My favorite coffee shop EVER. My go-to drink is the Chilly Goat Mocha and it is fabulous. Their variety of sandwiches and pastries are creative and delicious. Their new location is adorable 😍

We had a very positive experience in this beloved coffee shop (so sorry they are moving!) The barrista was helpful and patient, each of our espresso drinks were excellently prepared, and the light, wood/period feel of the shop really completed the experience.

A really good coffee shop in Olympia. Stopped by and grabbed a Macchiato and Latte. The coffee was good and also loved their banana bread. It was perfectly sweet for me. Service was great too. They have huge space for folks to come in and sit. I will be back for more when I visit you next.

Loved the staff and the local regulars. Great pastries. Had a Blueberry and Apple Danish with a 20 oz, Mocha Caramel, on the sweet side with whip cream. Relaxing atmosphere and easing going regulars. Rogue (Blondie), and M, took care of me in a jiffy. Took only 6 minutes. Major brownie points, since there had been about 9 people inside and 3 waiting for drinks, but not for long. Popping drinks out one after the other. Fast and done right with a huge smile, all the time. This is why I am always returning. Until next time......

Cute place. I think maybe it's been updated since the photos were taken because it looks pretty different inside. The coffee was good, nothing terribly special but good none the less. Had a morning bun which was fine, maybe a little stale. Nice place to get a coffee if you're going to walk the loop around the capital lake.

Everytime is a great expiriance. The coffee is amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about this gem of a shop/roastery. Every few weeks we pass through Olympia we stop here. Buy a pound of whole bean, and a breve. You have to expiriance coffee bliss !!

I have been coming to downtown Olympia for Dancing Goats coffee since I was a child in the 90’s. Their new location is on the corner of Legion and Capital Way. This new location is bright with great window facing the park. Bathrooms are also very accessible. Em, Lauren and Trinity are some of my favorite employees who meet every customer with kindness and big smiles. It is hard to have any successful small business today and I am grateful Dancing Goats has worked so hard to keep a presence in downtown Olympia:)

I really appreciate people who treat my daughter well. They were so kind. They didn't judge me when I said she wanted whip cream on her oat milk hot cocoa.... and then.... and THEN they put colorful sprinkles on it and wiped the rim of the cup for presentation. It may not seem like a big deal, but my daughter lit up. She loved that hot cocoa. They had beyond (vegan) breakfast burritos and vegan breakfast sandwiches. They warm them up for you. Tap to pay.

Thank you so much. Because I like confessing that I'm not a "Hearded Sheep;" and, I'd rather be a, "Dancing Goat....." I hope "We All Make It....." 🌍 Thank you for charging outlets.

EXCELLENT quality and fantastic staff! Told us about the story of the dancing goats and was able to enjoy a wonderful conversation. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Would recommend anyone to visit if they're in need of a warm cup of coffee!

Great, customer loving staff. Lovely ambience. Being my first time there, and a cappuccino lover, I went by their suggestion to have a cortado and loved it. I so wanted to buy their mugs or a t-shirt from their marketplace, maybe next time. Would highly recommended this place.

They used to have quality, long-time employees but I just left with my 8 oz white chocolate mocha that had ROOM at the top still so wow, more like 7 oz and it was super hot so not a professional temp. I won’t return to this location which is fine by me. Downtown Oly is less than desirable to say the least.

Love this place, have been getting my coffee here for years and I think it's amazing, thus the five stars. My ONLY issue is with the To-Go coffee cups/lids you guys use. They are AWFUL. It never fails to spill over my hand, lap or cup holder in my car because it won't seal correctly. 🙃

Delicious drip coffee, ready to serve rather than the popular pour over coffees which take extra time and are generally weak and tasteless. Friendly customer service. $7 and change for a 8 oz latte and 8 oz drip coffee seems a little steep, but that's WA coffee I guess.

If you want delicious coffee this is the place to go! Love their concept, name, color scheme, and merchandise. Bought a few mugs as well. Have come multiple times, and of course couldn't go home without a few bags of their beans!

Cool place even put a squirrel on top of my mocha!! Amazing artistry. Even if it was by accident… lol

The folks at Dancing Goats were the first people to learn my name when I moved to Olympia, and I've gone back nearly daily ever since. While the new location is much smaller, there are more opportunities for individual seating, and the light and view out into the park are very nice. Great coffee, great treats, great people!

Absolutely perfect oatmilk latte. Their breakfast sammies are delicious too. Staff is super friendly and this spot has a great atmosphere. Will be back if we stop back in Olympia!

The new location is depressing and uncomfortable. Service was friendly and coffee was still good, but I wouldn't go out of my way to ever go back here in it's new spot.

Favorite coffee of all time. You can order their beans online too.

This is a very nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee. It's very spacious with some nice window seating. The big downside of the place, upon repeat visits, is the limited seating. This is a problem made by the COVID era, but sometimes you just won't have a single spot in such a big space. There isn't much seating right now to begin with, and what could be there tends to wait a little too long to be sanitized and reopened during busy hours.

Glad to see this location is a coffee shop again! The shop is nice and wasn’t too busy. The prices were very reasonable. However, they didn’t have any decaf iced tea which was a bummer (would have taken 5-7 minutes to make decaf iced tea from the decaf tea bags they had). Got a decaf iced coffee with heavy whipping cream instead and wasn’t very impressed. The coffee was sour of bitter/sour. My son had an iced chai tea latte that was pretty good… not too sweet and lots of flavor. Had almond milk options!

Best coffee experience we found in Olympia while my partner and I were visiting! As baristas we enjoy finding the good coffee spots. This one is well worth it! Great atmosphere, service, snacks and amazing coffee. Would definitely recommend this place over the handful that we tried in the city!

Olympia has some excellent coffee roasters, and this is one of them. The coffee is excellent and three varieties are offered daily (light, medium, dark). Their decaf is exceptional. The pastries are from a local bakery and also excellent. Their beans are also great and fresh. The baristas are very knowledgeable and friendly. The only disappointment is the new space, where seating is limited and cramped. Their old place was a good place to meet people and hang out briefly. This new space doesn’t accommodate much social interaction. (They were in a similarly cramped space 20 years ago, so I guess this is full circle?)
