Great coffee shop hidden on the evergreen state college campus. For under 5$ you can get a coffee & bagel w/cc. They also have specialty lunch & breakfast sandwiches. Staff is really friendly creating a welcoming ambiance. The grab and go cooler offers a variety of choices, and is kept well stocked.

Thrilled to find Einsteins up here. Being from SoCal this spot was one of my regular favorites for breakfast sandwiches, and picking bagels and shears for the team at work. One thing tho, they don't have jalapeno cheese bagels, which were a staple in my household. Otherwise, just grateful to have a good bagel shop in the area.

My favorite bagel place in oly!! I was super excited to see it was open again, it’s always a treat. the staff is good and the side of the place was open since the weather was nice. the everything bagel is to die for. i got an iced mocha that was a bit to sweet for me, so i might recommend asking for less chocolate if you don’t like it as sweet.

Love it here. The best bagles and an amazing Avacado turkey BLT. They also make awesome cold brew coffees and have grab and go stuff avaliable. Not open on weekends.

Lines get very long but that is to be expected on a college campus. They have student workers and sometimes my food order gets messed up so always check your food before leaving. However the barista Tristan makes amazing drinks. Definitely a go-to location on the campus!

Vegan and vegetarian options, but nothing gluten free? Really? Very disappointing. This prevents many people from eating here.

The website said that they were open. When I got there they were closed. Teach me to trust their website.

No problem with the helpful staff, but they do not accept rewards through the APP or otherwise due to being a franchise location, something I wish I had known before driving onto the college campus. It's pretty well off the beaten path and Google maps does not help much.

They always greet you when you enter, and who doesn't love bagels? Ok, someone doesn't love bagels, but a lot of people love bagels. Also they sell coffee and a smoothie, too and they're good.

The bagels are good, and the sandwiches are GREAT. I highly recommend the bacon avocado one. If you get the plain black coffee and do it up yourself at the toppings bar, it's pretty good, but frankly the fancier coffee drinks always disappoint me. The smoothies are good too! and again, the plain coffee is fine, but I have literally never felt fully satisfied with a mixed coffee drink from this establishment. If you're expecting Starbucks type treatment for their 'fancier' coffees, you'll be disappointed. But bagels are the name, and the food is what they do best. Always busy, but they work quick. Customer service is consistently good. 4 stars, but a more subjective 3.5 for myself.

Maybe the last place on earth you can get a good breakfast or lunch for 5 to 10 bucks. Tomatoes are mid though not gonna lie

I came in for a bagel and coffee. The dark roast was good and the toasted everything bagel with veggie spread was just fine. The place had an energetic vibe with people of diverse ages talking away about intellectual subjects. I liked the view of that corner of campus.

Food is super pricey compared to other locations. Perhaps because it's a college spot but either way, it took a while to take and receive our order and the items we got couldn't be rung up on the same bill so they had to make two separate orders which seems inefficient and silly. Once we got the food, it was pretty tasty, though. I don't think I'd go here again. :(

Their barista there Is amazing, some of the best drinks I have ordered. I have gotten to the point where I'm comfortable with anything he makes because he knows what goes well together and what mixes well to make a great drink. Their food on the other hand is okay, a little pricey but the good stuff they only serve every once in awhile and then they change it up. Plenty of begal choices and the food comes out at a decent rate. Depending on when you go there it could be a 5 minute order or 20 minutes in line because of college students and it's right in the middle of Evergreen.

Foods good but a little over priced, which is reasonable given the convenience of the location for the greeners.

Mostly disappointing. This is a weird store that is inconveniently located for nearly everyone in the world except for students & faculty who have classes in this particular area of the campus. There's no parking nearby. There's parking that is closer than other parking lots, but none that should ever be called 'close'. It's also only open on school days from 8a - 5p. No weekends or holidays. Basically, this should be considered a campus student eatery and not an actual retail location. Save everyone some grief and just change the name to Student Bagels so the entire rest of civilization doesn't search for the classroom that became Einstein Bagels.
