Great hotel, and the rooms and amenities are great and clean (just as pictured). The hot tub and pool are pleasant and salt water so no chlorine smell in the pool area. Great breakfast. Perfect hotel in the Olympia area and convenient to the freeway and getting to Mt Rainier. Only downside (and nothing against the hotel or that they can do) is there are homeless people and a camp surrounding the hotel. The parking lot was well lit and it was safe at the hotel.

Great place to stay with a group as we were there for a soccer tournament. 3 women shared a King bed with Queen sofabed.. SO MUCH better than the 2 queens. The room was so spacious! Pool and hot tub were clean and perfect. The breakfast was all we needed! The staff were most accommodating allowing us to use the breakfast lounge to congregate as a team. Safeway is across the street and plenty of restaurants near by.

Amazing dog friendly hotel! Perfect spot to stop if you are traveling with dogs. Absolute best complimentary chain-hotel breakfast I have ever had. The saltwater heated pool and 104 degree hot tub are awesome. The only thing the exercise room needed was a rowing machine. For the first time I can remember, I did not need to bring my own pillow into the hotel. There is a beautiful semi-fenced grassy field in the back of the property (maybe off-property) that is large enough to exercise a large or high-drive dog. I was able to throw the ball as far as I could for my large shepherd. It's actually bigger than a dog park I just visited in Seattle. The 24 hour coffee station also has a great selection of food available at the desk. There are a variety of restaurants and shops available within walking distance. Noise and illegal campers might be an issue on the freeway side of the building, but it never felt unsafe. The grounds are very clean for such an urban hotel. The best rooms for dogs are 101,103, 105, and 107. Use the rear entrance near room 101 and you will have easy access to your vehicle, room, and the grassy area. The same rooms on the second floor are also an option if you don't mind using the stairs. Wonderful experience overall.

Exquisite hotel in a very convenient location in Lacey. Overall quality is apparent at every corner. Rooms are well appointed. Really appreciate the number of available outlets in convenient locations for all the gear you need to charge. Fridge and microwave in room is nice. On the odd feature side, the windows are fixed and can't be opened... Also the bathroom door serves dual purpose for the closet and the bathroom. You cannot have privacy in the bathroom due to the gap. However it is not a huge negative. I appreciated the pull out table next to the bed so you can put your snacks or phone while in bed. The breakfast has good selection of standard items. Like eggs waffles fruits etc. Server Thess was super nice and courteous and made us feel like VIP. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town. Highly recommended.

This was our 4th time staying here. The only reason why I gave the rooms a 3 star and overall 4 star rating was because this time around our room didn't seem to be thoroughly cleaned. Anytime we stay at places we always do a walk through and bring our own Lysol wipes and spray to make sure everything is sanitized. Upon checking both bathrooms, since we had connecting rooms one of the toilets lids was down so I lifted it to find toilet paper inside and upon flushing it didn't flush properly. It was clogged. I reported it to the front desk and maintenance came and I asked if he could snake it. But he just used a plunger. And flushed it a few times, seemed to be resolved. Later that day upon using the toilet myself this time, it wouldn't flush again. Had to call maintenance again, they came and I suggested again to use a snake, which he did and he tested the flush and it was fixed for the duration of our stay. I don't like whenever I discover small oversights like this because it leads me to question whether other things have been skipped over, like have the sheets, bedding been completely changed, shower and tub actually scrubbed? Then more than a few times our key card wouldn't work to open the door. Most of the time we had both room keys so we were able to enter one of the rooms, but one time we only took one room key with us, and it wouldn't work so we had to ask for help and at first the main key the gal had didn't work either, but she was able to use her main key on the other room door and let us in. She called for help and it was quickly resolved for that day. But the next day, once again the same issue with the same door, only I didn't bother, we just made sure to keep both room keys with us when leaving so we could enter thru the other door. And the rooms had a slight sour odor, as if former guests with pets had stayed. It just had a slight wet dog odor. But I didn't say anything because in our prior stay I had the same issue with odor and they offered to do some sort of spray to deodorize the room but it would require us to be out of the room for a couple of hours so I just dealt with it this time around. It would be nice if they updated the sofa bed and replaced the chairs that go with the desks. The sofa bed isn't comfortable to sit on, it feels like you're leaning forward with very little bottom and back support. The green swivel chair has a lot of stains on it. The black swivel chair is not that comfortable. And it would be great if they would offer a stairmaster machine as well as an option for people with handicap physical disabilities like a nu step recumbent bike. Those are just suggestions I know this isn't the Hyatt Regency or another higher end hotel. The breakfast was okay. My only request is to offer the bacon and the potatoes daily. We didn't access the pool this time around but it looked well kept. The hotel itself indoors and outdoors are well kept. Cleaning was around the clock, I was up late and still saw workers around the halls while I was getting ice, they were wiping things down. They even sprayed outdoors where there were dog feces, when we left it was there on the concrete outside and when we returned it had been sprayed and washed away. Other than these few minor issues with the toilet clogged and the room key I'd still come back. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our entire stay. Plus I left my bag behind and I called and they said it was turned in so they held it for me so I went and picked it back up. Which is a very positive thing, because I left something at a different hotel chain before and when I called they claimed that nothing was found. So I was pleased that the staff was honest and turned it in. I would return and give another opportunity to hopefully see some improvements.

