Beautiful area to be away from the hustle bustle and not too crowded often. My fave place to clear my scattered thoughts

There is a nice bathroom and a beautiful lake. There is only one small dock to enjoy the water though. It's right on the Chehalis trail. It's beautiful.

I love exploring places that are hyper local to us. We decided to stop and watch people fish and just run out a little bit of energy. This is a great local access for the Chehalis Western trailhead bike path as well. Plenty of parking and a couple of picnic areas as well. Lots of shade for hotter days to sit under.

Theoretically, wonderful place. Realistically, drug use, homeless hanging around. Wouldn't bring children. Might consider bringing some form of self defense just in case.

Love this amazing trail for biking or walking the dog (on leash). There's fishing at the lake though I'm not sure what there is not catch.

Love it and the trail is nice the bench by the lake is wonderful and even the bathroom was open for use and one of the cleanest public restrooms I have ever seen. A+ love this place so pretty too...

Easy to access and exit. There is plenty of parking for vehicles. Handicapped parking onsite. There is a boat ramp and half a dozen designated trailer spaces. There are rest rooms that are barely, sometimes clean. There are cold water faucets and blower hand driers. It's only about 100 feet from the parking lot to the rail trail.

Nice park. It's more of a rest stop or start for those accessing the Chelais-Western Trail than an actual park. It also has the public boat ramp for fishing folk. You can bank fish there, but not successfully. I've fished the bank there 2 dozen times, 0 fish.

Its small, but has free parking, restroom and access to a lovely long trail. There is a small lake that some people fish in. We love the trail system and walk it often. The trail is kid, dog, walker and bike friendly. However, there are a fair share of homeless people there and they sometimes discreetly camp. Most seem fine, but at times wr have not felt safe, so we tend to avoid at night.

Quiet peaceful. Pretty little place. But we put in our kayaks and they came out gross. Like engine oil or something.

Clean restrooms. Fishing sucks unless you have a boat.

This trail is great, I walk it frequently with my family. It's a paved pathway, and it goes for what feels like forever! Great for kids, dogs, elderly, and for me while I was pregnant. The trees are beautiful this time of year, as well. I think the best part is how quiet it can be at times. Everyone I pass on the trail usually smile and are very friendly. Bicyclists are on this pathway frequently but are usually very good about alerting when they are passing on your left. Why four stars: There are some things about this area that make me uncomfortable at times. There are houseless people who sleep in the grassy area near the entrance at times, but I've never been bothered by any of them. Some sketchy cars linger in the parking lot, and people watch. And just recently, while I was walking with my son, some guy tried talking to me, winking at me, but I kept walking and ignored him. Personally, I won't stop walking the trail for these reasons, as it rarely happens, and more often than not, we have a great time.

Seems like a beautiful Greenway with a restroom facility at the trailhead. Biking and walking and running. I look forward to many walks here.

Its a quiet walk area, no hills. The bicycles sometimes ride too fast.
