This is one of the few places to get gluten free food. It was my first time going, tried the Thai soup, bourbon bacon cornbread muffin along with two scones, a strawberry poppyseed and a peach one. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! 🤗 I will definitely be going back soon! 4/24/2021 UPDATE: Thanks to my WONDERFUL HUBBY who stops by to pick up some treats for me every weekend, I've now tried the french onion soup and bacon split pea soup. They are both ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! They are extremely flavorful!!! I'm always trying to scrape every drop out of the container. So far everything [scones, muffins and soup] has been great! Highly recommend!!!

Best ever gluten free scone. I couldn’t wait to try it and it’s totally worth it. The Marion berry stuffed scone was so delicious. It’s not too sweet and so light. They French onion soup was flavorful and the pizza scone was savory, not too salty. All in all highly recommended visiting if you love delicious food.

This place is FANTASTIC! The owner was so nice and the food was amazing. I got the French onion soup and rosemary garlic scone for lunch and I don’t think I could have eaten it any faster. Because of the great reviews, I also got 3 scones to take home with me to try later. Lunch was so tasty that I ate the Marion Blackberry scone for dinner. I’ve literally NEVER had a better scone. I am so excited to eat the other two I bought! You would never guess the pastries are gluten free. 100% recommend 🙌🏼

Tried their scones for the first time, and we were blown away by how good they were. I'd echo the other comments that say you wouldn't know they were gluten free based on their flavor and texture. They were sold out of the marion blackberry scones by the early afternoon, so we only tried the vegan lemon scones with blueberry filling, and they were outstanding. Highly recommend trying them out whether you have gluten free dietary restrictions or not.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’ve tried several fruit scones and savory scones and each one is better than the last. A lot of gluten free products tend to be dense, but these are so light and full of complimentary flavors. Each time I come here I think I remember how good these scones are, but they always exceed my expectations. The owner is incredibly kind and great at explaining the products. Phenomenal customer service. I absolutely love this place and always look forward to my next visit!

100% the best Gluten free baked goods you will ever have, guaranteed! My girlfriend has celiac so we often enjoy trying gluten free options when we hit the town and after her first savory bite of the Bacon Cheddar she just said “WOW” and proceeded to take a bite out of my sweet Marion berry scone. Baby yoda approves of this place. If you know, you know.

The most delicious, wholesome, lovely little one-man company. 😊 The fruit-stuffed scones are our FAVORITE!! Trust me, there's a LOT of fruit in them! This is a very special place for our family, because we went through some tough transitions recently and this somehow became a special place of sharing and finding joy.

This little hole in the wall place is great! They make gluten-free pastries, breads, soups, and desserts. The last time I was in there I had the bacon and cheddar biscuit. Something they could do to improve would be better signage, outside and inside. I understand why the signage outside is scarce. They only put it out when they're open, which is only until they have sold out of everything and then they take the signs down. But the inside could definitely use some better signage for pricing. Overall great bakery, check it out!

Amazing scones! They are the soft type (I've come across soft scones before in Utah, these are similar but not deep fried and therefore not greasy), flavor and texture is a perfect blend between pie and cream puff. You wouldn't think it from the airy texture, but everything is gluten free. If any of the flavors are still warm from the oven, eat them right away! We'll be back.

BEST SCONES WE’VE EVER HAD!!! Ngl I was skeptical about the $6 I spent but it was the best $6 I’ve ever spent!! The entire bakery is gluten free, so perfect for our celiac friend! I got the strawberry scone and she got the savory cheddar scone. Couldn’t even take a photo of the scone before I dove in because it was so delicious.

First time visit this afternoon. When I walked in, the chef greeted me and introduced himself. I ended up get three each of the pumpkin chocolate chip and the turtle which still warm. The person who rang up my order was such a joy of a person. Their customer service is indeed exemplary. The scones are not the biscuit like texture but light, fluffy, and moist. The pumpkin chocolate chip was delicious. The icing was perfect amount of sweetness. The Turtle scones were a mouth watering showstopper for chocolate lovers! The caramel coated the edges with a lightly caramelized layer of golden goodness which was a lovely surprise. I can't wait to come back and try their savory scones. Protip: Come early because when I got there around 12:30 their case was almost bare. Updated 11/11/23 Came in today to try their savory bacon cheddar biscuit with chives. I tried one when I got in the car and it was a rush of endorphins! So delicious. I inquired about the cookies and when chef said Ganache, I stopped him and said, "I'll take two," Cookies were amazing. A real treat because they do not even taste gluten free.

