Room 204 was infested with fleas. I should’ve known it was going to be a bad experience from the condition of the lobby and elevator. Dirty floors and the elevator face panel in the lobby looked like it hadn’t been wiped in weeks, maybe months. Once inside the elevator I was convinced no one cleaned or wiped anything down in forever. Finger gunk, prints and who knows what else was on the elevator button panel. The floors were sticky and thick with dirt. Just gross. But the flea issue was the icing on the cake. Took my shoes off in the room and next thing I know my white socks were covered. Ripped my socks off and then my feet and ankles were covered. I’m sure you heard me screaming if you were in the Olympia/Tumwater area that night.

The room was good & the staff friendly. We just thought with a kitchen there would be a oven under the stove, nope. So we at least had a freezer to store our pizzas we brought. Then there was a sports group staying down the hall from us that came in like a hurricane at 2:30 am playing loud music & being extremely loud. They didn't quiet down until 4am. I thought at one point a staff member would say something, but nope. My husband almost did, but they got quieter around that point.

I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The room was clean but very bare bones. No coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. I see the management reply to other comments about that saying you can get those items from the front desk but these are pretty basic amenities. Why not just keep them in the rooms? More important than that, though, was that I had a very frightening experience there. I woke up in the middle of the night to loud pounding noises. I opened my door to look down the hall and see if I could figure out where it was coming from, as I assumed it was maybe just some young people partying. Instead, I saw a man come out of the stairwell and when he saw me he immediately turned and ran back into it. I quickly locked my door and contacted the front desk. The clerk was very kind and helpful but there wasn't much she could do. She said she called the non-emergency line and was told that if neither of us were directly threatened, there was nothing they could do. I felt genuinely unsafe it took me a long time to get back to sleep, which was not great as I was staying there because I had a job interview in the morning. Based on that experience, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel, regardless of its convenience to where I needed to be the next morning.

Christina at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She helped me several times a day with various things that I needed help with! She is amazing and if I decided to stay here again, it's because of her! She's kind and friendly and easy to talk to! Thank you Christina!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. My partner and I needed a place to stay for 5 nights. The moment I parked there was someone hanging out in their car playing loud music. A man was outside with a pipe smoking. As I walked in a women walked outside with only her socks on and a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. As I walked the halls I could hear rooms with a lot of people in them. My particular room- the kitchen was clean but the carpet had stains all over. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. We immediately left. The desk women was kind and gave us a full refund. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is a rough hotel due in part to being pet friendly - there is significant wear & tear, and noise. But the staff are friendly and helpful. Services in the immediate vicinity are limited to a gas station and fast food restaurant. While located near a freeway intersection, access is via a relatively small driveway - be careful. While the kitchenettes are great for longer stays, you must pickup dishes from the staff.

This is the cheapest hotel in the city of Olympia. I paid $435 for 7 nights. I see this listed at prices of $70 to even close to $100. At this price I believe it's perfectly reasonable to be upset. For the price I paid I am satisfied. It definitely trends towards people living there long term. There are many reasons why this could be the case. If you are a judgmental person who can't mind your own business you will find it uncomfortable. But for the duration of the stay my room and vehicle were undisturbed, everyone hanging around the parking lots vaping/smoking kept to themselves, and the noise was a completely tolerable level. Things like lack of housekeeping that others will be bothered by I appreciated. I was working nights and in the room during the day and usually hate having to turn away housekeepers. If you keep the do not disturb sign up for 7 days they get suspicious, but here that was not a problem. The staff, like the people I saw around, did not bother anyone. There is some level of gambling here. If you get placed in a bad room you may have a bad time. But the staff was nice enough and seemed like they would be willing to move you if necessary. Beyond moving rooms I would not expect anything, and for me that was fine. If you need medium term accommodations I think many people will be happy here given the price. I would suggest bringing things like a heavier blanket, your own kitchen supplies, etc. Also as every other review points out bring your own breakfast stuff.