Very pleased with our experience, it may have converted us from other hotel brands to stay in Hampton from now on. Breakfast was a great part of the experience, lots of options and tasty. Kids had waffles with whipped cream and m&m topping! Happy kids make traveling much easier

No where to park, hunters from nearby use up their spaces. There is no shampoo in the bathroom. They check your ID even if you're a diamond member because they say theirs a lot of fraud in their area. Kinda offended they did that to me.

Hampton Inn is my choice to stay when traveling for work. This hotel has breakfast in the morning and endless options and it's different every day. 24 hour hour coffee station and a nice snack bar. The workout room was phenomenal and equipment with plenty of options. The pool was clean and inviting. The room was open and clean. The room came with a nice sized bathroom that had the shower and toilet separate from the sink and mirror. I loved my stay here.

The room was so big and nice. Cris in the dining room made us feel so welcome..the biscuits and gravy was delicious and was just what we have been looking for at the many Hampton Inn we have stayed. John, the desk clerk, was very friendly and welcoming.

We had to make an unexpected trip to Olympia from Denver and we were very pleased with our 5 day stay. The hotel is very clean and safe. Our room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. All staff was very friendly. We did not use the pool, gym or laundry room but they looked great.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Akasha from front fest was amazing, so kind and welcoming! The room 10/10 ! Breakfast 10/10 , pool 10/10 . I truly enjoyed my stay! It was the most peaceful and calm hotel. Again I just can’t get over our stay, wish we could’ve stayed here longer. Will definitely come back!

Great location and amazing breakfast! Reasonable prices, and they always have a room available. Great variety for breakfast, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, or these sliced spicy sausages are amazing, breakfast potatoes, waffles, orange juice, apple juice, fruit (bananas, apples, grapes) and coffee.

I am beyond livid. I am so deeply frustrated by the incompetency of the hotel management. I am currently staying at this hotel for one night. I called last Sunday and specifically asked if they had a jacuzzi. I needed desperately to be able to relax. Have two boys with me. I was told it was out of service, but was rest assured by the time I came it would be up and running. I was also told for my one night stay here it would cost $200. Which is pretty pathetic to say the least. When check in time came to be I asked about the jacuzzi and was told the pump just now went out. What?!!!! Are you serious!! I am so beyond angry! Then I was told that I could use the pool. What a joke. I wanted to relax in the jacuzzi while the kids played in the pool. Then was told for the inconvenience I would get a discount. My discount was lowered by $164. My total still ended up to be $200 because of extra charges/ taxes. Wow! Thanks for that military discount. I will never be coming to this establishment ever again.

Best Check in experience from the young lady working 08/20 in the evening. I believe her name is Akasha? She was efficient, professional and very kind. The hotel grounds are clean and look nice. (big deal considering that there is a homeless issue nearby). The lobby looks modern and clean. Good breakfast. The only reason for the reduction of stars is because as soon as we walked into our room, we were overtaken by the overwhelming smell of feet. It was strong! We figured out that it was coming from the dated carpets. Random but pretty gross. And a shame since everything else was great!

Breakfast was phenomenal. It was the best hotel breakfast I've seen pre- and post-COVID. They have a little waffle bar with plenty of options, cereal, and really good warm foods. Rooms are big, clean, and well taken care of. Likely my favorite hotel at this point.

Love Hilton brand hotels, they are generally my first choice for hotel stays. This place was very nice except for the bed. The Bed was freaking Horrible. I barely got any sleep. I advise bringing your own pillow as well.

