He got right on to the issue and fixed it. Another HVAC company came over and told me they cannot touch my unit because they cannot warranty it. They wanted me to fix the unit for $700 and without re-doing duck, they would not touch neither. They did not want to void their warranty because of two duck that had already dropped. That company also quoted $5k for metal duck system. Use KatieFaye of Arkansas, great guy and he knows is stuff. He refuse to leave me in the cold. Thanks, Esh

This company is the best hands down. Not only do they do electrical work they also do heating and air and much more. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very courteous. They also came right out when I called not to mention it was the weekend .Keep up the great job Ross Services of Arkansas

They arrived on time and were very very courteous not to mention they were able to fix the problem PDQ!! I was surprised that the bill wasn't near what I was thinking it was going to be and that speaks for it's self. All in all, honest and dependable service at a fair price. What more could you ask for. We set an appointment for 9am waited over 2 hours with no response from them saying they’d be late or something came up. Would not recommend. And not very professional.
