This coffee shop was special. Their own in-house roasted coffees were delicious, the service was exceptionally helpful, the environment was unique and my experience was very positive. I will become a regular. Great job, Cutters Point Coffee!

Lovely cafe with excellent service. I came on a Saturday morning that was particularly busy, and only one person was working, but I was impressed with how efficient the service was, even though she was working the window and the counter by herself. She was so happy and cheerful, very welcoming and brightened my day. The atmosphere of this location is really great, too, especially for getting some work done (plenty of outlets) or meeting a friend for a chat or to catch up. There's a good variety of seating, with regular low tables and chairs, high tops, booths, comfy chairs next to a fireplace, and a large table for bigger groups. I wasn't the biggest fan of the coffee, which is why I give it an overall rating of 4 instead of 5, but it wasn't bad or anything to warn people about. Next time I'll try an espresso drink. I'll definitely be back!

First time here and NOT the last time coming here. I did not expect how beautiful & large it is inside this coffee place. Pros: There is a drive thru portion & a sit down portion for Cutters Point Coffee and all I can say is wow! This place is awesome. There was only two ladies working today but they were so fast & efficient with making the coffees for inside customers & drive thru customers extremely fast. They spoke happily, not the fake sort of happy, but like they actually wanted to have a conversation with you and others who are clearly regulars. The conversations may be quick but they're great! I don't know how they do it honestly, I ordered my coffee, a 16 OZ blended Peppermint Mocha with 3 shots of coffee, & a cinnamonroll and within under 5 minutes of ordering they made my coffee. If you like a cabin in the woods vibe, the inside of this place is it! They have wooden tables and black chairs but with modern twist. There's beautiful framed pictures on the walls, singular light bulbs hanging from the ceiling, a corner near windows where customers can sit under a old tin roof like area (there are photos below if you'd like to see but I had to crop one since I didn't want to show customers faces), a fire place with a table & seats to sit in, and plenty of space to sit & walking around without being too close to other customers. They also give you the option to have your food warmed & use ceramic plates & nonplastic utensils when you want to sit down and eat there. There's also a utensils/condiments area like Starbucks. They also don't require customers to wear a mask. Cons: My coffee could've been better with more Peppermint & it didn't taste like there was 3 shotsof coffee in it BUT THATS OKAY. I don't expect the baristas to know exactly how to make my drink & how it should taste. It's definitely drinkable & good even if it's not how I usually get it from other coffee places. The prices are a little high but I get it, all coffee stands are expensive. My order was $11+ for a cinnamon roll & my 16 oz coffee, which isnt too bad for me since I usually pay that much at any coffee stand. But, thats totally fine too, I'm not complaining with that at all! Although some people may not want to pay that amount like I do, or maybe it's a me thing? Idk. Other than that my experience here was wonderful & I loved it! Hopefully when I'm in town again I'll definitely be back here instead of Starbucks. ♡♡♡

Shout out to Stephanie at your Lacey coffee shop. I've been a regular since at least 2004, Steph has been there the whole time. Seriously, Premier batista and over best in customer service, hands down! Thank you for all you do.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. We like the environment. One recommendation or suggestion is to label drinks as it can be confusing when there are more than one drink. My husband took wrong drink by accidentally. Otherwise I still give 5 star for all the positive experiences we had at this location. Mornings are very busy up to 10:30 a.m. so it might be helpful to have one more staff. Just the thought. Excellent food, service and atmosphere.

Definitely the best coffee in Olympia, hands down. It's so much better than Starbucks. I usually get blended drinks when I come, and they are the best I've ever had. If you get an opportunity to stop in and try it, you definitely shouldn't pass up the opportunity.

I've been going to this coffee shop for 3 years. Originally i left five stars. That they hosted someone who advocates for my death, is a podcaster that politically advocates to harm kill and ostracize me and my community members.... means that they can't have anymore of my money. I suggest you avoid them at all costs.

Excellent and kind customer service. Delicious coffee and when it was made hot instead of iced it took very little time to fix. Also, they gave my dog a puppachino, which he loved, of course. Was very pleased to find them open after two other coffee places were closed. Nice ladies and reasonable prices! 10/10. Will go again.

A friendly place where, if you go there regularly, the employees remember your name and favorite drink. I see the same happy customers every time I go there. Great coffee, too!

Literally sitting here now, ordered 2 breakfast burritos (egg & potato) and they were the worst breakfast burritos I’ve ever had! My boyfriends was cold in the middle and my potatoes weren’t cooked, it was bland no flavor or seasoning my boyfriend said his tasted like water! Haven’t tried my drink yet but NOT IMPRESSED and won’t be back! I’ve only previously been here for coffee fyi! Service could have been better too! Happy holidays!

The building is super small on the inside and it was super crowded so there was nowhere to really stand to wait for your order unless you stand right in front of the station where the straws and napkins are so the waiting is not cool there. But the employees were nice. Coffee was definitely not sweet enough so if you want it sweet you better ask to make it extra sweet.

Great location, great coffee. The baristas are so nice, and they make a good drink. The manager, Grace is the best! Went here for a years when I lived in WA, and miss the coffee and welcoming atmosphere! Highly recommend

I've been to two locations and found it very frustrating that they don't have pricing on the drive thru or inside drink menu. Staff has been friendly and quotes the prices and always apologizing, but the establishment obviously has it this way....😔

Hands down, the best coffee in Olympia. I usually get the Vanilla bean frap (with coffee),but everything here is good. They also have an easy to use app where you can earn free drinks. I highly recommend stopping and trying it if your in the Olympia area.

Hands down some of the best coffee ☕ I've ever had and highly recommend this coffee company. Drive through was a great experience as well as in person staff.

The decafe coffee was very good. Wifi good at just under 30mbps down and a bit over 6 mbps up. Staff friendly but they seemed over worked, always in a rush. Parking fairly easy

Love this place. The baristas are always super friendly. My recommended drink is the spiced white mocha. Just ask for it.

The girls who work here are hands down the kindest I have ever encountered at a coffeeshop. I haven't had a single interaction with any one of them where I haven't felt welcome and glad that I chose to come here. And there's always somewhere for me to sit and get some work done. Truly cannot recommend them more highly.

Cutters Point on Lacey Blvd is seriously my favorite coffee shop to go to. I literally am there every morning! Grace, the manager, is amazing. All the girls are so sweet and always make my coffee so yummy! I can't even go anywhere else because it's just not the same. If you want a good coffee with great customer service you HAVE to go here! Tell them Jackie sent you! 🥰

The staff and local patrons were friendly and inviting. My buddy and I stayed for about 20-30 min. I haven't sat in a Cafe and enjoyed my coffee in what seems like an eternity. Pleasant experience.

My husband regularly (daily) buys a large coffee from here on his way home in the AM - quite a few times the drinks have been missing more than a quarter of the beverage in the cup. Today, it was nearly half. If we wanted 12oz, we would’ve ordered that. I’d like to say this is a new issue, but it’s not. We quit going to Cutter’s a few years back because of this exact problem. These drinks cost a lot. Let’s make sure we are getting what we pay for! Consistently.
