Dutch Bros is so good me and my family come here often. I usually get a hot cocoa I don’t know what the rest of my family gets. But overall this place is amazing and you get your drinking really fast.

Good coffee with 9 out of 10 times the best workers around love the fact that they got suger free. Unlike Starbucks, only gripe is that they need to add more at this point with their own drive-through that accounts for all the traffic

Overpriced below average coffee drinks and other sugary abominations. Buy your own premium coffee and use a simple method like pour over or a French press. You will save a lot of money.

We are visiting from Georgia and wanted to try a local coffee shop! So glad we found Dutch Bros! The Golden Eagle is amazing and the hot chocolate is so yummy! All that and the service was exceptional! The server went above and beyond to help us select from the menu- all with a smile:). What a great day to start our morning! Wonderful coffee and service!! Will definitely be back on our next visit from the south!

Got a unblended redbull with soft top. They added soft top last minute and was SUPER full. So when it jostled in the cup, the foam had a reaction when they handed it to me and exploded all over my car and my $300 jacket 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

I love this Dutch Bros. The staff are super nice and friendly. Even when they're swamped. Girls come out in nasty weather to take your order and make you feel welcome. Very sweet and professional staff. Good prices too. Tip your baristas, folks. They bust they're butts for us.☕

Love me some Dutch bros, but it's going on month 4 for the wait times. My average wait time to get to the window and get drinks is about 20 minutes. Taking my business back to Starbucks

I have never tasted anything better! Staff was very friendly and fast. The place had a HUGE line going on both sides of the little building -- I totally get it now, it is definitely worth the wait.

This is my favorite place to get my morning coffee. Everyone is always so cheerful. Unfortunately I went there this morning and was there at 4:55 and nobody had showed up there yet. I left at 5:08 without ever seeing anyone even though they open at 5:00. I was completely bummed I was unable to get my coffee this morning. I had to get to work.. Right now I'm feeling as though I am unable yo function properly.

My drinks are always a hit or miss situation... maybe that how all coffee stand are that aren't starbucks?. People are obviously friendly most of the time. But I ordered a breve (I have a nut allergy) and the girl taking my order told me with an attitude that it's the same thing as an Annihilator.. then I got to the window and the girls were bashing another customer for not knowing something. Idk. Just doesn't sit right with me

This location is not the fastest Dutch I have been too but it definitely is one of the friendliest! They were patient and didn't rush me as we tried to figure out how to make my drink dairy free and they were playing some great throwback music which was awesome in comparison to lots of places that play today's hits.

This was my first time trying this place out and I'm am absolutely going back they knew how to make the kind that I like (white chocolate snickers with extra flavor) and they nailed it spot on

It seems some of the staff don't pay attention when you ask for lite ice. They still fill it up. The other morning I couldn't get the straw in, it was so packed. Otherwise everyone is very friendly and make you feel welcomed.

ALWAYS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! My family and I visit dutch bros locations all over washington and Oregon, we have never had an experience like the one we have at this location, they always seem to brighten our days and no matter what be the best customer service I have ever seen. I love our people at dutch, the managers are soooooo amazing, I prefer this one to any dutch in town because of the experience I get everytime. Slowest DB I've ever experienced. Tried 2nd lane - it was closed at 7:18am. Got in line and 15 minutes later I'm watching cars pull up to the 2nd line and drive away with coffee. After 22 minutes, I'm finaly giving my order to a girl that looks like she rolled out of bed and came straight to work. Yuck. And not friendly like I've come to know Dutch bros staffs to be.

Everyone was very nice. It is my favorite coffee place. And they don't just serve coffee! I really enjoy the smoothies!

This is the world awesome Dutch bros in the world I have to go to this one because the other one near Safeway they didn’t make my drink right but this one near the laundry Matt let me tell you they are really friendly nice and they know how to make your drink right they are the best at what they do if I could I would tip them 100 if I had that because they are the most amazing people that work there they are really nice people if I the time I will go every single night

The service was excellent. the line was a little long. my 3 stars is for the coffee for what I got me and my wife. They tasted very bland a proposed to be white chocolate toffee nut and they were like house coffee with plain cream. just not our cup of .. coffee.. We may try again sometime

Great staff great drinks but the last two times I have been there they have given me the wrong drinks with wrong flavors drinks were good though just not what I ordered.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Even when there is a line they work to get you thru it. And always ready with a suggestion on something new to try. I love the hot double torture.. It's perfect on a cold day when i need a boost!

Lovely place with kind people as I've experienced with most Dutch Brothers. This stand in particular has a bit of a bee problem, which led to one of our drinks having a bee actually in it. Big problem that needs to be solved.

This is the closest location to my home and it’s about 10 minutes away. It’s probably a good thing there isn’t one any closer because I’d visit more than twice per day.

I stopped by this location on my way into work this morning after having an amazing experience at a location in Des Moines/Federal Way. I would give that location 10 stars if I could while this location left me disappointed. I pulled up when it wasn’t very busy, was the second car in line, so I got my order in well before the giant rush that hit. The woman that walked up to my window while I was waiting and took my order was super nice, very helpful. But then I proceeded to wait almost 10 mins to even get to the window, and another wait to have my drink made. The wait isn’t my problem, (the coffee I had previously was super good so I was willing to wait), it was that I waited so long, only to have my drink come out totally wrong. I ordered it hot, added a shot of coffee with soy milk. It came out iced, with no coffee added and, milk. Of course, by the time I got it I had no time to spare to have them fix it. I told the barista at the window just as a note, that my drink was incorrect and she just blankly stared at me and said, “okay.” Not the worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee stand, but I’ll probably avoid this stand in the future.

They are still serving customers who won't wear face masks, i feel bad for the workers who have to be in the stand that makes it impossible for them to socially distance and on top of that, still not be protected by customers or their employers. Any business like this that doesn't enforce this important mandate clearly are prioritizing profits over the well-being of their employees. disgusting. won't be going back until it's safe for everyone.

I love Dutch Bros so much that 8 years ago I did a road trip to California and stopped at all the Dutch Bros locations along the way. They are fabulous drinks, and the broistas who work there have awesome personalities, especially my friend Carissa! Give them a chance, you will be glad you did!

They are always amazing! And I really like that they take the requests so seriously. I don't like my coffee too sweet and I described what I wanted. The batista managed to make it just perfect! He even asked me if it was to my liking before I left. I think its great that they really try their best to accommodate the customers.

OMGosh today is my first visit. The employees are very very nice! My coffee was so good and creamy- yes even better then star bucks Caramel macchiato was the drink- I couldn’t put it down

I don't like any other coffee to be honest but the people are always really nice and one time I got a spiced chai it was disgusting. But the Barista was really sweet and gave me an Italian soda and even upgraded the size.

I am not a fan of over the top sweet drinks. Which is what DBC is known for... however a simple Americano is good to go. I went with family to "experience" DBC and came up with a disappointment in the since of service. Our car was skipped for a order and when we arrived to the window. The barista shoved a order in my hands, that we didn't order... which I politely proceed to give her back with a explanation. In all, it took over 30mins for 3 very simple drinks to be made...
