Excellent coffee prepared by some of the best baristas in Olympia. The other reason I love it is the simplicity. No crazy flavors, foo foo drinks, sandwiches, etc. Just coffee and coffee with milk. It's a primo coffee joint in the area. Always a friendly atmosphere and quick service. This is the place for coffee in Olympia.

Good coffee, good atmosphere. No wifi, no plugs, and limited seating for anyone who was looking to bring a laptop or charge their phone, fyi. Lots of nice hand made art for sale, and cute ceramic mushrooms.

If you LOVE coffee, then you NEED to stop here. If you have read any of my other coffee reviews, you know how much a love a good coffee shop. This place was recommended to me by one of our family doctors, and I will continue to stop in whenever I am in town.

Absolutely loved this place and their coffee. This is very very simple bar - just espresso and espresso with milk, nothing more. There are a couple of small table to sit by, but bring your sides with you. Nonetheless - they made perfect 6oz cappuccino. And bonus for kids - hot chocolate that’s not too hot and not too cold. I’ll be coming back next time I’m in Olympia.

I have been getting coffees, lattes mocha’s, and absolutely incredible customer service from this coffee spot for nearly a decade. Now days their is a coffee shop every block. I can tell you with absolute certainty this coffee is the best in this county. What makes me a coffee critic? I have had coffee in Italy, Egypt, Germany, Australia and Greece. I didn’t get to see Francis and was a bit bummed since last time I saw him was in ‘81 just after completing boot camp. Nonetheless exceptional espresso and asked them to give Francis “Psycho” Soyer my regards. Until next time John Winger signing off.

I have yet to have a bad drink, Heather and Michael are amazing baristas. I walked in and said a friend had recommended the place, and asked them to make me something with alt milk. Michael made me a CBC, their Coconut Brown Sugar Cappuccino, with coconut oil and a brown sugar base rich with molasses. It was so good I legitimately teared up. The art they showcase is always compelling too. Matcha latte great as well. Best coffee in Oly.

Our first visit from Las Vegas, NV. We thought we 'd try a new coffee shop. We come to Olympia often to visit our grandson and daughter. We like to try different coffee shops when we visit. Hot Cafe Latte & Americano are strong and delicious so I gave it a 5 star for the coffee only. However, the owner, is not too friendly (I say a 3 star). Tried to make a friendly conversation but I could tell he didn't care much for that. This is a very small coffee shop so no dine-in area.