Hampton Inns have proven to be reliable few-frills hotels for me, and Olympia-Lacey area is no exception. Comfy bed, clean room, and a low-friction experience was only hampered by its road positioning sometimes making getting out to get around town a bit of a pain. But hey, awesome bar nearby.

This is one of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The rooms are very well designed and planned - the sliding pocket doors are quiet, the bathroom vanity had nice features, the nightstand had a pullout setting space, etc. The rooms are also very spacious! The breakfast was great both mornings we ate there. Staff was very friendly. We were there during the week but still impressed by how quiet it was in our room. There is noise from other doors opening/closing just like any hotel, but doors didn't seem to slam shut as loudly as many hotel doors do. There were a variety of pillows on the bed and they were all comfortable. We had a great stay here!

This Inn is in a great location having a grocery store across the street and a few different places to grab a bite to eat. There is also a movie theater not that far down the street with many other stores around the area that are close as well. Being close to the freeway for easy access is nice and you don't have to worry about the noise either. Breakfast is until 10 and check out is noon! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a ac/heat that isn't a loud disturbing noise to keep you awake or having to turn the TV up to hear. The room we had had wheelchair accessories like a nice walk in shower with a seat attached to the wall and 2 shower heads, one detached and the other set. The price was great as well. There is a indoor pool and hot tub as well as a gym and other amenities on the grounds. No stairs are needed to climb either. All in all this is definitely one of the better hotels in olympia for price and location.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My kids loves the indoor, heated pool, my wife enjoyed the gym. The breakfast was good, too, especially the waffle station. Staff were very friendly. My only complaint - they gave us a room that they had given to someone else! I found out when a stranger unlocked the door and walked in ... he was as surprised as we were. After we figured out what happened, the front desk moved the other hotel guest to a new room. I'm surprised that their system allowed them to give two separate families keys to the same room ... you'd think there would be some sort of safety check to prevent this!

This was a first night stopover for us after flying into SeaTac. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms large and comfortable. There are several food options within walking distance. The location close to the I5 was perfect for us and there was no noticeable traffic noise in the room. The breakfast was very good, covered all the bases and was suitable for young and old and the healthy and less healthy :)

This is a great Hampton Inn. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nicely done. Housekeeping keeps the place very clean. When staying here, try to avoid rooms on the south side of the building as it's right next to I-5 if road noise bothers you. My only suggestion for an improvement for the hotel would be to add EV chargers.

Olympia has one of the better Hampton Inn locations I've stayed in. The building itself is clean and modern. They keep the grounds clean and well-manicured. Management is doing a very good job keeping trouble off the property. The room iself was mostly clean. The sink and bathtub were needing a good scrubbing. There was visible mold in the sink, hence the 4 star rating Breakfast was hot, ample, and had plenty of variety. It was mostly quieylt, save the off loud stereo on the street. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay again.

The Best place we steady in for mother daughter trip. The staff was the best very helpful and friendly. The food was great for breakfast . The shampoo they had in the showers made both of your hair very soft just don't remember the name or we would get it for home. Over all I would love to go back and stay with this hotel and Staff!

Omg I could go on forever about how pleased I was with this hotel! Staff was sweet and amazingly helpful, rooms were 10/10 (best sleep of my life and I usually can’t sleep well at hotels) and the breakfast was just wow! Waffles, eggs, yogurt and so much more. Delicious and the attendant was right there keeping it fresh hot and clean. I’d almost go again just to stay there, thats how comfortable I felt.

I've stayed here twice in Studio Suite rooms that are spacious and excellent for spreading out. The hotel is located on a busy strip in Lacey with plenty of dining options within a block or two and directly across from a Safeway Grocery Store. Check in was easy and used digital key, which was very useful. The room itself has a couch, large table, TV with DirecTV, micro fridge on a separate bar, and a very large bathroom with walk-in shower. Bed was very comfortable. The noise from the highway didn't bother me until the morning and then it did get noisy even with earplugs. Staff was very friendly and did enjoy the free breakfast spread. They had waffles (try the cinnamon), eggs, sausage, yogurt and various breads and pastries. Great hotel if you are in the Lacey/Oly area.

Love this place, front desk welcome, kindness, recognition, helpfulness of the front desk team is the best! May need more staff, as expectations to have responsibilities in two different physical places at one time, may be not practical, and should have help choosing from team members. They’re so coordinated and helpful w one another.