We had an easy time checking in and checking out. Since we did a road trip it was very convenient there was laundry at the hotel (multiple washers and dryers). The room was pretty large, the bed & pillows were not that comfortable. Great location near the highway and I couldn’t hear the traffic, nice stay over all.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was a fan in our room that was quite loud. That ran continuously and could not be turned off. The elevator had stainless steel panels inside and appeared to have not been washed in a long time.

The room was nice & clean. My only complaint about the room is that the beds are very uncomfortable and they don't offer cots or extra bedding if you don't want to share. Also we were only given 1 towel for 3 guests and when we requested more they claimed to be out! Kinda crazy. Also the "continental breakfast " consists of tiny packaged muffins and black coffee. Other than that everything else was fine.

The room and bathroom were clean, bed not too comfortable. Adequate for the price and convenient location close to the highway. Staff were friendly and the person who checked us in went out of his way to accommodate us. I would stay there in a pinch but it wouldn't be my first choice. The lobby, elevator and hallways were very shabby. Sure doesn't make for a good first impression.

The rooms are wonderful for the price they offer. Very comfortable space with good staff, could live here if you wanted to, and im debating it. All rooms come with a kitchen with a stove so you can make heart-warming meals.

During my stay immediately once checking into the room I noticed it had a slight smell I’m guessing my room was probably a pet room. Also during my stay I had to leave early to return home so I spoke with the front desk and they told me I would receive a refund for the days I wasn’t there. But I was actually charged more instead and owed more apparently for leaving early. I will never return to this hotel whenever I have to go back up to Washington.

Kitchenette includes microwave, stove top range (no oven), fridge. Must request plates/bowls/cooking utensils/silverware/cleaning supplies from front desk. Rooms were quiet, front desk staff friendly. Conveniently right off Highway, close to some shopping and grocery store nearby but no highway noise in room. Our room was very clean.

Upon check-in very accommodating, friendly and helpful. When checking-out very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed see the housekeeper; happy she enjoys what she does in my stay being pleasant, also:)

This is not a quality establishment. When I made our reservation i was told check in was 3 p.m. When we arrived at 7:30 p.m. our room was not ready. We would have had to wait for hours had we arrived when they told us to. While we were waiting for the room to be ready, tweaked were trying to convince the front desk attendant that they had a room they didn’t have and were threatening to call “the sheriffs.” The elevator is sketchy and smells like someone has used it as a bathroom. The door opens and closes so slowly you begin to wonder if it’s going to leave you stuck. The room was a room. There is a kitchenette but it has nothing in it. No plates, silverware, cups, pans, etc. It was moderately clean but the carpet had several holes in it. There was a tiny tv and a decently comfortable reclining chair. But you really had to fight with the chair to convince it to recline. Finally…the staff. The front desk attendant was nice enough despite the harassment she was getting from the tweakers. I went to move my car so I could see it from my room. When I got behind the building the employees were in the back screaming about their 10 hour shift saying they wanted double time pay, a pizza party and for management to “buy us some weed.” It really erased any confidence I had in this place.

Had an ok experience. The "locals" in the parking lot could be a shifty. But it's Olympia. Let's face it, they are everywhere. The room was clean and good-sized. Very small TV with next to no sound could definitely use an upgrade. The lights were unplugged, which seemed weird. And the woman wandering the hall extremely high was off-putting. It's a bit spendy for what it is but again Olympia so EVERYTHING is expensive. I'd stay again, but honestly, only in a pinch.

Front desk was helpful. Experience with maid and manager was not enjoyable, not very good customer service skills. There is no ice maker there. I reserved and paid for a king size bed but slept in a queen. It was their mistake and would not compensate anything at all to make up for giving me a queen when I paid for a king.

They say it's cheaper the longer you stay, well what do they consider cheaper is different than mine. I'm on disability and can't afford a lot to pay for rent I think that $1.2.00 a month is too high for what you don't get . They treat you like your nothing but a bother and they constantly pick at you

This stay was good for the price and convenience of location. The beds were hard and the pillows were thin, but the kitchenette was a trade. However good for the price, upon our return to our home both my son and I were covered in itchy bumps. After visiting our doctor we learned we had bed bug bites. For sure disappointed, I’ve not had issues with the Extended Stay before.

