are the friendliest. The best boat launches in the South Puget Sound.

Two ramps with a pier for short term tie up during launching and recovery. No swimming. This is a boat launch and fishing access.

No room to fish. Plus. The only catch there is. Was the lil dead one washed up on bank. All private.

Ramp is not steep enough to launch my boat with lower water levels. Also, many people break the speed and travel rules. Not a good lake if you have a small boat, such as mine.

Our day was filled with activities from boating and swimming to float riding. That was mostly for the kids. They loved getting flipped into the water while getting towed. There were about 3 other boats as well and everyone had fun.

beautiful trails, nice swimming area, multiple play grounds lots of grill/picnic areas. All around a good place to take the family.

The ramps are well maintained. On busy days, swimmers and people fishing cause it to become congested. The dock is located between the ramps and does not leave room for a boat to be moored and still have access to the ramp. Boaters will often tie their boats to the dock to retrieve or park their vehicle, causing both trailer and boat traffic to back up.

This is a great place to put in at, with the two boat ramps and small pebble beach. On nice days this place will have people parking anywhere they think they can fit. I had someone park behind me preventing from being able to back out of the parking spot I was in.

Awesome lake, just sucks they close down the boat launch for sports racing. The boaters need to be at a camp site, not taking up the space the locals use to launch boats. Would be a 5 star except they cater to a yearly compitition over their own local fishermen.

It can get a little crowded but having the dock REALLY helps

There's a decent amount of parking and two ramps that are in good shape.

Love fishing at Black Lake. The public boat lunch is great People fishing off the dock shouldn't be allowed. While most boaters have respect for others, just ask thatbwe all do.