Yummy, yum, yum! I stopped in yesterday, my first visit, and was surprised and pleased by the simplicity of this bakery: gourmet scones and biscuits to go. I ordered two of each scones options: lemon, Hawaiian, and vegan chocolate chip. All gluten-free and perfectly delicious. My husband favored the Hawaiian while I took a shine to the chocolate chip. Again, each flavor was delightful and stimulating to our taste buds. These scones are also the largest that I've ever seen. The six that I brought have been our breakfast for two mornings and an afternoon snack. My understanding is that fall brings additional food options, as soups are added to the menu. I'm imagining them as equally enjoyable. If you are in the area, I recommend that you pick up some of the delightful treats provided at Olympia Bakery by a personable and talented baker. Enjoy.

We had two different soups and savory scones. All were delicious. We are not gluten free, didn’t come for that reason. This bakery is remarkable for its quality and variety, regardless if you are looking for GF options. The soups were better than soup from an expensive restaurant. Highly recommend!

These scones are nothing short of DEVINE. Seriously, as far as scones go these are the best ever. I live in Bellingham and anytime I’m even near Olympia I have to make a point to grab some of these scones. If you haven’t tried these scones yet, do your self a favor and buy at least a dozen to start! Nothing short of superb!!

the food is always delicious. it is a little on the pricey side but it is worth it. the portions are huge and worth the money. personally i would rather pay a little more for quality and a local small business than a huge chain. the owner is always friendly and welcoming. i wish it were open more days out of the week but i will continue to come here as an after class snack! my mom has celiac so it can be difficult to find gluten free pastries that still have good taste and texture but this place makes them AMAZING. i can agree that gluten free food can be bland sometimes but the biscuits here are so flavorful. i’d recommend getting the bacon cheddar biscuits, gingerbread scones, and pumpkin scones!

Oh my gosh this place is so amazing! Gluten free baking can come out really dry and dense but these are so perfect! 10/10 Its so hard to eat away from home as a celiac so I was excited to try it. Was not disappointed. The guy at the counter was super friendly and gave some complimentary sparking water. Best scones I have ever had. Can't wait to visit again. Too bad they aren't closer to where I live but its worth the trek. I recommend the cheese/onion and the pumpkin.

Love this place! The savory scones (biscuits) are my favorite and the pumpkin carmel pecan scone I had last week was amazing. You can not even tell they are gluten free. I go pretty much every weekend.

It is so hard to find good gluten free and vegan options that are healthy and taste good. Olympia Baking Company definitely has the most delicious scones money can buy, even before we went gluten free! The owner is so friendly, and the quality/size of the scones really makes it worth it to stop by. Highly recommended!

The best gluten free pastries in the Olympia area hands down! You won't be disappointed. The only way it could be better is if they were open earlier so we could get our scone fix first thing in the morning :)

Was in town visiting and found this gem. Super hidden but so so worth it. When the chef said gluten free... I was skeptical. But oh my Lanta. I couldn't even tell. I dare say that I prefer his gluten free scones over regular gluten ones! The lemon poppy seed with blueberry filling nearly sent me to heaven. The savory scones were just as good! Overall unsuspecting location, but a wonderful chef and even more wonderful food.

Don't get to come by often, but when we do we usually get 2 dozen scones. Hands down best scones you can buy in the area, as far as gluten free goes. Had Hawaiian scones today.. coconut and pineapple on top of frosting with white chocolate chunks. Really sweet but goes great with a dark roast coffee. Family raved about all of the others as well.. too many to list but all fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious these scones are. They had just pulled out some freshly baked ones when I got there, it was heaven in my mouth. I am definitely making this part of my routine. Super friendly too!

We happened upon this place, and it’s amazing. Hands-down the best scones we’ve ever had. They’re gluten-free, and you’d have no way of knowing without being told so.

Delicious! My friend and I got a variety of scones, then went back to the car to share them. Then quickly returned back to get more to share with our friends and family. Great texture and flavors. If you didn't know they were gluten free, you wouldn't know they we're gluten free. Definitely a hole in the wall to visit!