Melissa’s customer service is truly the best. I appreciate the help of Cara and Tara as well. Melissa is constantly helping me and others with a smile. These 3 ladies always so helpful and very infomative. The room was fairly clean, although, I’m a very clean person. I always try to keep my own room clean so that the housekeeper, doesn’t have to do much but the bare minimum. She’s only had to do a quick bathroom and vent clean once. They always have change for laundry if I need. Great place to stay.

This is a pretty nice hotel. I live in the area so I have only visited. While there visiting , I noted the very clean rooms , as well as the night staff to be super wonderful. Fact is I was walking by just last night ,and noting how cold it is was offered a hot cup of hot chocolate. It was so good . When staff go that extra mile. It makes for a great place to stay. I recommend this hotel.

I loved that there was a kitchenette available to use, but the mattress wasn't all that great. It was also in a great spot for my trip itinerary! I will definitely stay here again

My family is grateful for the space of the room, the complementary kitchenwares that you can ask for from the front desk (and wonderfully complimentary), the cleanliness of the property and room, and the kitchen (there are burners but no stove). If you're expecting to stay for awhile, there's also ample closet space, cabinets, and shelf space.

This place was just depressing. It's affordable but it's more like a motel than hotel. The bed was comfy and everything was mostly clean. Carpets not so much. They do allow dogs of all kinds so that's a plus for most. Do not stay here if you are looking for even a little luxury. Front desk staff very friendly. Next time I will stay on my friends couch.

Great location, wonderful staff, comfortable room, nice little kitchenette, large fridge with freezer and microwave, desk to work at, AC included and our pet could stay!

Limited housekeeping, it's just an ok hotel. If your on a budget then this is the hotel for you. Could have a better breakfast selection Tho. Protein bars and a muffin just isn't enough.

Old gentleman behind the front desk was not friendly or understanding. Informed me of the strict no smoking policy as there were multiple people smoking right in front of him. Room was pretty clean, but had a bug in it. Say hi to betty the bug in rm 304

Melisa is the sweetest 💗 one out of all the staff here. She really goes out of her way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed! Weve been here over 2 weeks now and Extended Stay hasn't bothered us not one bit. You basically take all your needs to the desk and they handle anything and everything. Rooms were clean tidy and well put together. The only downfall is no ice machine. That's a great big huge negative in my eyes. Sincerely, Scott Jones & Carrie Mars

5 out of 2 stars. The corporate overlords are the worst, but the staff on site are some of the best people you'll never get to know. The rooms are clean and appliances work... But otherwise not a lot of amenities.

Have stayed here twice and enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly but they pretty much leave you alone the whole time. They forgot to put out coffee in the morning (or moved it somewhere I couldn't see lol) so that was a bit frustrating but this place is nice. The hallway always smells like Indian food which doesn't really bother me. Overall 5 stars because it's clean, comfortable and quiet and the elevator is fast!

I would rate this place less than one if I could. The elevator has been out since before December I had to hike the stairs we were doing laundry at least 20 times. There was laundry left in a couple of the machines so we had to keep going back and forth up and down all night. The late night front desk help was really friendly and helpful that's the only thing this place has going for it. We showed up and got the room but the time we got there we couldn't get a refund they did not tell us the elevator was out until they rented us our room on the third floor. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have stayed at the hotel for almost 2 months now. I am very pleased with my stay and the accommodations. There are several dryers and washers and Staff have always helped me when I had questions or needed something. I have always been treated me kindly in our interactions. I don't know all their names but Melissa(Manager) is always extremely helpful and kind not only to me I have seen here treat others the same way.. The gal that I make weekly payments to every Sunday morning is also very patient and kind. The most impressive thing I have noticed is how the entire staff team treats each other with respect and works well as a Team.. It is not often we see that in today's society..Keep up the good work and thank you for your kindness!!
